Free gift on arrival which was super sweet! Bathroom had great water pressure. Location was great, short walk to Shinsaibashisuji. Downsides: very small room for 2 people, no view. But we didn't need it as we were out all day!

Livello di pulizia inaccettabile, peli ovunque e un odore terribile nella stanza, non potendo aprire la finestra. L'aria condizionata punta direttamente sul cuscino. Colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità, oltretutto personale stranamente scortese per essere Giappone.

- Asami (6/5): パジャマは欲しい - 良い点: ツインのお部屋はとても開放感がありとても良かったです。3泊までは清掃なしで環境への配慮◎。 悪い点: 部屋のマグカップが油？洗剤？透明のヌルヌルしたものがついていた。洗ってから使った方がよし。バスルーム、特にシャワースペースがかなり狭い。今まで宿泊したビジネスホテルの中ではダントツの狭さ。部屋にパジャマは付いていません。あてにしていたので焦りました。小さな冷蔵庫で冷凍機能は無し。猛暑の中、凍らせたいものがあったため残念。

- ホ (8/5): - 万博とユニバに行くために3人で3泊利用させて頂きました。部屋は3人が使うには少し窮屈でしたが、カフェテリアを使って食事などをしていたのでそこまで不十分ではなかったです。無料でスープやコーヒーをいただけて良かったです。ホテルの最寄り駅である、堺筋本町駅は利便性が良かったですが駅から10分離れてい歩くのがめんどくさかったです。タオルはフロントの前の棚から取っていく方式でしたが補充されていない時がありました。総合的に値段を考えていいホテルでした。

- Danna Camila (10/5): Great Hotel! - The hotel has very good service and an excellent location, close to several tourist attractions. The rooms have everything you need for a stay and are clean. The only drawback was that the shower curtain smelled musty, I suppose due to the time of year I traveled (summer). I loved the eco-friendly option of taking extra items from the reception desk. I recommend it.

- Yumi (6/5): コンパクトな部屋 - 堺筋本町駅からは徒歩5分程度。途中コンビニやスーパー、ファストフード店、ラーメン、うどん屋などあり便利です。トリプルルーム、1人辺り1泊8600円ほど（朝食なし）を3人で利用しましたがコンパクトな部屋なので大きなスーツケース複数は不向き。機内持込用キャリーケース数台がギリかなと思います。ベッドの寝心地は良かったです。バスルームは狭め（特にトイレ部分）洗面台シンクの水はけが悪く毎回水溜まるのと、一部水が溢れないように空いた穴部分がカビてます。滞在中の室内の清掃は有料なので長期連泊には不向きかと思います。

- PATRICIAM925 (4/5): KEEP LOOKING, SANITARY PROBLEMS. - NEED A SERIOUS ANS DEEP SANITATION AND CLEANING. The whole building it's in need of a serious cleaning, just look at the conditions of the carpets. These pictures were taken by myself from every floor. And don't get me with the odors and smells!! Every floor has a different and not nice smell, and getting worse in the "restaurant". Just look at the pictures I took from the water & ice machine.. do they want us to drink from there? Im pretty sure That's a sanitary problem and the Japanese health and SANITATION authorities need to intervene ASAP!

- keiko (6/5): コスパは良い方です - 徒歩一分の所にスーパーがあり、便利でした。 食べるところも沢山ありました。 三人で宿泊しましたが、カードキーが三枚あり、便利でした。ベッドも普通のベッド３台あり良かったですが狭いので荷物置き場に困りました。安いので許容範囲です。 お風呂の排水溝から大量の髪の毛が出てきましたが 自分の髪の毛なのか掃除ができていなかったのか不明です。

- snak317 (2/5): Avoid this smelly and noisy hotel - I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite its pleasant location, our 2nd-floor room was unbearably noisy. The dining area, also on the 2nd floor, created constant noise starting at 5:30 AM, preventing any restful sleep. Additionally, a strong food odor permeated the entire floor. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
- GerryRua (10/5): Great Spot - First things first, there are 2 Sanrriott hotels relativly close to each other in Osaka, so please make sure you find the right one. This one is a very good option and is located on a very busy street in the city. We came in on the private Keihan train from Kyoto to Kitahama station then switched onto the Sakaisuji subway line to Hommachi stop, then just a short walk to the hotel. The Keihan train is a great option if your comming from Kyoto as it's cheaper and more frequent than the JR options and it delivers you right into downtown Osaka. The rooms here are great, we had one on a high floor with a huge windows looking out over the city. The rooms were spotless with 2 double beds and anything you needed provided. The bathrooms have to be seen to be believed. This was the smallest bathroom that we had during our stay, in a country that seems to specialise in small bathrooms. But the sheer engineering that went into designing and making this bathroom is very impressive. It was absolutely brilliant, a great experience. Breakfast was good with good options and plenty of it. As the hotel is right in the city there are lots of great options to eat nearby. Don't forget to try some Okonomiaki. We went on a day trip to Nara while we were here and Nippombashi station where the private Kintesu train goes from was easy to get to, we walked it in about 15 min, but you could go one stop on the subwat too. It was a little more involved to get to the Shinkansen station on the Midosugi metro line, when we were leaving for Hiroshima but quite doably. Leave yourself about 45 - 60 min to do it so you are not under pressure.

- Jennifer (6/5): - This hotel is ranked average in my opinion based on these criteria’s- Facilities was not very spacious. Smoke room was upon entry but elevator s smells like cigarettes. Room toiletries were self serve where you collect from 1st floor. No ice machine. My bathroom sink drained very slowly; my kids room’s bathroom sink seemed clogged. Kids bathroom smelled like sewage. Rooms were extremely cramp…felt like a cruise cabin without balcony. I ordered two rooms but upon checking in was given two rooms on separate floors. Not ideal for family since my kids has to stay on a different floor. Positive notes for this hotel are that they serve free ramen/ udon every day for a light snack/supper (530pm to 7pm). Hotel is located next to restaurants and markets so it convenient to buy items. We requested a room clean but garbage was not removed.

- Po MAN (8/5): 按現在價錢可接受 - 酒店以房價來講可以接受的。 優點，生活圈十分便利，酒店旁已有24小時麥當勞，24小時超市，便利店，全部在3分鐘步程內。藥妝店也很近，開到23:00，有退稅，有折扣優惠。 酒店新，房間隔音好，前台也有禮，酒店小但整體應有盡有。 缺點:房細 ，床很硬，只有一個枕頭，毛巾要每天自行大堂更換，如晚上才換毛巾，經常被搶光，每天也要外出前先換。房間不會每天打掃，說好住4天有一天免費清潔，也沒有的。最後發現免費倒垃圾及鋪杘服務也要預約，清潔要收錢。沒有水提供，有水煲。大浴場晚上只開放給男性，白天才女性，每天情況一樣。不會改變，感覺不公平，如單雙日子互換更好。
- Yoonhee (6/5): - Good location. When we went to the room there was some cookie crumbs on the bed. Hotel workers were helpful making some reservations. Thanks to them. They offer complimentary ramen at the night time. One thing I really didn’t like about the hotel was a heavy blanket. Too heavy…especially for the summer. I couldn’t sleep well for the rest of the trip because of the blanket.
