I think the booking stated a microwave in the room but there wasn’t one. This didn’t really matter to me personally.

The staff were very kind and always ready to help, even though English was limited. The bed was excellent - very high, spacious, and comfortable - and I slept really well (beautiful sunrise view from the window!). Overall, the room felt cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, my room showed noticeable moisture damage on the wall next to the window (bubbling plaster and damp patches), which affected the overall comfort of the stay and triggered my allergies. I reported it during my stay, but unfortunately a room change wasn’t available.

• Glenn (10/5): - excellent view from the 7th floor with no obstructions. very quiet very clean. as a solo woman traveler I felt very safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood. I was there in March and I saw zero tourists which was nice for Istanbul. it was tricky to find it's down a small side street with a very small sign in a recessed doorway and Google maps was pretty confusing just ask at the burger joint on the corner. be sure to come with a Google translate app.

The hot water was stopping while we were having showers. It is not reliable at all. And there is no sound proofing . We could hear the neighbours as if we were in our room. I could feel smell of cigarettes each morning from somewhere
• Abdulhamed Mostafa (8/5): Overall, the hotel was quiet and in a great location near transport with friendly staff, but the double bed was very sma - I liked the hotel. It was quiet, in a good location, on a busy street, close to transport, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The only thing I didn’t like was that the double bed was very small and barely fits one person. Also, the elevator gets very crowded during peak times.

Δεν βρήκα κάτι αρνητικό.

• Abdulrahim (6/5): جيدة - الشباب الموجودين اخلاقهم عاليه سهولة ف اجراءات الدخول استقبلنا الأخ تحت وشال معنا الشنط،، الموقع ممتاز، قريب من محطة عثمان بيه 6 دقايق مشي،، السكن هادي مافي ازعاج من الشارع، الدور الثامن غرف الفندق والدخول للدور بباسوورد اصنصير للسابع.. آمن.. يوجد واي فاي سريع ماشاءالله بلكونه جميلة غرفة 408 يوجد تكييف وثلاجة وغلاية واغراض شاي وقهوة والمويه للشرب متوفره طوال اليوم طلبات المطاعم ساعدوني لم يكن معي رقم تركي، طلبت من الريسبشن توصيل، يشكرون ‏ Şok Market بجانب المبنى، ممتاز واسعاره جيدة. العلامة المميزة للفندق بجوار مطعم إرجان برقر ولا أنصح بالمطعم أسعار وجودة سيئة. العزل الداخلي بين الغرف سيء، كان لدينا جيران أتراك في احدى الغرف مزعجين تتعالى اصوات الضحك حتى اوقات متأخرة لايوجد شطاف ولكن معي شطاف السفر المتنقل لم تكن مشكلة بالنسبة لي،، الغرفة ضيقة السرير مريح ولكن مساحة السرير ضيق جداً لشخصين،، البطانية يادوب لشخص واحد وطلبت لحاف اخر.

• Vanja (7/5): Nice place in a great area, designed to be budget friendly so some features are lacking. - Rooms are as shown on pictures. Very clean, great view of Istanbul. Waking up to breathtaking views every morning. They were incredibly clean, and water bottles were given each day which made my stay! Hosts weren't very flexible - I paid a rate with free cancellation period. Due to time zone difference, I tried cancelling only 1 hour (!!!) after free cancellation period ended(it still lasted in my country) and they declines the request. I would have just booked another number of nights at the same place, wouldn't really cancel my stay, but they didn't allow modifications even just an hour after free cancellation period expired. Makes you think hosts don't look at you beyond money. There were no individual irons/ironing pads as specified in room description. There is one iron shared among guests, which is ok/more enviromental but it gave my trouble one day as I almost was late to a meeting due to this. Maybe a suggestion for hosts to get another iron just in case. Also no iron pads, which was ok for me as I did it on my bed. Towels weren't changes for duration of my stay, which was ok for me. Elevator wasn't working on last 2 days, and the rooms are quite high in the building. Didn't matter for me but for anyone older this would be problematic.

• Oliwia (9/5): If you decide to come to Istanbul I would recommend this hotel mostly because it’s in a very accessible and affordable l - The location was great, roughly 5 min walk from metro and bus station. At first it was a bit difficult to locate the entrance but overall very accessible. It’s not directly connected to the hotel but since it’s located on the 7th floor there’s an elevator which was problematic. Sometimes it stopped mid way (ofc got fixed after a few minutes so no big problem), made weird squeaky sound that can be seen as scary sometimes.

• Liza (9/5): Excellent city stay - I would definitely stay here again. 3 min walk to Osmanbay metro station, supermarket nearby, many shops. The room had all the facilities as described. I was able to check in after midnight as my flight got delayed. Every day I was given new water bottles, so there was no need to buy it. Bed is comfortable, AC working with no issues. Hot water at any time of the day. Very quiet. i asked for an additional blanket and it was provided. Staff are very friendly and you can use the microwave outside the room. I am unsure why the description states "sea view". The view was onto the city. My toilet paper holder was broken and must be repaired. There is an elevator but it brings you to the floor 7 only, and then you have to walk 8-10 more stairs to reach the hotel. It is wide enough to safely climb, but I do not recommend for older or disabled travellers.

Персонал дуже привітний, завжди не відмовляли в будь якому проханні.Дуже зручне ліжко.,це великий плюс готелю. Надіюся знову повернутися сюди Невеличкий мінус, це бруд на балконі. Перед заселення його зовсім не прибрали. Але це не вплинуло на загальне враження про готель
• Leen (10/5): - ‏الفندق جميل ونظيف غرفتي كانت فيها بلكونة المكان نظيف شكر خاص للموظفين نيرمين وكبره وفي ولد معاهم ما اتذكر اسمه جدا خدومين وبإذن الله لي زيارة ثانية لهم المكان قريب من مطاعم صيدلية وقريب من تقسيم محطة قطار M اثنين السعر مقابل الخدمة جدا ممتاز ‏الشيء الوحيد اللي يعتبر عيب العزل بين الغرف ضعيف تسمع الغرفة اللي جنبك بس وقت النوم ما في صوت الفندق هادي

• Talal (8/5): استمتعت كثيراً وسوف اكرر الزيارة - النظافة ممتازه و توفر جميع الاحتياجات والخدمات وكل شي جنبك في الموقع، الفندق عباره عن دور كامل فقط هو الدور الثامن، تطلع للسابع اصنصير بعدين درجتين للثامن، الغرف صغيره شويه، ومنظر البلكونه جداً جميل موظفين الاستقبال جداً ودودين. اذا انت من الناس الفندق بالنسبة لك يهمك يكون نظيف وللنوم انصحك فيه. سوف اعود مره اخرى بالتأكيد بسبب ان الفندق عالي جداً وتشوف اسطنبول من الشرفه الغرف شويه صغيره يوجد شخص بلا مأوى عند باب العماره الاصوات مسموعه في الفندق

• NORIYUKI (8/5): 民泊 - ホテルは8F、EVは7Fまで。 非常口が無い。（案内、説明共に無し） 海側でバルコニー付きの部屋をbooking comで支払ったが、バルコニーの無い部屋をあてがわれた。
