• Justine (10/5): Easy, and great location. - Location is great. 1 min walk to Shin-Okachimachi station which has a line direct to Shinjuku station, and Asakusa station. 12 min walk to Ueno station which you can use to get on Skyliner to Narita airport, which is a 40 min ride. Has convenience store 1 min walk. Lots of bars and restaurants 8 min walk away nearer Ueno station. Also some restaurants closer. Ueno zoo and Akihabara walkable distances. Location is quiet at night. And its really nice that its not busy outside the hotel. I think it would be too much to stay in a busy area. Also the big stations are hard to navigate, its less stressfult to start off with a small station. On our last day we uber-ed to Tokyo station for our bullet train it was only 3,000Y. Rooms are smaller than it looks in photos. But I think still much more spacious than what you're going to find near any of the bigger stations or more touristy areas. Thats just how Tokyo is.

Check-in was so unprofessional. Desk staff should just take the essential information from passport rather than having guests plod thru an online form that required far more than what is required.  No English language TV available, you'll need to use Google translate if you don't speak Japanese. Room much smaller than photos show.

The communication was another dranwback, only by Line (kind of japanese whatsapp). Definitely, I won't pick any Minn hotel anymore far away from a japanese chain standards.

• ERH-CHUN (10/5): - 地點易找，交通方便！成田機場》skyliner > 日暮里〉上野御徒町》都營線1站就到新御徒町。新御徒町站有電梯的出口到旅店很近，拖行李約走5分鐘到，沿路是安靜明亮的街道，附近還有老爺爺賣的蔬果店，想自己煮點蔬菜或新鮮水果吃都很方便！ 住房設備足，廚房家電、洗衣機、吸塵器，洗衣精、沾黏毛髮的滾棒…非常棒的住宿體驗！ 飯店都沒有這麼友善的環境！太棒了！ 櫃臺人員也很親切喔！

• Joanna (10/5): - The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the multiple bed options, and all the bedding provided was very comfortable. Fit all 5 adults and 1 child extremely well. The kitchen was nice with kitchenware included. The location was perfect. Very close to train station. Check in and out was easy. The hotel itself was a little hard to find. It would be nice if there were more signs, but we found it after searching.

• MAI (8/5): キッチン、洗濯乾燥機付きのホテルは最高でした！機会があったらまた利用したいです。 - 洗濯乾燥機が部屋に装備されているので、気を使うことなく洗濯乾燥できてとても良かったです！ キッチン用具もほぼそろっていたので、簡単な食事を作ることができて節約にもなりました。 エクストラベッド(ソファベッド)を動かしたらとんでもなく汚くて、備え付けの掃除機で掃除しました。 あまり動かさない物かもしれませんが、汚すぎます。 食器を洗って、置いておくスペースが小さすぎました。 あと、IHが日本の物ではないので慣れるまで大変でしたが、使ってみたら日本の物より使いやすいかなって思いました(笑) フライパンはフッ素が取れていて焦げ付きやすいです。
• Tania (9/5): Ottimo alloggio a Tokyo - Camera pulitissima e funzionale. Lavasciuga con istruzioni in giapponese (ma lo staff sale e ti fa vedere), piastra per cucinare e microonde. Stoviglie per 4 persone, pelapatate, forbici, ferro da stiro. Phon e Cuoci riso. Bagno con vasca e doccia. La posizione per le nostre esigenze è stata perfetta. Seppur non estremamente centrale (ma poi..a Tokyo cosa vuole dire centrale) é molto ben comunicata con le principali zone e attrazioni. Asakusa e Ueno si raggiungono anche a piedi in 15 minuti. Per tutto il resto linee JR (azzurra e verde) a 12-15 minuti a piedi, e metro sotto casa (Oedo Line con raccordo a TExpress). Il personale educato. Diversi Seven Eleven a pochi minuti, e ottimo Ristorante di Carne Wagyu a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Arredamento di gusto e tutto nuovo. Dimensioni gradevoli (noi eravamo 2 adulti e 1 bambino) nella tripla stile giapponese. Se usi il terzo letto (futon) manca un piano di appoggio comodo, ma l'armadio é spazioso anche per stipare due trolley grandi. Si entra con un codice, cosa per me comodissima. Nella linea Oedo sotto casa ci sono dei lockers (tra cui circa 4 di grandi dimensioni). Stanza silenziosa. Ritirano la spazzatura fuori dalla porta Non è possibile lasciare valigie prima e dopo ( ma ci puoi spedire i bagagli !!) Per i sensibili: la luce notturna con fotocellula non é disattivabile se non intervenendo su uno degli interruttori di corrente generale in bagno (almeno per le stanze x02). Se chiedi però arrivano e ti mettono dello scotch a coprire
