Air con is so noisy - it was impossible to leave it on. Bathroom feels like a plane toilet - it's ridiculous small and all made of plastic. Pillows were hard as a rock. Totally regret booking it. Reviews are misleading and the Lonely Planet guide too. I opened the window on the 10th floor and a disgusting smell of sewage invaded the room. Horrible hotel.

• Yun (7/5): 交通方便，入住手续简单，适合住一晚就走，房间床垫需检查，不然一晚也睡不好。 - 地点很好，离心斋桥商业地段步行5分钟，到难波站有一站地铁，方便乘南海列车直达关西机场，从酒店到关西国际机场约1H, 离大丸百货约9分钟步行距离。酒店大堂是工业风，可坐下喝茶和咖啡（自助免费），还有一个小小的庭院。 房间面积可以，需要开空调通风，两张单人床挺宽，就是床垫特别不舒适，其中一张床垫还是高低不平的。 但在周围品尝鱼生和面条，都非常失望，鱼生不够新鲜，面太咸太咸，当然也贵。 我们从京都、松山、高松、冈山过来，比较而言，对大阪就餐深感坑多。

Wir durften während 2 nächten , die wir auswärts in kyoto waren , das gepäck dort lassen. Auch einen „ stecker „ haben sie uns netterweise ausgeliehen. Die zimmer eher klein , aber ok.

• WEI CHEN (9/5): 床鋪很舒服，連住兩天，抵達第一天主要是心齋橋道頓掘周邊，第二天前往環球影城。搭配心齋橋的接駁巴士相當方便。在這附近吃了拉麵，上島咖啡, 奇妙的麵包店, 月島燒。然後雖然小但還是有浴缸，很棒 - 並未訂早餐。 飲料跟點心吧無限暢飲很棒。 地點非常非常非常方便，出大門左轉再右轉就是心齋橋商店街，附近吃的買的逛得非常非常的多。 附近有lawson,7-11 整體而言，對於第一次來大阪的旅客而言，是個很棒的選擇。 走路可到地鐵站心齋橋。 主要是御堂筋線可通往 難波/梅田等。 商店街的店家很多， 比較常見 上島咖啡/ 麥當勞/ subway/ 星巴克，然後各種藥妝店，大創等 空間還是稍稍偏小。ＱQ但可能真的比較困難..

• Ángela (8/5): - Lo que más destacaría es la buena atención por parte del equipo del hotel, han sido muy amables con nosotros. El hotel estaba limpio y cuidado. El ambiente tanto de las zonas comunes como de la habitación era moderno. Durante la tarde, en la zona en la que durante la mañana se hacía el desayuno, ofrecían de forma gratuita snacks y bebidas hasta las 11pm. Como parte negativa, el tamaño de la habitación que se hace muy pequeña si viajas con maletas grandes ya que el espacio es reducido. Entraba bastante claridad por la ventana ya que disponía de dos estores que dejaban pasar la luz.
