• Abdulrahman (3/5): لا انصح بالاقامة فيه لعدم نظافة الفندق من ناحية المفارش و الموكيت و كذلك تعامل الموظفين غير جيد - فقط الموقع تعامل بعض الموظفين و بالأخص أيمن عندما انقطع الكهرب في الفندق من الساعه 10 صباحاً و حتى الساعه 12 بعد منتصف الليل كانت طريقته هو و المدير التركي غير جيده لم يقدم اي اعتذار او يتكلم بأسلوب لبق و أيمن كان يقول وقتها ضع تقييم الفندق -1 اذا اردت من باب عدم اللامبالاة وكذلك نظافة الفندق المفارش و الأثاث متسخ لقد جربت الاقامه قبل سنتين لم يكن بهذا السوء من ناحية النظافة او تعامل الموظفين و القيمة المالية مرتفعه مقابل ما واجهته يوجد اماكن بنفس القيمة ولكن افضل من ذلك
• Hazem (1/5): Terrible experience at Capri Hotel Osmanbey. The power was out for over 12 hours with no solution, no refund, and no hel - Nothing The power went out for more than 12 hours, and the staff were fully aware of the issue with no clear plan or promise of when it would be fixed. Despite this, they offered no assistance, no alternative accommodation, and no refund. My family and I were forced to leave the property close to midnight and wait outside in the street hoping the issue would be resolved. We had to carry all of our luggage down from the 4th floor because the elevators were not working. We only stayed one night and completely lost our money. The hotel was also not clean, nothing like the photos advertised online, and the location is hidden in a back alley that is not suitable for families or children. The lack of professionalism, care, and basic hospitality from the staff was shocking. I would never stay here again and honestly would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Safiah (6/5): في حال محتاج مكان لنوم ثم الخروج للتسوق ولاتهتم لسكن - المكان استراتيجي في قلب شيشلي الموظفين بشوشين جداً الرائحة بالاضافة لوضع التكييف لايوجد واخبرونا انه موسم برد وتم اغلاقة من المركزي بالاضافة لم يقم بتوفير الاطلاله التي تم الحجز عليها واخبرني انه سيتم استبداله باليوم التالي ولكن ميت لم اظل بسبب الريحة والجو اثناء النوم

• MOHAMMED (1/5): - We booked a Junior suite with a city view, when we arrived at the hotel the reception staff informed us that the Suite that we have booked is unfortunately occupied so they convinced us to stay in a different suite which was ( way smaller , not like the pictures at all and in the back of the building with no view ) only for one night and they promised us to change our suite in the next day , on the next day they completely ignored us and when we asked for the suite change they started to make some non sense excuses like all the suites are similar and there’s no chance to change, i felt like they deceived us just so we do the check in on the first day also they took the advantage of the fact that we paid for the suite in advance so there was no chance to ask for a refund and also we had our kid with us so they knew it would be difficult to start searching for other hotels

So many banks, shops, and restaurants! Bed and pillows were so/so ... But slept well. A little disappointed that we could not do a late checkout after 7 days ... And we were about the only ones there! Could not even leave our bags for an hour! So great, up to the end 😒.
• Rebaii (3/5): The standard is very good but it lacks a bit in cleanliness and linen quality - proximity to all stations Mr. A was very welcoming and warm. The rest of the staff, mostly Turkish, do not speak English, which makes communication difficult. It should be noted that breakfast is served in the room, which is not mentioned during the booking process. The junior suite is too small for three people.

Just keep in mind that the signage isn’t very prominent, - The hotel was great value for money, and the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. There was no clear sign or logo outside, which made it a bit confusing at first, but it wasn’t a big issue once inside.

The rooms were partially clean, and there were some missing items in the bathroom, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and cotton swabs. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. The worst part was that the windows were not soundproof, making it hard to sleep because of the noise outside—it felt like the windows were open. The sheets and towels were not replaced. If you choose to have breakfast, there is no separate kitchen; it is served to your room. The variety is not very extensive, and you can find a better breakfast outside for the same price. Additionally, items like tea, sugar, and water are not provided unless you call room service and specifically ask for them. Overall, you can stay at a better hotel for the same price.
