• Gabriele (9/5): - La stanza è davvero bella e accogliente. La sauna in camera è davvero super anche se non l'ho potuta utilizzare in quanto avevo appena fatto il Botox. La location è in una zona di locali notturni quindi la sera c'è un po' di rumore (più che altro gente ubriaca che grida).
• f61998da141e73b60c6ce3a5c748452d (5/5): A bit unnecessary just go to a sauna and get a nice room somewhere. - The sauna is ok and Kagurazaka is a lovely neighbourhood. The room is very small and over-priced because of the sauna. We did book it because of the sauna but the problem is that the only really luxurious thing about the room is the sauna. It would be different if the room was incredible and it had a sauna. But the room is very average and the sauna is ok.

• Sara (10/5): Exquisite and life changing - Everything about this hotel from the amenities to the provided toiletries and pajamas screamed luxury and comfort. I have never heard of a hotel offering an in unit sauna before and the experience of having unfettered access to one during the winter months could not be more understated. I’ll be thinking about this hotel for the rest of my life! Everything was perfect! Though I could see a tall person having trouble using the toilet since the toilet room is very small.

• Inmaculada (7/5): Precioso apartamento pero pequeño, con escasa luz y calor - Era muy bonito, una música muy agradable y decorado con muy buen gusto Era muy pequeño, no tenía nada de luz, sobre todo en el baño que no se veía absolutamente nada y hacía mucho calor en la entrada y cuarto de baño. Por otro lado, pese que nos hicieron el favor de entrar un poco antes (18:00), no nos pareció bien que la hora de entrada fueran las 22:00, lo cuál hace que la estancia de un día solo fuese para dormir, no tiene sentido alguno. Por último, la entrada a los apartamentos no tiene puerta, por lo que podían entrar cualquier persona ajena al hotel y olía a pipi en la puerta del apartamento.

• Chen (1/5): The worst hotel I have experienced In my life, too disappointed. - Location is not bad, That is the only advantage I can tell. Very noisy outside, it's in a corner on an one way street, many taxis and garbage truck passing by no matter how late night it was. Besides, can you imagine their check in time is 9PM?!! I didn't understand until I stepped into the narrow twin bedroom without lift or elevator. It was absolutely a clock hotel for lovers at day time. And they will charge you a additional so called 'loyal membership card fee' in your bill if you don't pay close attention. Exclusive service and experience, Yes, I can't agree it more. So disappointed.
• Ford (10/5): Exceptional - Best sauna facilities and good quality bed. The stylish atmosphere made me feel very relaxed. I stayed in a deluxe room. The bedroom space is a bit compact as the space occupied by the sauna and water bath is very large. This was fine for me because I wanted to experience the sauna, but for those who want a bigger room, it may be a bit different. It is important to understand the concept of this unique boutique hotel before booking.
• Maria (4/5): Disappointed - The concept is very nice! 6:30PM for a CHECK IN on one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever been… why they need from 11:00Am to 6:30pm to give you a room? Who knows, but definitely I would never come back. You can barely fit with your stuff also.

• German (1/5): Choking in Tokyo - it's not a 5 star would've liked a bigger room, place to put the bags, tv, reasonable checkin time (it's 9pm), space to breath
• Steven (1/5): Bad - Lication Poor communication. Upon check in, our key code did not open the door (keyless entry). Staff tried many times also. Finally, we were given a master number to open the door. We asked for our lock to be fixed, but it was not done. We had to have staff let us in upon returning later that evening. The following morning, we tried to lock doors to exit, but no access code worked . We called booking. We called the 'emergency ' contact number but no help answered. We left notice that we would move to a functional hotel and left that morning. Our attempts to remedy the second day of stay were not answered. We disputed with booking and our credit card and we're left with charges for the second day.
• Marnia (10/5): Exceptional - The location was in a really good spot, it was off the main road so it felt private and was quiet, but it was only a short walk to the station and restaurants. The sauna was wonderful, and they prepared the bath for us before we arrived. Communication with the staff was easy because they spoke English, they even had a little manual for using the tech in the room like the Bluetooth speakers and aircon. The room had a really good atmosphere and the interior design was great.
• Conan (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing and comfortable room with private sauna and a large bath. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels and complimentary water for the sauna. The decor of the room was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful showing us how the electronic front lock works. There is a spin system for both the room and sauna making the room very relaxing and enjoyable to stay at. Would definitely stay again and for longer. 6pm check in is a bit late, but everything else is absolutely amazing.

• Haya (1/5): The worst place anyone could stay at! - Literally nothing! This was the worst thing i have ever booked for in my life! It was bad to the level that we left the hotel on our first night and booked another one even though it was NOT REFUNDABLE. We tossed 5800 $ in the trash and paid for hotel just to avoid staying at arch sauna!! Can you imagine how horrible it was? Too dark, too small, very inconvenient, no space for luggage, the closer is an open pipe!! Which is barely a closet. Everything was horrible. This should not be considered as a hotel and should be removed from booking ASAP. Please if you read my comment, do not book here!!! And I don’t understand the red light next to the toilet!! Is this a prison or a hotel room ????? Nothing at all! I left the place without even getting my money back, i just wanted to leave!

• Mark (1/5): Awful. - This is a well designed sauna. It is not, in any way, set up to be a hotel, and should be removed from your site. It belongs on AirBnB. There is no front desk. There are no staff on site. They are trying to maximise income from day use of the sauna, and expect hotel guests to check in at 10pm because of this. Who in their right mind thinks that is acceptable? There aren’t even the basics: no team and coffee in the room. Communication is poor, and defensive. They try sell you a sauna membership as part of the price you pay for your accommodation. Why, why, would international travellers buy a membership to something they cannot use again. Just awful, and a complete rip-off at the price they’re charging. Most google reviews are for the bar or sauna. Those for the accommodation are all 1 star, and express similar frustrations to ours. Not acceptable.

• Bas (1/5): The room is not made for a stay for foreigners that travel trough Japan - The design looks great, but doesn’t meet expectations for traveling guests, everything is to narrow where you even cant store your luggage with space to open it. We couldn’t sleep because it was higher then 35C. In the room. The bed was wet because of the humidity in the room. - the boutique doesn’t meet our expectations to offer a refund for all the mistakes that were made on our arrival date that made a horrible first night. * The room was sweaty and hot * bed linnen was dirty * no space in the room to move proper with 2 people * The room is not made for a stay for foreigners that travel trough Japan with a lot of luggage. It’s not a pleasant stay for the price we payed we could have more personal service, a convenient bed, not so high humidity and heat in the room and less noise (the airco is blowing on the curtains what makes a horrible sound the whole night).
• Pooja (8/5): Unique boutique sauna hotel, great experience! - This suite is great for a single traveler or couple to stay and relax. It's very large but a bit narrow. The in-suite sauna is very convenient and we use it a lot. The staff were very helpful and kept our bags downstairs before check in and after check out. It is a very small boutique sauna hotel with only two or a few suites. The check in time is not super convenient, but it is clearly stated so I would adjust accordingly. This place is more for local guests who don't bring a lot of stuff, there isn't a ton of space for bags for international travelers. The bar downstairs serves as the de facto front desk but it is closed during the day, so I recommend proactively messaging the manager if you need late check out or bag storage. We also didn't find the bed the most comfortable, but that may be personal preference.
