• Christian (1/5): Unacceptable - Nothing I and my hole family including the kids were very disappointed with this accommodation. The apartment was not clean upon arrival, which was already unacceptable. Additionally, the condition of the apartment (furniture, kitchen) did not match the photos shown in the listing at all. Another major issue was the constant noise. There was a continuous humming and buzzing sound coming from outside. This made it very difficult to relax or sleep. We‘ve checked in around 6pm and left for a hotel the same day at 11pm Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this apartment. I can‘t understand how people who stayed at this accomodation find positive things to say about this appartment besides the location (and still my kids were afraid in the night of the location).

По ночам шумит вентиляция от соседнего здания. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания на неделю, небольшая кухня, стиральная машина, пылесос, фен, микроволновка, чайник, холодильник. Собственник быстро отвечает на сообщения, удобное самостоятельное заселение. Учтите, что вам нужно самостоятельно сортировать и выносить мусор. В квартире большая кровать, матрас и подушки были удобные Не хватило полочек для вещей, шторки в ванной и сушилки для белья

• 홍 (1/5): 생각보다 별루네요 - 지리적 위치 배드시트,이불, 베게 등등 모든 집기류 청결이 안좋음 욕실 더러움 중요한건 숙소 입구 현관 키가 안 열려서 다침, 드라이기 쓰는데 멈춤 ....중국인이 많은 골목이라 차이나타운 온 것같음 도톤보리는 가까워서 좋음 단지 위치가 좋은것 뿐 다시는 머물 생각이 없음

Comfortable beds and good facilities The apartment was a little tight for a family of four, but we were expecting it as it is Japan. The doonas were too small for the beds. When my husband rolled over I had no coverage. The same with my children in the next bed. There was no extra blankets or pillows.

• HappyTraveller (10/5): Welcoming stay - I really loved this place. It was local to the areas we wanted to visit. So close. Super close. There was a Lawson and a FamilyMart close by and a supermarket. There also was a man who sold us strawberries - I alway bargained him down for the strawberries and he always kindly agreed... but I paid him the actual price!! The son of the owner was around to help with some queries we had which made us feel valued. He was very nice and spoke to us about things. The cleaner was a nice lady too although so spoke no English. I will say the apartment is small but most places in Japan are small and the place had everything we needed. I never stayed in an apartment before as I have always chosen Hotels but this place I felt at home.. and I think I was there for 11 days or so. A later check out time - 10 am is far too early. You can pay for a later check out time but it was not worth it.

• Alison (8/5): Pleasant and convenient place to stay - The location is close to Dotonbori however 5-10 mins walking required to nearest train stations. The kitchenette and washing machine eases the family travelling. I will book this place if travel to Osaka again. Unable to store luggage before 1pm and inconvenience in a 4pm check in, which is rather late

• Carmina (5/5): Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. Thank you. - It's proximity to Dotonbori is great and what we really wanted. The whole place is very clean and the modern easy access to and out of the accomm is truly adding to comfort. The staff are kind and quick to respond. The place was very clean and new. The accommodation was very small for a family of four. I was surprised that Booking.com offered us this kind of place, but I trusted that we would be able to fit in. Unfortunately, there was barely any walking space left after placing the bed, and there wasn't even a dining table suitable for one person, let alone four. While we could overlook the limited space, the cleaning policy was another issue. There was no daily cleaning service, which compromised cleanliness. We ended up purchasing cleaning supplies, which was a hassle while we were on vacation.
