В гостинице тихо и спокойно. При следующем посещении Стамбула останавливаться будем только в этой гостинице.

The place is spotlessly clean, and the bed is soft and comfortable. There’s no noise from the street, and you can open the window without worrying about insects, as there is a screen on it. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained, with everything you might need. The water pressure in the shower was excellent - even better than at my own home 😊 The host (the owner) is incredibly kind and helpful. My room was ready two hours before check-in, and on the day I left, I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel and pick it up later before heading to the airport. This hotel is a great example of how wonderful a place can be when the owner truly cares about their guests, not just about making money. As for the room size - yes, it’s not large, but it’s perfectly suitable for a solo traveler. The photos match the reality 100%. Thank you so much! I’d love to come back again! ✨ Nothing, everything was perfect.
• KUMI (10/5): - 一人旅で5泊しました。とてもおすすめのホテルです。 お部屋は非常に清潔で、ベッド・トイレ・シャワールームすべて快適でした。歯ブラシはありませんが、それ以外のアメニティは十分に揃っています。 ケトルがあるので、近くのスーパーで買ったカップラーメンを食べてみる体験もできます。スーパーは徒歩３分圏内に２箇所あります。 オーナーはとても親切で、常に気にかけてくれました。到着初日が季節外れに寒かったのですが、ブランケットをお願いしたところすぐに用意してくれました。シャンプーボトルが硬くて開かないといった細かいトラブルにも丁寧に応じてくれました。 事前にWhatsAppをインストールしておくと、スムーズに連絡が取れて安心です。 空港からの移動は、ホテルに送迎タクシーを手配してもらいました（到着後に現金で支払い）。事前に待ち合わせ場所の案内動画も送ってもらえます。Uberより10ユーロほど高いと思いますが、電車だと乗り換え時にかなり歩くため、疲れている場合はタクシーがおすすめです。車内はリムジン仕様で、30-40分ほどの移動もリラックスして過ごせました。 立地も非常に良く、最寄りのメトロが近く、観光地までも徒歩でアクセス可能です。周辺のレストランはどこも美味しく清潔感があり、安心して利用できます。大通り沿いは観光客向けの空気、裏通りは地元食堂という感じで価格はやや安めです。どちらも質は高いです。 ホテルのエントランスには24時間スタッフが常駐しており、深夜でも安心です。シングルルームで予約しましたが、ダブルルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。部屋はコンパクトでデスクはありませんが、一人で使うには十分快適です。大きな窓から青空を眺められるのがとても気持ちよかったです。 一点だけ、不満というほどではありませんが、配管の音が壁越しに聞こえました。隣の部屋でシャワーを使うとき、高圧の水流による甲高い音が一時的に響きます。初日は少し驚きましたが、1回あたり数十秒程度で、すぐに慣れるレベルです。 また、これはこのホテルに限らず地域全体に共通する点ですが、朝5時頃と夜22時頃にアザーン（礼拝の呼びかけ）が大きく聞こえてきます。環境音としてすぐ慣れますが、初めての方は少し驚くかもしれません。

The location is absolutely perfect—right next to both the metro and tramway stations, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. You can even walk to Kapalı Çarşı, which is a huge bonus if you enjoy exploring on foot. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby, along with a wide variety of restaurants, so you’ll never run out of options for food or essentials. The hosts truly make the experience even better—they are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need (big thanks to Osman). The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with no issues at all during my stay. I’ve been coming back every year, and I’m always happy with my experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

• Julian (10/5): Sehr sauberes Einzelzimmer - Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend, alles war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr sauber. Es bot alles, was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem. Der Fernseher hatte YouTube und Sender in allen Sprachen. Besonders gut gefiel mir das Badezimmer. Es war privat und wirklich sauber. Ich kann das Hotel allen empfehlen, die Istanbul besuchen und Wert auf Sauberkeit legen.
• Worldwide (10/5): Very Clean Hotel in the City Center - I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless, the sheets were clean, and the pillows smelled wonderful. The rooms were exactly as described, matching the photos 100%. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with anything related to Istanbul. The location is in the city center, right in the middle of all the historical sites. It's within walking distance of the metro, ferry, and bus stops. It's an ideal hotel for those who want to stay in a clean room at a reasonable price in Istanbul.

The value for money was absolutely great. Most of all, the staff was always friendly and helpful. No matter if it was day or night, 24/7 there was always someone there to help immediately with any request. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. We come here often for holidays, but we’ve never experienced this level of service for such a price before. We will come again :) Nothing. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Desde el primer momento, el personal mostró una amabilidad y profesionalismo extraordinarios, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa y a cuidar cada detalle. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, modernas y muy cómodas, con una limpieza impecable y todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta: aire acondicionado eficiente, buena iluminación, wifi rápido y camas realmente confortables. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de los principales puntos de interés de Estambul, con acceso fácil al transporte y rodeada de excelentes restaurantes locales y tiendas de souvenirs. A pesar de no estar lejos del centro, el ambiente del barrio en el que se encuentra el hotel es tranquilo y permite descansar sin ruidos. Sin duda, lo que hace especial a este hotel es su trato humano y su atención al detalle. Todo el equipo se esfuerza por ofrecer una experiencia de primera. La chambre était petite mais très fonctionnelle, parfaitement propre et bien entretenue. Tout l’établissement sentait bon et donnait une vraie impression de propreté. Le propriétaire est une personne adorable, toujours souriante et très serviable — il nous offrait souvent le thé et prenait régulièrement des nouvelles pour savoir si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Le quartier est agréable, vivant, et surtout très abordable : les kebabs du coin sont excellents et pas chers ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir, je recommande vivement cet hôtel très bien géré 😊 RAS

L’emplacement est idéal : proche des principales attractions touristiques, tout en restant dans un quartier calme et authentique, au contact des habitants. On y trouve aussi de très bons restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’une laverie juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était propre et le ménage bien fait. Étant deux femmes en voyage, nous nous sommes senties parfaitement en sécurité. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Osman Emma, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit. His friendly and professional attitude made my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amikor a mosodájukban kimostuk a ruháinkat, a személyzet szó nélkül át tette a mosógépből a szárítógépbe a ruháinkat, majd igényesen összehajtogatták őket. Két-naponta takarították a szobánkat, és mindig gyönyörű szép tisztaságot teremtettek nekünk, köztük, tiszta törölközők, kicserélt szemeteskukák, tiszta padló, igényes beágyazottság, mindemellett ingyen vizet, tea filtert, cukrot és nescafe kávé port hagytak minden takarítás után. A fürdőszoba modern és letisztult, ezentúl kaptunk kisebb tubusokban tusfürdőt és sampont is, illetve kisebb neszeszereket. A személyzet állandóan a rendelkezésünkre álltak, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat A szobában levegőtisztító is üzemelt, amely kivonta a szobából és a fürdőszobából az összes párát, ennek értelmében, az alvási minőség javítását kihangsúlyozva. A közelben szinte minden megtalálható és kényelmesen elérhető. Én csak ajánlani tudom!

• ELMA (10/5): We were truly lucky to have chosen Lucky Hotel. - The hotel's cleanliness and amenities are superb. Located in Eminönü, the heart of Istanbul, it's within walking distance of all the historical sites and bazaars on the Historic Peninsula. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help. The hotel room and its features were the same as the photos on the website. That's why we liked the hotel.
• Robert (10/5): Lucky Hotel Indeed - I had an 18 hour layover in Istanbul and needed a place to crash for a few hours or so. I decided to choose this place due to location and cost. It was perfect. I arrived roughly 1:30am and was greeted at the lobby. It worked out very well.

• Kristin Merete Melsæter (8/5): Recommended for its cozy, good value and service. - A very cozy and good value hotel with a central location in old Istanbul. Walking distance to the two biggest bazars and several mosks and museums, like Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosk and the Top Kapı palace, amongst many. Near to public transportation and boat trips on the Bosporus. The host of the hotel were very helpful, and gave us lots of tips for food and sites to explore. He really put his sole into helping out, and he was a very nice guy! The hotel room was relatively spaceious with three beds and good floor space, but the bathroom was a bit tiny, although the huge shower room made up for it. No luxury, but very good value for money. No breakfast includet, but you find loads of bakeries and likewise that serve tastful breads just around the corner. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody who would like an authentic, local hotel centrally in İstanbul.

The room was clean and it had every thing we needed. The only sligthly thing that you have to be aware os the staires which is narrow

Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Nächte in diesem Hotel in Istanbul verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – direkt im Zentrum, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat mich absolut überzeugt – für das, was geboten wird, ist der Preis mehr als fair. Ich kann dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und werde beim nächsten Besuch in Istanbul gerne wiederkommen!

Bugüne kadar kaldığımız en temiz otel diyebilirim. Her yer temiz ve hijyenikti. Geç saatte uçağımız olduğu için valizlerimizi dükkanlarında akşama kadar muhafaza ederek bize yardımcı oldular. Böyle güzel otellerde kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.

A very clean bathroom, clean towels, air conditioning, mini fridge, android TV (You Tube, Google and channels in all languages ​​are available). It has a very central location. You can walk to places like the Spice Bazaar, the Grand Bazaar, and Hagia Sophia. It is also very close to bus stops, the metro, tram and ferry. It is an ideal location and hotel for those who want to visit Istanbul. I recommend it to everyone.

• Zeki (8/5): Very good - The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar and it has buses, trams and metro stations next to it so it is easy to go wherever you want (easy to come from the airport with metro). The staff is kind and helpfull. We were on a girls trip and we felt safe, even if the neighbourhood looks tricky in the night. All in all a good hotel for the price and we will book again. The bathroom was small but nice.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Güzel bir deneyim - Otel, konumu itibarıyla tehlikeli sayılabilecek yerlere yakın ama bu sizi yanılgıya düşürmesin tamamen güvenli ve rahat bir gece geçirdim. Otelin çalışanları çok güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydılar, otelin tek kişilik odası küçük olmasına rağmen bir kişinin ihtiyacı olan her şeye sahip ve hiç de bunaltıcı değildi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Kesinlikle eğer öğrenciyseniz tavsiye ediyorum. Çok tatlı bir oteldi.
• Mami (10/5): - A very good budget friendly option to stay in Istanbul, and the receptionists were very helpful. They were quick to arrange the mechanics and to fix the shower issue (it was fixed within 24 hours after I raised the problem to them). Highly recommended
• Erduan (6/5): - Das Hotel von sich war gut Personal war wirklich sehr gut auch sehr freundlich was uns da nicht so ganz gefallen hat. Es war wirklich sehr kalt, obwohl wir die Heizung angemacht haben, war aber trotzdem sehr kalt, da die Fenstern undicht waren und keine Tür für das Zimmer da war um zuzumachen. Das war der Nachteil

• Pille (6/5): Passable - The front desk staff were super helpful and nice. It's freshly renovated, clean and fairly central location. Bathroom in the room was excellent The hotel is situated in a narrow backstreet off the main road with teahouses/bars full of men smoking and sitting outside. As a solo female walking back after dark, it's just somewhat uneasy. I stayed in the single room and its really tiny. Its perfectly fine for one night (and no luggage), but you wouldn't fit in there with a suitcase. Also, be mindful that there is zero insulation between rooms, you will hear mobile phones and every sound in your neighbouring rooms, corridors, and also the street (which can be quite loud). Bring earplugs if you've got an early flight :)
• Kashif (2/5): Ehh - Good receptionist. Person was very kind and courteous. The hotel itself is terrible. Incredibly small. There are 3 floors with no elevator. The staircase is only wide enough for one person to go through. The bathroom was so small the door won't even open all the way because it will hit the toilet. Only reason i chose this hotel was because of its location near the Tram station. Apart from that its nothing short of a hostel.
• Ákos (10/5): Exceptional - Great accomodation, friendly staff/hosts. Rooms are not that big but they are well equipped and a good value for the price.
• Christina (4/5): - Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht während des Aufenthalts gereinigt. Der Müll wurde nicht entsorgt. Die Sauberkeit war oberflächlich ok, solange man nicht genauer hinsieht. Das Hotel ist Video überwacht und man kann meistens jemanden an der Anmeldung antreffen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man kann von dort viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen. Das WLAN ist top!
• Claire (10/5): - Just returned from a last minute 5 night stay in the hotel and will most definitely return. I had the small room (which I requested), as I am a solo traveller but it was ample for my needs. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. The shower was absolutely amazing with adjustable pressure settings and the air conditioning was fab! The hotel staff were super friendly and could not help you enough. As for the reviews of there not being a lift, well it's not as if its a sky scraper, it's like 3 floors! Not a problem at all. The location was absolutely spot on too, close to transport to just anywhere you want to go. Would totally recommend Lucky Hotel Istanbul, can't wait to return :-)
• Marie (10/5): - Very good value for money. The hotel is small and cute, so are the rooms, but has everything you need including helpful staff. The area seemed a bit sketchy at first sight, with a lot of local men sitting outside the neighbor tea house, but all were nice and friendly and there were no problem with noise from the street. Everything you need is I'm walking distance from the hotel and night connections with public transportating. We will be happy to stay here again.

• Yukari (10/5): - This is a good rated and affordable hotel for a Japanese woman traveling solo in Turkey for the first time. The nearest train station is in the middle of the bridge, Holic, and it's a 10 minute walk away. There are convenience stores, kebabs, fruit shops, bakeries, etc., so you can really feel the local lifestyle. Prices seem to be rising, but it was cheap and good. The hotel owner is kind. The room is compact and clean, just like the photo. There is a pot. Recommended for solo travelers who just want to sleep and sightsee.

• Erzsébet (10/5): Kiváló szállás. - Valós adatok és képek. Itt valóban azt kaptam, amit szerettem volna. A személyzet 24 órában elérhető, bármiben segít. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, tisztaság volt mindig. A fürdőszoba elég tágas. Jól felszerelt, felújított szállás. Ha ismét Isztambul lenne az úticél, szívesen szállnék meg újra itt. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.

La colazione abbiamo pagato ma non abbiamo usufruito perché partivamo alle 7:30 del mattino e nonostante abbiamo richiesto la colazione in sacco in anticipo non ci è stata servita. Avevamo 2 camere e la camera per 2 persona era talmente piccola che una valigia non si poteva poggiare da nessuna parte! Per il prezzo di circa 50€ per stanza il servizio è davvero scarso. Non ci tornerei
