• Annie (8/5): - It's a bit small for 4 people but all the necessities are provided. The front desk is operated by an individual over a screen, so there is no human operating the front desk. The room is clean and can fit 4 carry ons, and 3 larger luggages. It is a bit cramped but that is expected in Japan. Kitchen and laundry machine is included but you have to do multiple small loads and we air dried them.
• Kay (10/5): - The location is excellent, walkable distance to sakuragawa station.
• Wee Teik (10/5): - Check-in was easy and the room was clean. Everything was good for the price you are paying. Convenient stores are just right at the corner and metro is also within walikung distance. The nearest metro, Sakuragawa, is just right behind the hotel.
• Jean (8/5): Good, close to transport & external amenities - Quite. Has all the required amenities inside, though dryer facility is not efficient for clothes to dry. An English instruction booklet for aircon, washing machine, etc….. would be good if you didn’t have your mobile or you ran out of charge on your mobile (plus it’s quicker anyway). Bed mattress is way too soft & pillows were not supportive. Check-in is interesting, even though all for technology, prefer to speak with a person face to face. Close to 7/11’s & other shops & JR West train station entry/exit point. Cost per night is reasonable.
• PENG (8/5): - The room is quite spacious and well-equipped. The location is very convenient. It's just a few hundred meters from the station and life supermarket，within walking distance to Dotonbori.

• Yuka (8/5): Affordably basic but clean and comfy - Was expecting a bit more in terms of secor and creature comforts but looked back at the low price and realized what a good deal this is. Don’t expect any frills - the property is super basic and foes not even have a human concierge - but has all of the necessities plus is in a convenient location that is walkable to Dotonbori (about a 10 min walk).

We didn’t know it was a cloud hotel but checkin / checkout was easy. very safe neighborhood and plenty of dining options within 10-15 mins waking distance. Washing machine was super useful. I wish they had a drying rack as well.

• ALFREDO (10/5): - It was a good distance from Dotonbori and the station. Room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you'd need. The area was quiet and had a nice view. Highly recommended.
• bar2k (8/5): Good location, spacious room - This hotel is within a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori and pretty close to the metro. This is a very nice place to stay while in Osaka. The room with two double beds was spacious and included a kitchen with utensils a microwave, refrigerator and a dining room table, and a washing machine. We also had a balcony. Be aware though, there is no staff on site. Check in is done virtually and your room key will be a code given after check in. To get into the hotel you need a code that should come through email. If you book through a third party site such as Travelocity, you won’t get that code. If you book directly through the hotel you will get that email. My suggestion would be to contact your booking site and get them to contact the hotel before you arrive for that entrance code. If you happen to arrive and don’t have access to the building, there are instructions with an email address to get you your code. They were responsive within 10 minutes. All in all this is a great place to stay with a good location and if you plan on wanting to make your own food to save some money this is a nice alternative to an air bnb
• JI (8/5): - We received check in instructions 48 hrs before our check in date and the instructions were concise and clear. Note that there is no one physically to check you in but a person via on the kiosk. After this you are on your own most of the time. There is no regular staff to help you although we did see a male with long braids who was going in and out throughout our stay on the property grounds who is the only staff to drop off towels or help with maintenance. He was nice to hold the entrance doors before closing to help us check in and showed us where to store our liggage

• Christine (10/5): - Located near the train station in a quiet area by the river. Entrance is secured using access code to get in. Check in/out process was easy and convenient using the kiosk in the lobby. The unit was clean and met our needs for a comfortable stay. We stayed on the 13th floor with a very nice view of the river from the balcony.
• Vivian (10/5): - This is the 1st time we been to this hotel and the experience is amazing. The convenience and cleanliness is big plus and 5 mins away from the subway station. However, this hotel is e-check, it was took me a while to used to it.
• Sul King (6/5): Good location - It is a 15-minute walk to the famous shopping district, Dotonburi Street, where you can shop and dine until you drop. A 15-minute walk in the cooler season is good, but not for warmer days, for me and my family. The cons—the bedsheet had a noticeable blood stain. I'm unsure if the bedsheets were changed after the previous guest. Also, for two nights, we had no warm water. The water was icy cold. We didn't have a proper shower for two nights. The communication with the owner was responsive, but didn't solve the problems.
• Bellin (4/5): - The communication was inconsistent. Unclear of their service proposition as “Hotel” advertised or “ rental vacation apartment as one of the consultant referred to. Service provided was very basic and limited . I wouldn’t personally recommend the accomodation if you have kids and stay longer than a few days.
• Sandeep (10/5): - Great place with enough space for 4 people. The room was really clean and they provided enough amenities. 7-11 and other stores are very nearby. Definitely will recommend this place to friends.

• Lois (10/5): - This apartment-style hotel was great. Check-in was virtual, and needed every party member present, but was fast and easy. The area around the hotel was quiet but was a short walk from nearby shopping and tourist areas. The room was clean, had a balcony, and all the appliances worked.
• MYRNA (10/5): - The rooms are clean. The location was a few minutes walk to lawson and Dotondori. Well, it was our first time to check in via virtual which was challenging at first.
• Fumihiro (8/5): A hotel that’s really an apartment - Abitare was a clean and conveniently located apartment converted to hotel. Great for long stays. It had a kitchen area with a fridge, in-suite laundry machine with a heated bathroom to hang and dry clothes. A walkway right next to the building leads to Sakuragawa metro station, a 7eleven and Lawson convenience stores just a 1 min walk away. Dotonbori is only one train station away. There is a suitcase storage room to lock up your suitcase if you arrive before check in time. They provided a lock. There is no room service or house keeping or amenities except a library of Japanese comics available at the front lobby.
• Marion (10/5): - The property was clean, had all the basic amenities we needed including wifi, kitchenette and washing machine, and had enough space for us. Beds were comfy and lots of outlets available for electronics. Definitely recommend.
• Tricia Ivy (10/5): - Easy check-in process and the room we had was spacious with Walking distance to Dotonbori, train station, 7eleven and Yamato luggage service. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
• Jaeyoung (10/5): Will stay here again! - Super clean and very quiet. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Loved the amenities too. Also superb value considering the money you pay. Will def stay here again:)
• Suen (6/5): - It is a self-serviced hotel/suites. There is no front desk and no staff service. There sent you the check in processes and the codes and the like. Well, it is OK since you can find it easy to check in and check out. Room size for three people is fair and the room is clean. Though there are the convenience stores round the corner, you may not be able to find a good place for your appetite. Happily, a train station is nearby.
• Sandi (10/5): - Great place to stay! Near enough to Dotonburi for all the sights but far enough away to be nice and quiet.
• Pheny (10/5): - The hotel is easy to access (next to train station even it is not the main station). Easy to check in (virtual reception) and we can storage our luggages as we arrive too early for check-in. It has a room which is specifically to storage luggages. The room is very clean. It is not too spacious but not too small as well for 4 of us (4 adults). The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us. The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer. Rubbish bins liners are provided more than enough. The hotel is close to local supermarkets (Appro Sakuragawa is my favourite one). We will be happy to stay again.

• Luna (8/5): Living in 1LDK - Interesting concept for the hotel-apartment. Location is good, love the face that I am not smack right in the middle of dontonburi or namba as I prefer a much quieter environment. The lack of front desk which make the experience really private and authentic (as you would if you are renting 1LDK). Hotel mangement resolve this issue with a lot of prior communications. I would defintely book the property again for my next trip

• claudia (8/5): - Honestly the place was decent. It wasn't amazing but it was comfortable. I personally enjoy the access method they have to the hotel since all you need is the code but I did notice quite a few people in the lobby struggling. Also didn't enjoy how open the locker room was especially since it wasn't really a locker room but a storage closet where everyone with the entrance code could come in and access other people's luggage. There were these bike locks essentially but they weren't the most secure method since it was just attaching your suitcases to a wire rack basically. The interior of the room was nice. It felt more like a home which made it relaxing and our room had a projector screen which honestly was a nice touch however didnt appreciate how close it was to the bed next to it. It was basically hovering over the side of it. The bathroom was decent and the bathtub was okay although ran out of hot water after like 1 minute. Took a lukewarm/cold shower. I feel like communication would be a thing they could improve on. Not bad, especially for the price.

• Tina (8/5): - Our stay at hotel Abitare was great! The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The location is minutes away from the train station for easy access to major hubs of Osaka. Dotonburi shopping is about a 15 minute walk. Having a kitchen and washing machine added extra convenience.
• Siew Yee (10/5): - The property is spacious to accomodate family of 4. Walking distance to Dontobori and easy access to sakuragawa train station. Many restaurants and convenient store nearby.
• Tien (10/5): - Excellent hotel, room was very spacious with wide range of amenities. Access to washing machine in room made it so convenient when travelling with kids. There is no front desk but checking in and out processes are easy to follow. Located minutes from train station and 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Would definitely stay again!
• anthony (10/5): - Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good.

• Hendri (10/5): - This hotel is located in a quiet area but within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to all necessary amenities such as restaurants, transportation network & shopping (Namba & Shinsaibashi area where the famous Dotonbori is located). It is quite unique because it is not attended by any receptionist, but rather it is done remotely. The communication is done very well so that the checking in process is seamless. The room is self catered, very clean and comfortable and rather spacious. Over all, it is a very pleasant stay for my family & I and I would recommend it to future guests.

They didn't send a code to access the lobby as confirmed. We had to an email whilst at the front door (instructions provided in English) for the code. Email with code came within 5-10 min
• Wan Hong (8/5): - The room is comfortable and a good size for our family. The rate is reasonable too. Will be good if the instructions for some of the household appliances such as washing machine and heater can be in English.
• Siew Lan (8/5): - Dryer of the washing machine only can air dry the clothes, need to hang the clothes in the bathroom for drying functions. I was trying to figure out how to dry the clothes after washing. Luckily I stayed there for 2 nights, still can dry the clothes the next day after CS advised me.

• Anna Leah (10/5): - Clean and spacious rooms. A bit of a walk to Dotonbori but there are plenty of konbinis around. Area is quiet and though communication with staff is via email, they are very quick to respond to guest concerns.

• Tricia (8/5): - There’s only one lift in the whole estate, not consider a big lift too. Hence guest with luggage can only accommodate 3-4 at one go. The wait is hectic during the 10am check out time, could wait up to 2-4 rounds before u can get into the lift with your luggage. No doubts the apartment provides guest with what they are stated in the booking platform. But there’s definitely room for improvement. Eg: there’s a washer/dryer within your apartment, you are provided with 4 packs of laundry liquid to wash 2kg of clothing for each round, 8 hangers and a socks rack. A family of 3 will definitely use more than 8 hangers. Meaning you can wash but cannot wash all at one go, you can use dryer but after 3hrs of dry spinning the clothes still feel moist but you can’t hang all to air dry. A passcode is needed to enter the front entrance was not informed during check in nor from any emails after the booking is confirmed. Only till you found out you are trapped outside and can’t get it the front entrance. Made you read all information/ notice that’s placed outside the entrance and realised you have to email the hotel to get the passcode to enter. Have hotel ever consider the guest might not have a charged mobile with data on hand to email hotel and wait for the hotel to reply before they can get in? Or guest have to wait outside the entrance with no intercom to seek assistance and just wait until other guest might step out/ return to trigger the front entrance to open.

Less than 5 mins walk to convenience stores and train stations nearby. Would def stay here again when visiting Osaka

• Zach (2/5): - Very thin walls and floors. People above my room were stomping and hitting walls for hours into the night. The hotel doesn’t have any staff on site so they sent an email to the unit with no remedy of the major disturbance. Hotel also advertised a dryer which the units do not have and there is not a dryer anywhere on site. If you need any help, to address anything or to speak to someone be prepared to go back and forth over emails for hours with no solution. Room had a couple of bean bag chairs with multiple stains all over.

• Hung (10/5): - The hotel experience is interesting since it has no in-person staff, but the check-in process is still easy to understand, and the online staff are still very responsive. The hotel room came with all the necessary amenities, such as a stove, microwave oven, fridge, dining table, balcony/drying racks, and even our own washer/dryer unit (the dryer only wrings out excess water; you have to air-dry the clothes afterwards). Instead of a standard TV, we had a projector TV in which we could even connect our phones/laptops to the big screen. There is a luggage storage area on the first floor, which we used to keep our suitcases safe before we checked in. It is a ~10 minute walk from the station, and a ~10 minute walk from Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi-suji, which is where we spent most of our Osaka trip (highly recommend!) Overall, I would say just don't expect 5-star hotel treatment here, but for what we get, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. We would be happy to stay here again if we ever return to Osaka.

The bath/shower/dryer room impressed us with its size and how well the drainage and ventilation worked which helps with maintaining hygiene. The keyless entry was very convenient. Appreciated that a 7-Eleven and two bus stops are within a 4 minute walk around the block. While the walk to Sakuragawa Station is only 6 minutes (closest train station).

• Jenny (10/5): - Even though there is no reception for this hotel the staff responded my text quickly. The only complaint I have is the wifi. It’s quite unstable that I have to use my data.
• Johnny (10/5): - This place does not have a reception and daily cleaning service like a normal hotel, however everything works well. the self checked in process is easy, the room is spacious and easy access to the nearby metro station.
• Paul (10/5): - My family of 5 stayed in two rooms, they were clean, easily accessible and walking distance to everything. Railway literally 3min walk away, 7 Eleven for quick snacks or meals and essentials a 3 min walk away. Would recommend this to any families travelling as there is also a small kitchen with microwave and bar size fridge/freezer for keeping snacks and drinks for the kids. Highly recommended!

• Yung (10/5): - First, you have to be extremely attentive when checking in with their provided system because there could be other travelers lurking behind you to peek into your check in info including the room number and the room key code. Make sure have someone shielding the screen because the credentials would just be displayed in plain text. Room was quite good with everything we need. A nice decent kitchen with stove and big fridge that actually can ice things. It also had a washer unit and a bathroom with a multifunction “thermostat” control so you can leverage for many things. The beds were big enough and can be aligned next to each other to form a bigger bed. But don’t expect the room to be spacious as it’s just an apartment. There was a AC dripping issue which went away after some time so no biggy. It’s close to the Sakuragawa station in one direction and JR Namba in the other, and with an extra 10-mins walk you could reach another railway system. Bunch of supermarkets around, one of them is 24hr. There is also a 7-11 around the corner next to the Sakuragawa station exit. Plenty of Luup scooters and bikes if you don’t want to walk.
