• Cristina (7/5): - Locația bună, în apropiere de metrou și alte puncte importante. Hotelul se afla la strada principala și e destul de gălăgios. În zile de weekend orașul nu doarme și tot zgomotul se aude . Baia e cam veche.

• Khan (1/5): Jättedålig och fick betala för vatten - Man hörde mycket ljud från fönster, smutsiga mattor, vatten, minibar kostade extra 250Euro för 3 dagar de fuskade genom att fylla i kylskåpet med vatten och duschtvål osv. Allt, smutsiga ingen dricksvatten fick vatten en gång 3 små flaskor. Det fanns ingenting på frukostbordet. När andra gäster kom då fick de Äggomlet. Flera Kakalckor i toaletten kunde inte sova av ljud, ljus och rädsla från kaklackor

• Olga (4/5): Остановится на ночь, если не пугает плесень, тараканчики, можно. На 6 ночей я бы больше не поехала. - Расположение отеля неплохое. От метро Таксим пешком недалеко. Рядом и продуктовый магазин за углом, до ул. Истикляль пешком, чуть сторону Таксим и есть в новом отеле внизу. Starbucks, Правда расположение отеля на очень оживлённой по транспорту улице, а стеклопакет однокамерный на окнах. Шумновато. Кондиционер работал. Минусов по отелю больше чем плюсов. Минусы по отелю и существенные замечания ( писали даже в службу поддержки не получили ответа): отель старый, требует уже давно вложений, пошарпаные номера, тараканы в номере и санузле (3 шт). Вентиляция в санузле не работает от слова совсем. Результат- черная плесень по углам всей душевой. Когда нас привели номер показать - была в шоке, попросила убрать, парень пришёл позже и попытался убрать... Чуть ему удалось, но основное осталось. Показала ему таракана, он пожал плечами.... Было желание снять другой отель, но оплата по условию отеля была без возврата + усталость после 5 часового перелета и 1 5 от аэропорта....написали на Booking, но ответа не получили, остались т.к. ответа как в такой ситуации себя вести не получили. Правда спали в первую ночь "без задних ног"... Попросила поменять простынь сразу, т.к. рукой провела по простыни - она все в катышках. Поменяли без проблем. Уборка номера была, правда не каждый день. Номера убирал тот же молодой человек, что и кормил на завтрак отель. Мы жили 6 ночей, белье нам не поменяли за это время, полотенца поменяли 1-2 раза, один раз я просила сама на ресепшене и мне их поменяли. Завтрак - почти никакой (яйца, салат листья был 3-4 дня, колбаса нарезка, оливки, маслины, багет и пирог, пасты типа нутелла, джемы, халва, сыры, арбуз был пару раз, чай и кофе 3в1). Спасибо молодому человеку - один раз мне пожарил яйца, второй раз когда я прибежала на завтрак к 9.40 и он предложил еще чечевищу с картофелем тушеную - вот это было вкусно, жалко что только 1 раз такую вкуснятину давали. Если сравнить с завтраком в отеле в Барселоне например, то 10% от завтрака к в отеле Барселоны - это я так супругу описала. Уборка номер - под кроватью не убирается, пыль была видна, но постели, когда была уборка были заправлены персоналом. Шампунь и мыло были, дополнительно мыло просили и давали без проблем. Матрасы плотные, удобные - на 7 из 10. По освещению в номере было замечание - моргала лампочка потом просто больше не включали.

You feel like having your own floor if you book two or more rooms. The breakfast had some okish selections, as it's a very small hotel, The food outlets are just across the road many more places within 5 minutes of walk

• Assaad.y (2/5): Awful experience - The Staff, Mahdi & Ali were friendly and nice, Mahdi tried his best to resolve the issue but he had no say in the matter due to the bad attitude of the owner. The owner of the hotel is not a decent person, we booked 2 rooms with 2 beds for each room, 3 adults, we had a minor child with us, the owner insisted on a 30$ increase as a charge for breakfast for the minor child which we did pay, then one of us decided that he will not have breakfast at the hotel and we informed them and requested to get our 30$ back because we already paid for 3 breakfasts the owner then refused and said that the 30$ will be considered as a service charge for the child which is a complete bullshit and a ripoff, he stole by force 30$ from us and then we discovered that the breakfast itself was very poor and not as advertised by the images he provided, the room had a defected window which was very disturbing and annoying with an outside temperature of 0 degrees, it was an unpleasant stay overall and will not repeat it for sure.

• Fatih (1/5): Bad - I recently stayed at Napolyon Hotel, and it was a disappointing experience. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff was rude. The amenities were not as advertised, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

• Mahmoud (8/5): Very good - The hotel location was amazing just 5 minutes walk from istklal street as well there was a bus stop Infront of the hotel which offers a good link to many of the historical places. The room was clean, well equipped with all facilities if you are planning to be outside the whole day. Finally, I would repeat the experience for the price, good value for money and for the amazing location, I would strongly recommend this hotel. I think they need to work on the breakfast, however my friend liked it too much. As well many local shops were around for a proper Turkish breakfast. As well, it was a bit noisy in the morning as it was on the main street, like all the hotels near taksim square. It was not a problem for us as we always started our day in the early morning.
