- Lindsey (10/5): Great spot in Shinjuku - It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were small but well organized. The front desk people were very friendly and answered all of my questions. It was nothing fancy but it was very comfortable, I extended my stay because I liked it so much. Sometimes the hallways and room smelled of cigarette smoke even though i was in a no smoking room.

- Valerie (10/5): I would recommend this hotel. - The location is excellent, in a vibrant area of Tokyo, close to the Shinjuku station. The room was small, but manageable for two people, very clean, quiet. Free coffee/teas, pastries are served every morning. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

- ANDRES (9/5): VOLVERIA A WPU! - El hotel y sus instalaciones nos gustaron mucho. Fue una estadía cómoda. La habitación estaba muy bien y su tamaño también. La ubicación del hotel fue excepcional, a pocos metros del corazón de Shinjuku, cerca también de la estación de trenes y el metro. En nuestra estadía de 5 noches 2 veces elegimos comer en un restaurante/café/bar que pertenecía al hotel y estaba conectado. Tenia muy buena comida, había buen ambiente y buena atención. WPU sin dudas es una gran opción, vale mucho la pena elegirlos. VOLVERIA. En la habitación en ningún momento pudimos abrir la ventana, lo cual nos hubiese gustado, nos pareció que estaba trabada.

- Janine (9/5): Location location location - Location could not have been better. The staff (all English speaking) were exceptional and very helpful. At the end of my stay they arranged a taxi for me and provided a “cheat sheet” to give the driver so I could arrive at my next destination with ease. It’s a 4 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku and the hotel provides everything you need for a long or short stay.

- Hye Kyong (9/5): Great location, kind staffs and clean! - Great location (though spent some time to find the hotel, as Shinjuku station is very busy/complicated). Room is very clean and spacious than any other hotel in Tokyo (in my opinion). Staffs are very kind. There is a kitchen where you can drink coffee and have some pastries. Not so much, it was sometimes noisy outside. But it did not bother me.

- Dorota (10/5): Cool vibe! - The hotel is very cool with a great vibe! DJ, art exhibition room and young people. Very well located, close to Shinjuku station! There is coffee, tea and some pastry in the mornings. Rooms are small, but clean. Cool bar/restaurant at the hotel with a good food and local crowd. Happy we ate dinner there. Absolutely recommended! It was a bit loud outside at nights, like ambulance or police sound. If you are sensitive use earplugs, it worked for me.

Room fairly decent size, had great toiletries available and staff were very helpful (and spoke English), had a very reasonable self-service laundry services. Drinks vending machine on the floor. Room slightly small (desk was tiny) bathroom slightly small (bathtub). Hotel on main road- I enjoyed the view but this does come with police/ambulance silence. Had to leave my bags unattended to go up the stairs and ask hotel staff to change the direction of the escalator. I’m vegan, not really any breakfast options

The only option was to open the windows but mine opened to the back of Restaurants so it made the room smell like food.

- Kate (9/5): - Fantastic location, so close to Shinjuku station and everything else Shinjuku has to offer. The hotel was great, along with the staff. I would definitely stay here again. There wasn't much I didn't like. Maybe a bit better room cleaning. One day, not all my trash was taken, and they never gave me a clean mug for my tea. Small things though.

- Hamzeh (7/5): Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Limited Natural Light - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of everything in Shinjuku and very close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated how quiet and calm the hotel was, providing a nice escape from the busy surroundings. However, one downside was the room’s window. It could only be opened a few centimeters, and there was no real access to sunlight or natural daylight, which made the room feel a bit closed in.

They have a laundry area that is free to use and also you can get some ice cream for free while you wiring the laundry to finish. Well we couldn’t use the Onsen because we had tattoos but we knew that from the beginning so that was okay! Nothing bad at all
