Egyetlenegy „problémánk” volt , mégpedig az hogy a 305-ös szoba ablaka előtt nagyon közel szól az adhán, a 4.30-as nagyon zavaró volt azoknak, akik abban a szobában voltak elhelyezve.

- Sylvain (9/5): Très bon emplacement - Excellent emplacement et bon rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Tous les monuments de la vieille ville sont très proches à pied. Le personnel est très gentil et aidant. L'hôtel est au calme et à proximité immédiate du métro. Bon hôtel pour visiter la ville, je recommande.

- Antony (9/5): Super emplacement et très propre - L’emplacement était génial on se trouve à proximité d’absolument tout. Le tram est à 2 min à pied. Le personnel souriant et à l’écoute. Les chambres étaient très propres. Je recommande fortement. Beaucoup de personnes se plaignaient du petit déjeuner mais il n’est pas moins bien qu’un petit déjeuner dans un autre hôtel d’Istanbul. Pour ceux qui aiment le sucré le matin oui les choix sont maigres mais au niveau des produits et de la qualité il n’y a rien à dire.

- Edgars (10/5): - The staff were extremely polite, attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent — most of the main attractions are within walking distance, and public transport is very close by. If I return to Istanbul, I would definitely choose to stay here again! The walls were a bit thin, which made sound insulation less effective.

Την τελευταία μέρα επειδή φύγαμε νωρίς και δεν προλάβαμε το πρωινό μας είχαν ετοιμάσει σάντουιτς, χυμό και φρούτα να πάρουμε μαζί, κίνηση που εννοείται την εκτιμάς και μας έδωσαν κι ένα αναμνηστικό δωράκι Όλα ήταν τέλεια, προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια,τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια!!!!
- Assemgul (10/5): - Все понравилось отличный новый отель, чистый и современный, сотрудники отеля дружелюбные и внимательные, заселили нас раньше времени это я очень ценю в отелях. Кровати удобные подушки тоже, постельное белье и полотенца свежее и чистое. В номере был чайник кофе и чай. Завтрак тоже отличный вкусный и сытный. Рекомендую этот отель находится рядом с метро Sirkeci и в самом центре исторической части также рядом Eminönü. Но расположен от шума это круто. Благодарю за гостеприимство отель еще и подарочки при выезде подарили это очень мило. Такого нет.

Voto hotel 8 Lo staff della reception al nostro arrivo ha cercato di venderci una serie di attività ma abbiamo declinato. Al rientro invece ci hanno detto che le metro non funzionavano il 1 maggio, e quindi abbiamo dovuto prendere il transfer da loro per € 60. Per poi scoprire che le due linee della metro che portavano all'aeroporto funzionavano entrambe (ho screenshot di google maps di quel giorno e ricerche online a testimonianza). Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro, soprattutto da due membri dello staff, quello che ci ha venduto il transfer e il suo collega che più tardi ha confermato la versione. Voto reception 4 Il resto dello staff era molto gentile, specie quello della colazione.

Andando a pocos minutos de Santa Sofia o del puente Galata. El personal no he visto jamás gente tan amable. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpísimo. El desayuno es una maravilla (tiene multitud de platos para degustar dentro de lo que es la comida turca). en definitiva un 10. Recomiendo el taxi que ponen ellos del aeropuerto al hotel. Nada

- Maksim (9/5): - 1. Месторасположение отличное. Центр старого города недалеко от всех основных достопримечательностей. Рядов вход в метро 2. Чистый номер и все довольно новое 3. Персонал очень вежливый 4. Есть бесплатный трансфер с аэропорта (но тут есть и минус) 5. Было довольно тихо что редкость в таких местах 6. Кровать и постельное белье приятные 7. Уборка ненавязчива и хорошая 1. Завтраки очень слабые. Трудно поесть что то нежирное или не острое. 2. В отеле по факту нет никакой зоны, где можно побыть вне номера. Места у рецепции мало и неуютно. 3. Мы были в прохладную погоду и открывали окно. Система кондиционирования настроена отвратительно. Невозможно отрегулировать и нормально охладить пространство. Видимо экономят электроэнергию. 4. Компания которая нас должна была забрать из аэропорта забрала нас на час позже! Целый час пришлось стоять ждать на улице вместо обещаных 15 минут. Как они написали - просто не увидели вашего сообщения.

Vicinity of major historical landmarks is a rare advantage. We enjoyed the warm hospitality, generous breakfast, clean room, superior mattress quality and exceptional scent of bathroom amenities. - Eva (10/5): Чудесно място, където можеш да се отпуснеш след дълго ходене по улиците - В самото сърце на Истанбул, и въпреки това на тихо място персоналът на рецепцията беше много любезен. Уредиха ни транспорт до летището и дори ни направиха пакет със сандвич, напитка и плод, защото полетът ни беше рано сутринта. Много чисто. Почиства се всеки ден, сменят се кърпи и се подрежда стаята. На тихо място е, въпреки че се намира до улицата, където минава трамвай 1, с което се стига до много от забележителностите. Интернет връзката е стабилна, На двайсет метра от прозореца на стаята ни имаше минаре, от което пеенето на ходжата може да те събуди в пет сутринта. Но предполагам, че това е нормално за центъра на Истанбул

Staff were excellent and always ready to help out and cater for needs. Breakfast was excellent and staff were kind and friendly and willing to go above expectations. El desayuno no está diseñado para los europeos .No hacen reposición de lo que se va acabando .No hay tostador .Solo dos tipos de fruta .No hay servicio de cocina para pedir nada .

- Bomin (10/5): - 완전 구도심 중심가! 트램, 지하철 모두 다 가까워요. 아기랑 여행갔는데 너~무 편했어요. 도보로 웬만한 관광지 그냥 다 이동 가능해요. 친절한 직원분들과 모두 영어를 다 잘하셔서 의사소통에 문제 없었어요. 냄새에 예민한 편인데 거슬리는 냄새 하나도 없이 깨끗한 방에서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈어요. 아침 조식 메뉴가 그리 다양하지 않았어요. 조식 선택은 당일에도 할 수 있으니 보고 판단해도 될 것 같아요.

- Mojca R (8/5): Perfect Location, Comfortable Stay and Exceptional Service - The hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of the mosque, the palace, the lively city center, bustling streets, the Grand Bazaar, and the Galata Bridge connecting to another fascinating part of the city. Despite being so central, the hotel is situated on a quiet dead-end street, which makes the surroundings peaceful. We stayed in connected family rooms, which were very comfortable. Everything was clean and looked new. The breakfast was diverse and offered a good variety of options. The hotel also provides airport transfers and organizes excursions. Overall, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to this same hotel again. This is not a negative comment, but rather a suggestion that could further improve the hotel. I was a bit bothered by the pillows, which were covered in plastic protective covers. This felt quite uncomfortable on the skin and caused sweating during the night.

- Giuseppe (9/5): - Ottima posizione: l'area di Sirkeci è ricca di ristoranti e di piccoli locali. Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi la zona di Sultanahmet. La fermata del tram di Gühlane è comunque a 4 minuti a piedi, e tramite la linea T1 si passa facilmente sul lato di Galata. La struttura è nuova, le camere sono molto pulite. Lo staff è eccezionale: sono tutti veramente molto gentili, disponibili ma non invadenti. Molto varia la colazione. Niente.

- Abul (9/5): Great one night stay - We came in very late in the evening and the guys at the front desk Numan and his colleague were exceptional. They even helped us with finding late dinner near by as well as helping us across to our main stay as we was only staying here one night due to changes in our flight schedule. Rooms were extremely spacious as well as the bathroom for hotel that looked hidden somewhat. Great location for all the sites. Very good value. A list of charges for any broken fixtures/fittings especially when you staying with children is always daunting.

- Raul Bogdan (10/5): - In primul rand, personalul a fost exceptional, de nota 1000 plus, locatia a fost foarte buna, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie, in jurul tau este plin de restaurante si cafenele, aproape de bazaruri si toate atractiile, minloc de transport la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Mancarea a fost foarte buna desii putea fi putin mai diversificata. Am putut sa ne lasam fara nici o problema bagajele dupa check-out, pana am mers spre aeroport. Antifonarea peretilor este slaba, cand vecinul de langa noi dadea drumul la apa de la baie se auzea foarte tare si la noi in camera, zgomotul de afara se auzea ca si cum era geamul deschis, partea buna este ca nu este o zona foarte circulata de masini sau oameni chiar langa hotel. Pernele au fost putin incomode pentru noi, au fost mai tari.
