- Jessica (10/5): IMPRESIONANTE - La comodidad, la cercanía de todo, en verdad es la mejor opción para quedarte. Mi recomendación es al 1000% y todo está muy limpio, ordenado. Además teníamos paraguas para usar, incluso unas tipo bicicletas en la entrada que puedes usar (lean instrucciones de cómo usar) la cercanía al metro estuvo increíble y con todos los supermercados Todo es positivo, nada es negativo.

- yoko (10/5): サイコー‼️ - 家にいるような落ち着く空間でした。 洗濯機と浴室乾燥、洗剤も置いていて○ （なかったら洗濯しようと思わなかったと思います） お皿、コップ、カップ、お箸やスプーンまであったことで、近くの玉出スーパーで朝ごはんや夜食を食べる時も助かりました。 入り口前のロッカーがもう少し安いと良い。
- sato (5/5): - ベットの寝心地。 GWということもあるだろうが、22時前に到着したのに、近隣のコインパーキングがどこも満車。雨も降ってきて、ロケーションもわからないのに、スタッフが不在で聞きようがない。何度も周辺をぐるぐる周ってあと、結局ホテル前に停めてはダメかとインターホン越しに聞くが、メールアドレスを教えての一点張り。口頭で教えたが、アルファベットや数字を伝えるのが面倒で、実際に何も送信されなかった。すると今度はチェックインモニターに近隣駐車場の住所だけ表示になり、この中から探してくれと。よく見ると番地が書いてない。（恐らく表示になっていたところはすべて満車）次第に雨風が強くなり、疲れているのに、外国人のスタッフにも苛立ち、自力で探すことに。線路の反対側でようやく1台分見つけた。徒歩５分くらいだったが（駅が開いてる時間なら。閉まってると遠回りなります）、びしょ濡れになりながら確保。ホテルのせいではないにしろ、困っている時に助けて欲しかった。また今後は提携を結ぶなどして対策立てることを希望します。

- Tomas Bergner (10/5): Perfekt i volba pro cestovatele - Poloha je pro cestovatele perfektni, hned vedle JR vlak i metro, pesky zvladnete i Dotonbori. Pred domem potraviny i restaurace. Pracka i susicka. Snad jen manzelska postel by mohla mit 2 periny a ne 1 velkou. Kod na dvere ma 6 cisel, hure se to pamatuje nez 4.

- Lydia (9/5): 入住程序很簡單易懂，輸入密碼就好，不用帶卡片擔心遺失。 交通非常方便，過條馬路就是新今宮西出口，有電梯可以搭。 旁邊有玉出超市（東西不多小小的） 跟全家。住兩到三人最剛好，住四個人的話會有人沒有地方可以坐著吃東西。 附近環境比較雜亂ㄧ些。 - 交通非常便利，入住程序簡單。 枕頭有支撐度不會一躺就扁。 住的房間可以看得到鐵路，或許有人覺得有噪音，但小孩非常迷火車，可以清楚看到日本不同的電車，大滿足。 衣服有洗衣機可以洗，及提供洗衣精與足夠的衣架，晾在淋浴間一個晚上就乾了，不用帶髒衣服回家超級棒！ 小桌子螺絲鬆了有點搖晃，不是很穩，需要檢查一下。

Access from Train is good for you used the nankai and osaka loop line but little bit far when you desire to used the osaka metro like us. anyway it still better in location ambient. We will choose well stay again further for sure when we comeback to Osaka. front door like near broken and door lock access is broken when we last day stay. It happen when we outside building and can't go back inside due to door access control error. it lucky that last day and we during check out soon.

- Araya (10/5): - The hotel is very modern and private. I liked the contactless check-in system (Room Access Code). The room was spotless and the facilities like the LIXIL shower and microwave worked perfectly. Just a heads up for future guests: you need to take your trash to the bin on the 1st floor yourself, but no need to separate it. - Aziemah (9/5): Overall satisfied with our stay, definitely a good place to stay for an affordable price. - Very clean, spacious enough for an accomodation in Japan, near shin imamiya station that connects directly to Kansai airport, with elevator from the exit. The only think im a bit dissapointed is iron was not available and too little hangers supplied. A bit far to Dobutsuen-mae station that reaches to a lot of tourist spot especially dotonbori and shinsaibashi but still within acceptable walking distance.

- Ying Ying (8/5): 離南海地鐵新今宮站及JR新今宮(西出口)約3分鐘路程，但如果有大行李，JR的西出口無電梯，需要從東出口，但東出口距西出口要走5-10分鐘。 - 住宿地點不錯，餐具、廚房也都很棒，很適合喜歡自煮的旅客、浴室暖氣很強、有提供洗衣精 床架較低，老人家較不方便起身 暖氣機噸數可能不太夠，溫度要調高，不然可能不夠暖 第3張床的床頭板，沒有床頭燈及插座 3人房型，額外提供的沙發床無法攤平，用途不大其實可以拿掉，讓空間再大一些 桌子可以改大一些，要不然不夠3個人一起用餐

- Raquel (9/5): Great stay, will come again! - I liked that the room was spacious for a small family and everything was very clean. My favorite part of Wellstay was the laundry machine and the ability to dry all our wet clothes at night in the bathroom with them being completely dry by morning. The large refrigerator and the microwave was nice to have. I also liked how easy it was to check in and out and that we could store our luggage at the entrance before checking in, using the coin lockers or the lock and chain provided. There were a couple issues that weren't a big deal. The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly, which was weird and the bright light on the bed kept falling into my face. At first I had trouble turning the door light off, which hindered our first night there, but then I figured out that there's a small switch under the bigger switch that allows you to turn that light off. Unfortunately emailing the host for help was not helpful since they didn't know how to turn it off either.

- Siti Amalina (9/5): Overall, im satisfied with my stay there and would recommend to everyone. - I love everything about the facilities inside the room they provided. We're not using TV at all because we're mostly outside. The washing machine is a lifesaver. The apartment has a lift, so it's easy to carry your luggage up and down. The toilet have heater drying where you can hang your washcloth. 1st day, we had an issue with the washing machine, and the host was not really helpful, actually. Their response to send a technician on our check-out day for what purpose anymore, coz we already checked out. On the 2nd night, we tried to try and error then only the machine is working again.

Facilities provided is top notch and well complete. Washing machine and dry in the bathroom. Wash every night and will dry after few hours. Kitchen completed with utensil and pan. The location just in front of the train station and located just across the police station. All in all this is the perfect place if you want to stay in Osaka. Nope.

There was no front desk staff, but the hotel sent us codes by email the day before for both the front door and our room, which made check-in simple. The property has a drink vending machine, and our room comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. It included a kitchen, bathroom, shower, and washer—very convenient for a longer stay. The location was excellent: about a 12‑minute walk to Tsutenkaku with a train station right across the street. A mega don Quijote store was just five minutes away, Family Mart was across the street, and Lawson was down the block. There’s also a nearby pharmacy, which was especially useful when my husband fell ill. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families or anyone planning a multi‑day stay. Clean, practical, and well‑situated for exploring the area The only downside was the lack of an iron, which would have been helpful since we packed tightly as tourists.
