• ??? (8/5): - 2泊したのですが、ずっとアメニティのブラシが無かったです。とても残念でした。テレビが地上波が映らなかったです。そこは、普段YouTubeを見ているので、あまり問題ではありませんでしたが、せっかくの旅行なので少し地元のテレビも見てみたかったです。 施設自体は、目一杯観光して寝るだけに戻るだけだったので、コスパも良く綺麗で十分良かったです。

• Kayla (4/5): - The lobby bathroom smelled like urine, the elevator was filthy, when we first got into our room it didn’t feel clean there was food left from the last guest on the counter, the remote was dirty with something on the buttons, and the floor didn’t seem vacuumed well. But at least the bathroom and beds were clean.

• ゆみこ (2/5): - 清掃が行き届いてなく、シャワー室はカビだらけで部屋の隅にはゴミや埃が落ちていました。ベッドに横になると前のお客さんが湿布を貼って寝ていたのか湿布のニオイがずっとしていました。テレビはあるけど地デジが全く観れず、よくわからないBSの通販番組とかしか観れなくてつまらなかったです。冷蔵庫は小さくておもちゃみたいな物で500のペットボトルが入らないし、温度は14度より下にならないので全く冷えません。もう２度と泊まることはないと思います。

• Agustin (10/5): - We had a problem with the self check in... We called the emergency number, they answered straight away and solve it for us. We were afraid but they were really fast and efficient. Really good English from the emergency staff as well. Very clean and the room was perfect.

• Mi (8/5): - Good and efficient on the information, my room card accidentally left inside, luckily the WhatsApp is contactable and reply in short time and manage to solve the issue. No matter about first sight of the room but the room is still too small.
• REINA (6/5): - タオルやリネンは綺麗でした。 1点のみ気になったのが、トイレの臭いです。 壁や床に蓄積されたようで、 お湯で掃除しようとしましたが排水溝がなく、できませんでした。 飛び跳ねまで掃除していただければ、また利用したいです。
• Aaron (10/5): Very well located - We were close to the metro and train stations, though we had to walk for a few minutes to get there, dotombori and shinsekai are also close by. However, our street was usually calm and we were able to rest well. Would definitely consider staying again. Only downside, we put the sign out for the trash to be taken away, but they never did for a week. The container is right outside, so that was only a minor inconvenience.

• HIROAKI (6/5): 値段相応 - 必要最低限の宿泊環境という感じでした。シャワールームのカビだけが気になりました。
• Verified traveler (6/5): Tolle Aussicht! Aber mittelmäßiger Check-In - Grundsätzlich war diese Unterkunft für den Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung. Aber das Hotel steht dafür ohne Personal einchecken zu können. Es gäbe hier einen Self Check-In Automat. Wir kamen allerdings an und dieser hat nicht funktioniert. Es gäbe hier eine Hotline (auch in Englischer Sprache). Man sollte hier allerdings die Gebühren beachten, die man zahlt. Es war ein Emergency Kontakt über QR-Code ausgehangen, welchen man über Line hinzufügen könnte. Bei uns hat das allerdings leider nicht funktioniert. Unser Glück war, dass eine Gruppe japanischer Gäste das gleiche Problem hatte und wir darüber dann Kontakt zu einen Hotelmitarbeiter hatten. Dieser war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit hat uns dennoch geholfen, damit wir an eine Zimmerkarte kommen. Er konnte auch gutes Englisch. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bad von der Größe her in Ordnung. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel gibt es nur über eine Zusatzgebühr. Ansonsten würde nur der Müll entsorgt werden. Das Highlight ist denk ich die Aussicht und dass man hier einen Balkon hatte. Es ist auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden gewesen, sowie ein Fön und Wasserkocher. Preislich war das Zimmer in Ordnung und die Lage ist super, da man sehr viele Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants in der nähe hat. Wir haben auch gerne die Getränkeautomaten verwendet, die direkt am Hotel waren. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist außerdem eine Kofferwage, die in der Rezeption steht. Ich kann es jeden empfehlen,dem die genannten Punkte nicht stören

• YUYA (2/5): - 二度と泊まりません。 ベッドの掛け布団をめくったところ、大量の髪の毛や細かいゴミが残っていました。 初日なので髪の毛やゴミは前宿泊者のものです。非常に気持ち悪かったです。 寝る直前(21時頃)に気付いたのですが、ホテルスタッフが不在だったため電話で問い合わせたところ、写真をメールで送って欲しいと言われ、すぐに送信しましたが音沙汰なし。 30分後にこちらから再度電話したところ、今から清掃スタッフを向かわせますと言われ、そこからまた30分待ちました。 最終的にシーツを交換するのに1時間近くかかり、寝る直前ということもあって、本当に最悪でした。 清掃前にチェックインしてしまったということはありません。チェックイン可能時間の後に入室しましたし、ベッドメイキングもされていました。掛け布団をめくったのもその時が初めてでした。 衛生上の観点から、このようにまともに掃除をしないホテルには泊まらないほうがいいです。

• Gabriel (10/5): Good stay - The rooms are really small even for Japanese standards. But beds are really confortable. On a quiet street, but near Namba. And few other Metro lines. Very clean, small balcony is very practical. The price is unbeatable!

• Kanna (6/5): - しっかり寝泊まりは出来ました。 ですが、雨が降っていてタオルを追加で頂きたいと、19:00くらいにフロントに電話をしたところ繋がらず、アプリから施設に連絡した際に、「スタッフがもう上がってしまった」と言われました。バイトだとしても早すぎだと思いました笑 あとこれは私の確認不足でもありますが、ルームウェアがありませんでした。泊まる方は注意してください。また、部屋にはお風呂用の鏡しかありません。お風呂場も狭いので女性の方はメイクするのには不便だと思います。また、これはそれほど困りませんでしたが、テレビは付くのに音量を上げても無音でした笑 ですが、値段相応な設備や施設だったと思います。傘の貸出があったことも助かりました。少し薄暗い場所にありますが、少し歩けば居酒屋通りなどがあります。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズに出来ました。

• Brian (2/5): - I was informed no one would be at the front desk as it’s a kiosk check in system but check in time was advertised at 4pm and when that time came around the kiosk did not work at all so I was stuck waiting until I decided to get a hotel else where last minute. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

• KIBOME (8/5): 저렴하고 잘만합니다 - 위치는 난바역과 에비스초 중간인데 에비스초에 더가깝고 역끼리는 솔직히 그렇게가깝진 않습니다 방도 싱글두개면 작아서 케리어 피는건 조금 어렵습니다 다만 깨끗하고 저렴합니다 수건은 따로 요청해야하는데 하는방법이 설명이 안되어있어 못바꿨습니다
• Wade (10/5): - Situated approximately a brisk 10 minute walk from either Namba or ebisucho station, this was a convenient property. Rooms are small as appropriate for japan but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a little tight. We had a fridge included in the rooms we stayed in which i dont remember feom the amenties which meant the property catered for all our needs. Staff were helpful and lovely

• Wade (10/5): - We would recommend this property. Clean cheap and efficient staff that are able to communicate via text. Check in via check in machine makes it convenient and easy to do. Amenities are available to help yourself. Space is a little tight in the bathroom but usable. We would likely book this property again. And have.

• Teemu (6/5): A bit overpriced - Our room was little too small even on Japanese stardards and 2nd floor room did not really provide city views as advertised. Consideting these aspects, I found the rate quite expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed in Japan and in Osaka. Self check-in was smooth and location near Namba station very handy.

• Herbeth Lim (8/5): - Teeny tiny hotel just a stone’s throw away from all the anime merch in Denden Electric town. The hotel may be small but it has all the basics, comfy bed and pillows, shower, and an air-con. It’s clean and no-fuss, don’t expect room service or daily cleaning (they clean the rooms every four days but will take out the trash everyday upon request). Good value for money!

• Jiawen (8/5): Stay experience - Good place to stay, nearest coin laundry was 12-14mins walk, tight space for luggage, nearest station Ebischuo, need to walk about 15-19 mins for Namba station. Though affordable can’t say much have to walk. For all the days you are there, they do not change towels or bedsheets, only trash bins. Again, as is it affordable than other places that are near the Namba during Sakura season can’t say much.

• Andrew (4/5): - Clean and cheap. Bad location absolutely zero service. Costs 20,000yen if you lock yourself out. Nobody to leave your bags with for a few hours after you check out. I sent my bags before my stay and they were just sitting out unattended for anyone to grab before I arrived. Decent tiny room but your are screwed if you have any issue.
• Patrick (8/5): Very modern. Good place to sleep only. (tiny) - Good location, about 15 min walk to Namba Station. I just found it a bit weird that there were no staff at all, but the automatic check-in booth was quite simple to use and I didn't encounter problems. For people who are less used with technology, the check-in could be a bit challenging though. The room was very small. My knees were touching the door in front of me when I was sitting on the toilet. Rooms are very clean and equipments are modern. AC works wonderfully. They give you all the toilet things you need like extra toilet paper rolls, toothbrush, etc. at the entrance.
• Shawn (8/5): Super Small Hotel - The hotel is located in a good area which is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are super small, barely enough room for one person let only two. The hotel room was at least clean. I found the staff to be a little petty and not very accommodating. If I visit Osaka, I probably would not stay here again.
• Mark (10/5): - Balconies! Walkable, clean, quiet. Its a great location. Quick walk to Namba station, and pretty close to the midway point between Dotonburi and the tower. Would stay again.
