- Andrew Sheldon (8/5): Quick refund when my flight was delayed - I didn't get to stay at this capsule hotel. I intended to stay, but because my flight was delayed 3+ hours, I was unable to arrive at the hotel before midnight, so they kindly refunded my payment, and I stayed at a capsule closer to the airport. I think they refunded me because I was communicating my concern before the flight took off. I did have to pay double elsewhere, so I did appreciate the competitive price of this capsule. I do acknowledge that this isn't a complete review because I didn't get to stay there. But it is nevertheless a measure of service. Thank you.

- Mireia (10/5): - Tot, tant l'habitació de mida i comoditat amb molt bona relació qualitat-preu, la ubicació prop de metro-tren, la higiene de l'espai, l'amabilitat dels treballadors. Em molesten força els sorolls i l'extractor d'aire no es podia parar, pel que em va costar una mica acostumar-me al soroll.

Billig und einfach. Ich wahr 1 Woche einquartiert gewessen. Die Betten wurde nicht einmal ausgewechselt. Dreckig in jeder Etage eine Dusche Für eine Etagé. Die Dusche zu benutzen sowie die Toiletten sind Gratis. Für alles anderes musst Du bezahlen. Personal kann kaum Englisch. Für Familie mit Kinder ungeeignet da es Stockwerken gibt die nicht separat sind. Also Frau und Mann gleichen Raum. Ich würde Euch in ein anderes Hostel empfehlen.

Reasonable price The one thing I really don't like and lacking from other capsule hotels that I've stay in is the fact that there is only one shower room per floor. Most of the capsules I've stayed in have multiple shower rooms. Given there are 10+ people staying on each floor one shower room is simply not good enough. Also the mattress is quite thin and not that comfortable.

- Polina (8/5): Нормальный вариант дешевого жилья - Тихо, чисто, все новое. 10 минут до метро Ахикабара и 5 до Асасука. На свои деньги и 2 звезды - все есть. Очень маленький номер, помещаются только два матраса и холодильник, даже шкафа нет. Чемодан раскрыть негде. Завтрак - талон на сендвич в кафе в 300 метрах.

- Shizuka (1/5): 最悪 - ない 予約の段階で、朝食について問い合わせをしたが中々つながらないばかりか電話に出たスタッフは外国人で日本語が分からなかった。 チェックイン、チェックアウト時とも、いらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございましたなどの挨拶も無し。スタッフはフロントを通っても座ってスマホを触ってました。がっかり。 部屋のティッシュもポケットティッシュのみ。女性は化粧などで使いますが足りないです。 部屋のトイレを使用するのにいちいち靴を履かないといけない。 冷蔵庫の裏がホコリだらけ。 ベッドでなくマットレス布団。柔らかく、腰が痛くなりました。 スタッフが外国人だからか、部屋や部屋のトイレがアジア人の匂いで辛かった。 チェックアウトの時、エレベーターで降りる際にエレベーター内に使用済みシーツ、タオルが置かれていて嫌な気分になりました。因みに部屋のカードキー、あまり綺麗でなく触るのをためらった。 朝食、頼まなくて本当に良かった。 日本人なら絶対違和感を感じるはず。 二度と行きません。

- TZU YEN (8/5): 隔音微妙但套房算舒適。可以睡著 - 套房若為單人居住，將第二人之床墊移開可有較大空間。 WIFI速度很快，約100M/100M。 浴室意外的大。雖無浴缸，但不會擁擠。水壓大且熱水來的很快。 交通方便，去幕張展覽館約40分鐘。去秋葉原只要一站。 可能因為是青年旅館中的獨立套房， 隔音微妙，若有人在走廊交談或發出聲音皆能聽到，但若大家在房內則算安靜。 若運氣不好，你很早睡或青旅房客很晚才在走廊盥洗聊天，對於淺眠者可能會壽干擾。 (但我很好睡，沒被影響) ※退房後無寄放行李的服務。
