Eşimle evliliğimizin 9. yılını kutlama şansına sahip olduk ve baştan sona her şey kusursuzdu. Otele vardığımız anda odamızda hazırlanan ince düşünülmüş sürpriz karşısında hayran kaldık. Bu özel anı unutulmaz kılmak için her detay özenle hazırlanmıştı. Otel personeli tüm övgüleri hak ediyor: sıcak, zarif, ilgili ve her zaman misafirleriyle yakından ilgileniyorlar. Konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Özellikle Sayın Talha beye ve Merve hanıma ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Ксения (10/5): В восторге от отеля и локации! - Шикарный отель, локация, виды, бассейн. Это реальные, супер стильные 5*. Все просто прекрасно! Приехали на 3 ночи, в итоге остались на 5 ночей. Номера, завтраки, виды из любой точки отеля, музыка, интерьер, внимание к деталям. Отель нам предоставил много комплиментов: во-первых, в честь дня рождения дали номер с шикарным видом на Босфор, тортик, шарики, для ребенка набор косметики, горшок, халат. Каждый день какие-то были приятности в номер, на день матери мне подарили набор от Guerlain: духи, туш и крем. Оставили нас в этом же номере на все дни (хотя мы оплачивали стандарт). Лобби отеля и видовой ресторан произведение искусства-очень стильно! Панорамный подогреваемый бассейн вау! Виды космос! Была на бесплатной экскурсии на лодке в Балат, ездили на лодке в Каракой в центр - всё комплимениарно от отеля. Консьержи молодцы, все русскоговорящие, спасибо большое - связь по вотс ап, сервис шикарный. Район - это новый современный район на берегу Босфора с 5* отелями, ресторанами, магазинами, набережной и общественным зонами. Очень красиво, стильно, приятно. Район застраивается дальше. Через пару лет обязательно вернёмся снова! Никуда даже уезжать не надо. Уголок красоты, современности, стиля с видом на весь Стамбул. Мы в восторге! Рекомендую. Если только высоковата цена. Но за неё ты реально получаешь тот уровень и те впечатления, за которые платишь.

С первых минут мы были окружены вниманием персонала! Очень красивый, комфортный и просторный номер, где есть все необходимое! Хорошие качественные завтраки, напитки приносили официанты, всегда быстро. Девушки из Guest Relations Софья и Пелин всегда были на связи и помогали по всем вопросам, что сделало отдых еще более классным, так как вопросы всегда решались очень быстро и была предоставлена вся информация об отеле и услугах, так же девушки присылали информацию, когда был большой трафик в городе, с предупреждением, оперативно реагировали на просьбы и отвечали на вопросы! В этом отеле каждый гость чувствует себя особенным и важным! Спасибо девушкам за комплемент и подарочек присланный нам в номер! Обязательно веремся!

Ik wil Volkan en Pelin van GR hartelijk bedanken voor de ontvangst en Atakan in het restaurant voor zijn uitstekende service! Voorzieningen, zoals stopcontacten in de kamer zijn niet altijd goed bevestigd aan de muur. Daarnaast wordt het snel nat in de badkamer, omdat er water overloopt.

ANISOARA (10/5): - Totul a fost impecabil, de la curățenie până la servicii. Rar întâlnești asemenea condiții și atenție la detalii. Ne-am simțit cu adevărat răsfățați pe toată durata șederii. Un plus deosebit pentru recepționistă, EZGI, care a fost extrem de amabilă, profesionistă și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze. Ne-a ajutat inclusiv cu late check-out, ceea ce a făcut plecarea mult mai relaxată. Fie că vii pentru relaxare sau pentru business, ai absolut toate condițiile. Plaja este superbă, piscina încălzită este perfectă pentru perioadele mai reci, iar mâncarea este excepțională. Cafenelele sunt luxoase și creează o atmosferă deosebită. Micul dejun este, fără îndoială, cel mai bun întâlnit la hotelurile din Istanbul – variat, proaspăt și absolut delicios. Recomand cu toată încrederea!

More then enough to explore in the Tersane neighbourhood with lively surroundings. Apart from few exceptions, the service was poor. The restaurant staff gave a nervous and negative vibe. Arnaud (5/5): Très déçu de notre séjour en famille. - L’hôtel est neuf, très bien placé le long du Bosphore, à proximité immédiate du centre d'Istanbul et en face d'un mall avec boutiques et restaurants. Les chambres sont très agréables (personnel de chambre très aimable et souriant). Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité sous forme de buffet varié. Espace de jeux pour enfants à côté de l'hôtel (Nickelodeon) accessible gratuitement pour les membres de l'hôtel. Hôtel non “kids friendly”. Le soi-disant Candy Kids Club est au fond d’une immense boutique de jouets et sucreries (tout payant) à côté de l'hôtel, bruyante, avec un espace enfants minuscule et sans toilettes. Les enfants doivent sortir du bâtiment pour leurs besoins — même autonomes, ils ne peuvent pas y aller seuls. Résultat : sollicitations constantes sur WhatsApp pendant tout le séjour pour venir emmener nos filles aux toilettes, y compris en pleine visite d’Istanbul. L’animatrice, seule, refuse de gérer ce besoin basique. Le pire : notre fille de 4 ans récupérée en pleurs après plus de 2h d’attente, à deux doigts de se faire dessus. Inadmissible. Zéro excuse du management, uniquement des justifications… et une “compensation” lunaire (check-out tardif puis visite de musée avec nos enfants). Rappel du personnel à table à 10h15 au petit déjeuner pour une fin à 10h30 : très limite en vacances dans un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Au Velena Restaurant pour le dîner du soir, parmesan facturé 6 € pour des pâtes : surprenant pour un restaurant italien. Check-out de 30 min car inspection de la chambre imposée avant le départ : du jamais vu. Amabilité du personnel de la réception et service pour les enfants clairement pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le Rixos se revendique kids friendly (du fait de leur espace de jeux à côté de l'hôtel) mais cette promesse n'est pas tenue ; séjour gâché car nous n'avons pas pu décompresser et découvrir Istanbul durant notre séjour.
Zinad (10/5): - We had a great overall stay A special thank you to Baran (apologies if the name isn’t exact), the duty manager on the night shift during our third night, who handled a situation professionally and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. At checkout, Sofya and Rabia were both warm, professional. The entrance team truly stands out as the heart of the hotel especially Charlie (as we called him), who was exceptional, along with Eskander. Their hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail made a real difference they even remembered our names and always made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is excellent: great location, very safe, with convenient buggy service around the complex. The nearby mall, just a minute away, offers shops, entertainment, and everything you might need. Housekeeping was flawless, and the overall staff were consistently smiling and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, though when the hotel is full, service can be a bit slow (e.g., queues for eggs). Perhaps adding more staff or offering table service for certain items would improve the experience. Dining at Josephine Restaurant was also a highlight excellent menu and quality. One small suggestion would be to extend restaurant hours within the complex, as closing around 10 pm feels a bit early. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended we’re already looking forward to returning!

The attention to detail, the comfort, and the effortless way they make children feel welcome is remarkable. It allows parents to truly relax, which is perhaps the most valuable luxury. Rixos Tersane Istanbul is not just a hotel — it is a well-orchestrated experience where every detail matters. Highly recommended for those who appreciate both comfort and intelligent service. The hotel is not fully completed yet, and parts of the property are still under construction. This is noticeable and slightly disrupts the overall atmosphere and sense of a finished luxury experience. In some areas, it feels like the project is still in progress rather than fully delivered.
