• Jodee (9/5): Another great stay at a Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio. - Hotel was clean, comfortable, well laid out. The breakfast was great and had good variety of foods. Within walking distance to train stations. Not a fan of the shower situation with no shower curtain in the tub, and the faucet handle difficult to reach from the shower.

• Thomas (10/5): One of the best hotels I stayed at in Japan. - The room was clean and a bit more spacy than the double rooms in other hotels I stayed at in Japan. It was well equipped with TV, AC, air cleaner, kettle and a really neat bathroom with shower and tub. Also highly recommend booking the breakfast - the choice was fantastic and included a couple of delicious Osaka specialties!

• JEROME (9/5): Découverte d’Osaka - Hôtel conforme aux photos. Petit-déjeuner très copieux. Bien situé entre 2 stations de métro. Il manque une lumière tamisée dans la chambre : quel dommage car le soir ce n’est pas très agréable avant de s’endormir.

• Karin (10/5): Loved it! - Wonderful hotel. Kind staff. Welcome drinks and coffee station. All the amenities. Very good sized bathroom. Netflix, Hulu, etc available on the tv. Fast elevator service. Laundry service available as well as washing machine to do it yourself. Staff brings fresh towels and pajamas every day and will hang it on the door if you choose not to have the room cleaned. Easiest check-out process on top of that - you just feed your room key to the machine and you’re all done. I just wish I had known about this place when I was in Tokyo and Kyoto. Would have saved me some headache.

Veel verzorgingsartikelen beschikbaar bij de receptie waaronder heerlijk badzout! (Bad)kamers klein maar efficiënt! Je kan je koffers nog laten staan ook na uitchecken! Iets verder lopen vanaf het station dan gedacht.

The staff made mistake on our key cards: with 4 key cards, only 1 of them worked. The appology was a simple sorry, like it was nothing big or special about it. 2. • Megan (8/5): Great stay, would definitely return. - The lobby area was warm and welcoming. There is a great system for storing your luggage pre/post stay. The room felt clean and quite well maintained. The front of house team were all very kind and helpful. Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the closest station. We used the laundry facilities during our stay and ran the wash and dry cycle, after which our clothes were still very wet, so we ran an additional drying cycle for 2 hours, and they were still wet after this. That was quite frustrating.

• Constanza (10/5): Excelente experiencia, ubicación y precio - Por favor si estan buscando un hotel comodo, con buena ubicación y pieza un poco mas grande que la media en Japon, quédense aqui! Esta ubicado muy cerca de dotonbori, de shinsaibashi y tiendas de moda. Esta repleto de opciones para comer al rededor. Se nota que el hotel es nuevo y tiene de todo para hacer una experiencia agradable. Reseve a ultima hora sin expectativas y me sorprendió muchisimo. La ducha es estilo japones y se hace raro pero no es imposible bañarse en ella, tambien le falta algun espacio para colgar cosas o acomodar ropa, pero son detalles minimos pensando en todo lo que ofrecen.
