• Frederick (10/5): - Room was spacious by Tokyo standards, and very clean. Having a basic kitchen, with pots and implements was great, as was the washing machine with dryer function. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The nearby train station has an express run to Haneda Airport, and the Yamamoto Line has a great loop around the important stops in town. Everything functioned splendidly, and I will stay here again when in Tokyo.

The addition of a washer/dryer is a game changer when packing for a longer trip and was effectively located in the room to avoid clutter. Mind you legs on the bed corner ;)

• Janneke en Petra (9/5): Heerlijk appartement aan de Yamamoto lijn - Mooi appartement in een hagelnieuw complex in een rustige buurt. Wij hadden het grootste appartement en dat is relatief ruim, leuk ingericht met een groot lekker bed en alles doet het. Het ligt op 5 minuten lopen vanaf het station en er zijn een supermarkt en wat restaurantjes in de buurt. Het kost wat maar dan heb je ook wat!

• Steven (8/5): It was a wonderful stay at Section L and service was very good. - The hotel-apartment's location is convenient and within walking distance to the train stations (Daimon & Hamamatsucho). Room is comfortable and generally well-equipped. Place is quiet and not so crowded. There are many eateries and convenience stores nearby. The staff was conversant in English so it made it easier to communicate. While the room had the necessary amenities and was comfortable, perhaps a few suggestions could be considered for the improvement of the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 compartments - namely the shower area and the basin/sink area. As the basin/sink area is not very big, the space under the basin/sink could be fitted with a small shelf to place toiletry bags. A towel rack/bar could be mounted on the wall behind the basin or a movable towel rack could be considered to hang the towels as there was no place to hang the towels. Lastly, perhaps some clothes hooks could be mounted on the bathroom main door so that some clothes could be hung for a shower.

• Iuliia (10/5): Отличный современный отель - Номер со всем необходимым. Номер нормального размера, но если разложить 2 чемодана, то ходить будет негде. Самое лучшее для нас - это стиральная машина с сушилкой. Ставишь вещи на ночь, а с утра они чистые и сухие 😊 Удобное расположение, прямая ветка до аэропорта. Во вторник внизу предлагали коктейли 😊 В душевой тесновато, мужу было не развернуться. Уборки не было совсем, если необходимо поменять полотенца, нужно принести их на ресепшен.

Большой номер, втроем было хорошо; конечно по меркам моей страны это микрономер, но это самый большой номер из тех гостиниц в Японии, в которым мы останавливась за подобный ценник в сутки. Не нравится система отопления в номере - обогрев кондицинером, он очень сильно сушит воздух и шумит, приходится спать с открытым окном. Телевидение - очень мало каналов. Полотенце для кухню было бы не лишее, пришлось покупать самим в магазине.

• WANRU (9/5): Nice place to stay for new year event, walking distance but far from the crowds. - Cute friendly place, warm front desk staff, good location near the metro, a bakery next door, walking distance to the temple. Well equipped with washer and everything you can think of. Space is tight. The place is like an apartment, from elevator to your unit, the hall way is in half open air, so a little cold. It’s really a short distance to your room, but I prefer closed space.

• Christabel (9/5): Conveniently placed hotel in the Hamamatsucho area - Location is great and staff are very helpful. Conveniently close to restaurants and public transport around Tokyo and to the airport. Front desk staff were happy to assist when I left an item from my last hotel. Communication was excellent and very professional and prompt. When there was no one at the front desk, a cleaning staff walked by and I asked if I could get some assistance to call someone back to the front desk, but they said sorry and went their way. Not a big deal but a suggestion for the future is to give some training to other staff to assist guests for certain scenarios.

I think a slight reorganization of the furniture would’ve made a big difference in the smooth usage of the room. It was a little troubling to go the work/coffee table by crab walking past the bed.

• Diana (9/5): - The superior apartment was big. Enough space to store 2 suitcases. From the high floor you have a nice view to the Tokyo Tower. The neighbourhood itself was quiet. Supermarkets, konbinis, cafes, drugstores were around. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is not in the center but for me it was ok, because there is a JR and metro. Also the monorail directly to Haneda Airport is there as well. Unfortunately, there was some kind of noise from outside at night that kept me awake. But Idk, if it came from neighbour or whatever. That was the only negative point to mention

• Cher Sang (9/5): - Close to three subway lines and airport monorail, near Shinkansen yet away from busy hubs. Sufficiently lit roads and neighbourhood. Nice bakery next door with a cafe a block away. Reception available from 0800 till 2200(although there is no one sitting at reception on the three nights when we going back at 2000 hours and no landline telephone available at the reception to call the number displayed. Challenging for tourists who have only data Sim cards. Friendly helpful receptionists when we arrived at 1500 hours. Free luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. Nice free cup of Nespresso coffee daily by the reception. Adequately equipped kitchen, cookware, crockery and cutlery and large washing machine cum dryer with free detergent in the unit. Brightly lit room and bathroom with reliable hot water for showering. Decent sized table and two chairs to comfortably sit down for a meal. Balcony door can be opened to air or cool the room. Iron and full sized ironing board provided in the room, a feature not commonly found even in some of the larger hotels we have stayed in. Most hotels will loan one on request and only if available at the time. Enough power outlets. Small room, not enough space for luggage bag, one went inside the thankfully wide enough wardrobe with only a curtain instead of a sliding door, a good idea. A higher bed with enough space underneath would have allowed luggage to be placed underneath. Security safe provided not fastened to the ground or wall, burglars could have put it in a luggage bag. However it worked out well as i could move it aside to make space for my luggage bag

Direct train line to Haneda airport. Easy to manoeuvre with suitcases to and from the station. Very roomy as compared to the usual Tokyo standard. Front desk English is excellent. Don't worry about breakfast as there is an excellent bakery next door that opens at 7.30AM This is more like a service apartment. Changing of linens is not included and you will have to pay for additional bath towels. However, a washing machine is provided within your room. Do check when you will arrive as front desk receptionist is in from 8am to 10pm. You will have to store luggage elsewhere if you arrive before they are in.

• Patrick Koch (9/5): We really enjoyed staying here. - Very central, very close to Hamamatsucho Station, Tokyo Tower can be reached by walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony could not be used. The toilet room was quite cramped.

L’appartamento è spazioso per la media di Tokyo ed è completo di tutti i servizi necessari per la permanenza. La posizione è ottima, vicino a kombini, posti dove fare colazione e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione per il treno circolare che collega i punti nevralgici di Tokyo. Consigliatissimo.
