The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. • Maps612748 (2/5): Poorly maintained new hotel with poor service - The remote control of the TV was very dirty, I had to clean it myself. The bathroom was clogged so the water almost flooded the bedroom when I unplugged the bathtub. I had to walk in the dirty water to call the front desk. When I called the front desk for help, he laughed. I don’t know what part of this was funny. The front desk sent someone in to clean it using some kind of chlorine agent while I was waiting wrapped in a bath towel. I didnt want to wait for a long time for that chlorine agent to dissolve whatever clogged the bathroom at 11 pm, so I had to asked for another room. Then, had to repack my luggage and move to the new room with no assistance at all in the middle of the night. The next morning when I turned in two key cards to check out and told him it was for the old room, the hotel manager said, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” That was it. He didn’t even bother to ask what happened. I might stay again if I wanted to pay a moderate rate to stay in a new but poorly maintained hotel in a moderately convenient location.

• bibbybubby (8/5): Great location - Pros -Location, 3 minutes walking to Hommachi station, walking to Shinsaibashi -free coffee at the lobby -front desk staff is helpful -hotel changed the name recently, so the hotel is not old Cons -room got no view, when I booked at Agoda, the website picture didn’t specify that there’s no view -room is dark since it has no natural light -they don’t clean your room everyday, maybe only change towels and empty trash daily -lift are a bit slow

• babewine (10/5): Great, affordable hotel in Osaka - Stayed here during our stay in Osaka for around 5 days. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel! Rooms were cleaned every day, all of the staff were nice and there were coin washers on the ground floor, which for me was a very helpful feature. Excellent location as well, very near the Honmachi Station. First stayed at Lub d in Bangkok and was also very happy with the service then. It's really great to know that their brand of service and quality doesn't change across the globe.
• Kenneth (10/5): Prime location while in Osaka - Lub D provided a great facility and supportive staff. The room is small but is configured well to be spacious. The bathroom is also spacious with a nice bath tub. The staff was friendly and helpful even with us arriving late from our flight. The nearby shops and stores provided convenience in accessing essentials. We plan to stay here in our visit to Osaka

• Jose (4/5): - Nothing at all is good, I got a very small two bed room, and breakfast is something that they call sandwich.
• Iris (4/5): - I thought the location was great. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. Bathroom was fine, but the main rooms carpet had many stains at looked visibly dirty. The mirror had rust splotches, and lower part of the walls was grimy. Bed was comfy, and my room had a bit of the skyline, but overall wouldn’t come back.

• Wai Kon (8/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was rather small but tidy. Personally, I don't like bathtubs, rather a shower. Everything what you expect of a 3 star hotel is present. Just around the corner is a shopping street including a Lawson convenience store. The metro station is within walking distance.

• Praewroong (10/5): - location not far from shopping area but not loud. there is 7-11 and lawson near the hotel and many of drug store. the room is quite clean and have space enough for two 28 inch luggage.

• Salem (10/5): Amazing!! - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and welcoming reception staff made a great first impression. Centrally located, everything was new and well-maintained. My high-floor room was clean, modern, and peaceful. Highly recommended!
• Jongkon (10/5): - สถานที่พัก ดีมาก ใกล้กับร้านอาหาร ตลาด เเหล่งช้อปปิ้ง สามารถเดินจากโรงเเรมไป ย่านshinsaibashi และ dontonburi ได้เลย ที่พักสะอาดมาก มีบริการทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน พนักงานทุกคนน่ารัก เป็นกันเองให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก มีพนักงานคนไทยคอยช่วยเหลือคนไทยตลอด โดยรวมประทับใจมากๆค่ะ เเนะนำที่พักนี้เลยค่ะใครมาโอซาก้า สะดวกสบาย สะอาดมาก มีร้านค้ามากมายย่านที่พัก ไปโอซาก้าครั้งต่อๆไปก็จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกค่ะ

• D (10/5): - Well appointed rooms in a vibey location very close to Honmachi subway. Was an easy to walk to several attractions and the breakfast served at a local cafe was more than adequate.

• Christina (10/5): Nice location and clean hotel - Nice location near a metro station, supermarkets, and near many shops and restaurants. You can borrow an umbrella, travel adapter and weight scale at the hotel which was very handy. The room is very small but for the two of us was ok. If there would be a swimmimg pool then it would be perfect during the warm days:)

• Charlie (8/5): - Great location and really helpful staff. Bed was a bit hard for me but overall this was a good place to base from for the Osaka portion of my trip!
• David (10/5): - This place was great the room was spacious and the staff were friendly and communicative. They do have some nice board games to play at the front entrance and a nice Thai restaurant in the hotel. I would recommend exploring outside the hotel because nearby they had tons of shopping and restaurants which were priced at a decent price. Also it’s not to far from the station, I would say those stairs from that specific station is a lot to deal with. But worth staying here.

• Irma (10/5): Buen hotel - Habitación con camas cómodas. Cerca del metro. Se puede ir caminando dando un paseo hasta el Glico Man. Se desayuna en un bar próximo al hotel.
• CHEJOO (8/5): 꽤 괜찮았습니다. - 홈마치역에서 5분거리, 그리고 주변이 아주 깨끗합니다. 3개의 다른 나라에도 동일한 이름을 가진 호텔이 있다는 것은 괜찮다는 의미로 느껴집니다. 조식은 호텔이 아닌 바로 가까운 음식점에서 먹는데, 직장인들이 출근하다가 먹기도 하는 평범한 곳입니다. 그래도 괜찮았어요.

• keerakitc2024 (10/5): Lub d Osaka Honmachi -- very affordable, next to Hommachi subway station, walking distance to Dotonbori - Lub d Osaka offers a clean, comfortable stay right in the heart of Osaka. We stayed in a Double Room -- the bed is comfy, and the room is quite spacious for Japanese accommodation standards. It is located in a prime location near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji. It is also very convenient to travel around as the hotel is near the Hommachi subway station. I think Lub d is a great choice for travelers looking to accommodation with a reasonable price and experience Osaka's attractions with convenience and comfort.
• dionisk651 (10/5): Lub d is a great HQ for exploring Osaka, especially if you're on a budget. - My wife and I stayed here for a week in their Double Room. The hotel is newly opened, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. Lub d is located walking distance from the Honmachi metro which allows for easy access to most of what Osaka has to offer. We visited the aquarium, Universal Studios, Kyoto, Osaka castle and many more during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the very popular Dotonbori area too, although the hotel is very near the hustle and bustle of Osaka, it is located in a relatively quiet side street that allows for a pleasant night sleep. The room is not huge but definitely will do if you are looking for a nice place to rest after a long day of walking. The toilet was also decent size with a bathtub which made it very convenient. What i liked is that beyond the typical amenities you would expect the rooms have a little bit of character too, not just plain white but feature artworks with pleanty of Osaka easter eggs in them. Overall 10/10 would definitely go again, great location, clean and good size room, lovely staff and a foodies paradise at your doorstep with the Shinsaibashi walking street.

• NUPORN (8/5): - Staff are very helpful especially คุณอุ้ย. The thing I didn’t like is it’s located between Umeda and Namba. Sound like convenient but it’s not. My first period our room was clean ,but my second period which I stay I think the room wasn’t clean. I saw dust on the table / the washroom / sink and the bath have dust :( But in this price I think it’s acceptable.
