• Vessela (2/5): Disappointing stay!!! - Big disappointment. We travelled across Japan for a few weeks, and this hotel did not meet the standard or expectations. The room was dirty and outdated, with visible stains in the bathroom and on the walls. Compared to other KABIN hotels (which are advertised as part of the same group), this property felt very different. There were no towels available for replacement on each floor, which we had experienced elsewhere. The area was also very noisy and not particularly pleasant. Overall, it does not compare to their partner KABIN hotels in Kyoto and was a disappointing stay. Would not recommend due to lack of cleanliness and high levels of noise.

• ems (9/5): Very good, would recommend - The room was surprisingly very affordable and spacious for a place so close to Dotonburi, there was room for my suitcase and then some. Love how everything is self-serve and the key is a number pad so I don't have to carry a key around and worry about potentially losing it. The lobby also smelt really nice, it smells like Owndays. Not much. Only thing I can think of is it was hard to find in the dark as the sign is quite small and not very lit up. I walked up and down the street a few times before I realised I was standing right in front of it 😅. Maybe better lighting for the sign or a sign that sticks out so you can see it when walking on the street?

Separate toilet to bathroom and a stand alone shower rather than a shower over a bath Room was tiny with little room for 2 suitcases, very minimal hanging space and it was not overly clean. We found items under the bed from previous people and the toilet floor wasn’t very clean.

• MARIA (8/5): Buena ubicación cerca de Dotonbori - El hotel está ubicado cerca de Dotonbori. La habitación es sencilla pero cumple su función para dormir y ducharse. Estaba limpia y tenía kettel y minibar. Personal muy amable. Sí que se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones. En zonas comunes tienen fuente de agua y microondas.

• claudio (9/5): - Ottimo alloggio per chiunque voglia visitare la parte più turistica, caotica e viva di Osaka. Le camere sono piccole ma molto pulite e attrezzate, il rapporto qualità prezzo è fantastico onestamente. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e paziente, oltre a parlare molto bene l'inglese ( cosa tutt'altro che scontata anche negli hotel, fidatevi).

Die App ist absolut erbärmlich und ist beim Versuch, meine Dokumente zu scannen und die Kurtaxe zu bezahlen, wiederholt abgestürzt.

• runa (6/5): 可もなく不可もなく、安ければまた泊まろうかな - 駅から近くて分かりやすい 割引前の値段なら泊まらないかなといった感じ、スタッフの方はとても良い対応してくれたのでそこはとても良かった。 わたしが泊まった部屋の床が全て教室の床みたいな感じで硬いところしかなかったのでそこが残念でした

• Edgar (9/5): Great Value, comfortable stay, with good access to Dotonbori and transportation. - This hotel does not have any dinning options on site, however it does have a lobby and an area with chars and tables we were able to use for bringing food in. They had a luggage storage area which we really appreciated and got good use out of. they have an amenity stand with essentials. The whole facility was very well maintained and clean. The hotel is located near Dotonbori but far enough for a peaceful stay. I am not sure what could have been improved, The only downside was not having a metro access closer to this hotel. But It wasn't bad. There was access to multiple metro lines all between a 5-10 minute walk.
• Daniel Tomi (9/5): Cheap and convenient - Very clean, not too far from Shinsaibashi station (~10mins walk). The staff is very helpful. No laundry machines but there's a couple coin laundry places not far from the hotel.

• Lovely Ann (9/5): Convenient - The room had a nice ambience and was pretty spacious. It’s also only a few minute walk to dotonbori and shopping streets. I also like how the sink area had a lot of space to put your things on. There were also free amenities like towels, toothbrushes, razors, tea, etc. in the lobby which you can take for free. Overall, we had a very nice stay here :) The only problem we had was the toilet area, it kind of smelled like sewer after a few hours of not using. It wasn’t too bothersome but is important to take note of and I hope they can fix this issue.
• Chendra Dorothea (7/5): - Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und man erreicht sämtliche Attraktionen und Aktivitäten sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es war grundsätzlich nicht schmutzig. Das Bad war sauber, aber der Boden hätte mal wieder gewischt werden müssen. Unter Schreibttisch hat sich dann doch etwas mehr Staub angesammelt. Für ein Paar Nächte auf der Durchreise kann man in diesem Hotel definitiv einkehren :). Unser Zimmer sind sehr klein. Alleine ist es noch okay, aber zu zweit doch sehr eng. Die Betten waren zu dem nicht so bequem. Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts weiter zu bemängeln. :)

• Leo Cees Marius (4/5): A bit pricey for a rather shabby looking room. - Great location, comfortable bed. Careless/keyless room work fine. Small and rather shabby looking room. Stains on the walls, a tear in the shower curtains and no daylight gave it a bit of a cheap vibe. Also very noisy, understandable from outside because in a lively area and with a lot of construction, but also from the inside from the hallways, as the rooms are not insulated so you hear everything. Earplugs were definitely needed. Also no Japanese toilet.

• Xiangyang (3/5): あまりお勧めしない。 - 繁華街から近いのですが、外国人経営するお店が多く、まるで外国にいるようです。 お風呂がない、事前説明もなかった。万博会場に近いとアッピールされましたが、実際会場まで電車で2回以上乗り換えしなければなりません。コンセント差し込みは机に隠れて使用時机を移動しなければならない、不便です。真夏なのにベッドに冬用の分厚い布団でした。床は一般事務所用のタイルのもので、ワックスしてなく生のタイルのままでした。
• Mel (9/5): Location, modern, close to the action. - Location perfect for our stay in Osaka. Walked to most things, train close by if needed to go further. Quiet but close enough to the main areas. Was so happy with the location once we had our bearings. Foyer in the hotel with drinking water, microwave and tables to enjoy take out in air conditioning. The pillows, I had more comfort using my airplane pillow.

• RIEKO (8/5): 便利で快適 - 最寄りの長堀橋駅まで徒歩5,6分で、ちょっとがんばれば、なんば駅や心斎橋駅までも歩けるロケーション。 フリースペースにウォーターサーバーとコップがあった。 クリーニングがないので、タオルが欲しい場合は棚から持っていく仕組みだが、在庫がないときが何回かあった。フロントにお願いすればもらえるが、23時で無人になってしまうので、注意が必要。
• mark (8/5): Enjoyable experience. Great location - Location excellent. Cold water fountain available which was very welcome. Little things like razors, toothbrushes, combs, coffee and tea available. Room a little on the small side, but not a major problem.
