Christophe (10/5): Très bon séjour à Osaka - L’établissement est moderne, propre et agréable. Le personnel est disponible, accueillant et gentil. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour explorer Osaka, notamment grâce à sa proximité avec Dotonbori. Les chambres sont conformes aux photos et spacieuses. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix ; pour les Européens, il y a aussi des options sucrées, mais je recommande de tester les spécialités japonaises. Les onsens sont un vrai plus après une journée de visite, et ils sont tattoo-friendly, ce qui est appréciable pour les clients tatoués (les onsens au Japon sont non mixtes et se pratiquent nus.) Le séjour a été très confortable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est agréable et serviable, le déjeuner était excellent, le onsen était très agréable, la vue de notre chambre était très jolie. Je recommande cet hôtel, il est top. Pas de point négatif pour moi.

Modern hotel in a fantastic location with a relaxing rooftop onsen and great - Excellent location in Shinsaibashi with easy access to Dotonbori, shopping, restaurants, and transport. The hotel was modern, clean, and well presented, and the rooftop onsen was a great feature after long days exploring Osaka. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. What didn’t you like about the property? The rooms were a little compact, which is fairly standard for Japan, and the lifts could be busy during peak times. Otherwise, overall a very good stay.

Simona (8/5): - The hotel is in a great location, 10-15 mins outside of dotonbori and main shopping attractions. The room is quite spacious for Japan. The bed was very comfortable for my liking. The hotel staff was nice and polite. The room layout was a bit odd with a sink being in a room, just not what we are used to, but it was not a big deal.
Mariana (8/5): Perfect location, beautiful spa. - We had a really great stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from Dotonbori, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, while still feeling calm and comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and although the room was the smallest we had during our Japan trip, it was still very functional with enough space for luggage without feeling cramped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the spa area upstairs, which was beautiful and tattoo-friendly, something not always easy to find in Japan. The separate men’s and women’s baths, sauna, and warm pools were a great way to relax after long days walking around Osaka. The coin laundry was also extremely convenient after two weeks of traveling. The only downside was that, for the price, the hotel felt a bit too commercial with extras, there were very few complimentary amenities beyond basic shampoo and soap, and many small extras had to be paid separately. Still, overall it was an excellent stay. Nothing to add

Chambre petite et bien aménagée avec salle de bain bien conçue (douche et baignoire). Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et varié. Dont des bentos à 3 étages pour les amateurs. Coin Laundry au 15e étage près des bains japonais que nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'essayer. Conseil : petit déjeuner tôt, car beaucoup de groupes. Mais c'est fluide Chambre : petites (20m2) et lit double collé au mur. Pas toujours pratique.
Liane (8/5): Great location. Great services. Rooms smaller than expected. - I liked the decor of the hotel. It was perfectly located - 200m from the Running Man sign. Could see Dotonbori from our window. I enjoyed having a massage in my room. It was a quiet oasis in a busy area. I enjoyed the onsen experience. The size of the room was smaller than we expected. The bed was only accessible from one side as one side was up against the wall. I had to climb into bed by crawling from the end of the bed and then crawling out backwards to get out of bed. There was not enough room for our luggage (2 suitcases) We had to put one suitcase on the lounge which did not give both of us enough space to sit down other than on the bed. The worst aspect for my husband was the height of the bed and lounge. He is a tall man with bad knees and he struggled to get out of the very low bed and lounge.

Rhoda (9/5): A good place to stay when you are in Osaka - Very near to the shopping area and to the train station. Lots of restaurants to choose ftom. Convenience stores and pharmacies and electronic stores (BIC) also Rooms were comfortable, clean and the whole staff were helpful,attentive and friendly. So far from our experience Candeo is one of the best hotels in Osaka in terms of accessibility of the shopping malls , train /bus station and cleanliness.

Highly recommend asking for view of the street at front of building. Always lots going on, great to watch Osaka busily going about its business below from the window lounge. I had a room at the rear of the property initially (i asked to be moved to street view) and it was looking out onto the back of other buildings etc. Not a very nice view. I recommend asking for street view!

Lauren (9/5): Great location to explore Osaka! - The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi with all the luxury shops on your doorstep and Dotonburi a 10 minute walk away. There is also a temple in the main entrance! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was varied each day and delicious. Our room had a window seating area that my husband loved and we could see the lights of Dotonburi which was exciting. Having been to an Onsen in a previous hotel I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't love it - but this Onsen was lovely, clean, spacious. The outdoor pool was wonderful and refreshing!

Yoni (3/5): A waste of time and money. - The location was good. The personnel. Very rude. Arguing too much even when they are obviously wrong. Pressuring you for everything : from breakfast to check-out. Very unpleasant first night : the safe was broken in my room. They refused to move me to another room at first, started arguing with me about the low importance of a safe in the room, telling me I can leave my stuff of value at the reception… a joke. Then Finally moved me to a "better" room. Still everything was kind of cheap. I would not recommend this hotel.
laura (9/5): Fantastic location for walking to sights, unique indoor/outdoor onsen facilities with a view! - The location is amazing! Near so many things to walk to - Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi, Amerikamura, Orange St., Denden town. The best part is the roof deck onsen. Lovely facilities for bathing, traditional hot baths, cold plunge, and sauna, divided by gender. Part is indoors, part is outside. Made for a great start to the day and open early for those who are jet-lagged. The rooms are on the small side, but fairly typical for Japan. King bed was pushed up against a wall, so one person had to 'crawl' into bed. Breakfast had a ton of variety, but nothing tasted great enough to return to the next day. They are redoing breakfast service and raising the quality in April according to a sign.
