- Mafalda (8/5): Boa estadia em Tóquio, com fácil acesso às principais zonas de interesse por metro - Ótima localização, numa zona calma, próxima da Tokyo Station, e também com bons acessos a metro. Loja de conveniência próxima, disponibilização de pequeno-almoço e café até às 24h. Funcionários simpáticos, apesar de a comunicação não ter sido a mais eficiente por terem de recorrer ao tradutor para falar em inglês. Hotel limpo e com disponibilização de diversas amenites. Por erro, agendei um quarto de fumadores, apesar de não o sermos. Não estava à espera que o cheiro a tabaco estivesse tão entranhado no quarto, o que o tornou um pouco desagradável. Assumo que o erro possa ter sido da minha parte. O facto de a torneira ser partilhada entre banheira e lavatório dificulta a utilização do WC por duas pessoas. O pequeno-almoço era pouco diversificado, o que fez que nem o usufruissemos na última noite.

- Natasha (8/5): - The breakfast selection is small but tasty - a few types of onigiri, small pastries and soup. The complimentary coffee machine in the breakfast area that is available until midnight is also great + you can pick up whatever room amenities you need like toothbrushes and face wash in the lobby. Staff are very friendly and it is conveniently located around 25 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. There was a hair in the bath tub. The bed is a bit hard.

- alessio (9/5): buon rapporto qualità/prezzo - La posizione molto comoda alla stazione e alla metro. Hotel silenzioso, camera spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Buona dotazione articoli da bagno, possibilità di caffè e accqua durante il giorno. La colazione è migliorabile, è scarsetta.

- Ikuko (9/5): すごく親切にしていただいたし、駅近で朝食サービスもあり、2泊しましたが、利用して良かったです。 - 近場の美味しいお食事処とか、コーヒーをこぼしてしまい、紙のBoxを急にダイソーに行かなければならなくなり、場所を調べていだだいたり、道案内やGoogleマップの見方など私のお困りごとに丁寧に対応していただきました。 おかげさまで人形町に徒歩で歩いて行く途中、ダイソーの開店までに30分以上あったので、思いがけず小網神社の横を通り参拝、銭洗、お札等な購入が出来ました。以前は日本橋から徒歩で来たことがあったのですが、到着難しかったですが、簡単についてびっくり！待ち時間もわずかでした。 さてダイソーですが、人形町店には目的の箱は置かれてませんでした。そのあと日本ヴォーグ社のイベントに移動しなければならなくて、その近くを調べたら中野富士見町駅から1分のところにダイソーオオゼキ杉並和田店がありそこで買えました。お知らせもしたくて長くなりました。 おにぎりと味噌汁も美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。 何のせいか、時々ドアに何がぶつかる音がした。 コツって小さな音ではありましたが。 誰か廊下を歩くときぶつかってる？のかは不明です。

Room was clean and plenty towels were provided. Easy checkout. Was done within 2 min. Breakfast very simpel and got boring quickly. The breakfast room was also very small. Bed and pillow were very hard as if I was sleeping on the floor.
- Niksungla (10/5): An exceptional stay! - Loved everything - location was close to subway gates, convinience stores & restaurants. Staff was super helpful and amenities were as expected and fully functional. Also, in the evening, free soup was provided. Unlike other Toyoko Inn I used to stay, the breakfast choices are limited here. Would love if the choices can be expanded/increased like its other chains.

- Soyoun (10/5): 재방문 하고 싶은 호텔 - 지하철역에서 가깝고 주변환경이 깨끗하고 조용해요. 근처에 드럭스토어, 편의점, 음식점, 베이커리가 있고 도쿄역까지 도보로 20분정도 걸립니다. 신축건물이라 깨끗하고 객실 조명밝기도 조절 가능하여 편리했습니다. 화장실도 냄새나 곰팡이 없이 청결해서 좋았습니다. 무료조식이 있는데 주먹밥이 맛있었습니다. 종류도 5종류 정도 되었고 매일 바뀌는 메뉴도 있었습니다. 빵,스프, 국, 커피, 쥬스도 있어서 구성이 만족스러웠고 협소해서 트레이에 음식을 담아 객실로 들고 가서 먹었습니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하여 재방문 하고 싶습니다. 없었습니다.

- Nilza (10/5): Boa estadia a 20 minutos a pé da estação de Tokyo - Escolhi este hotel devido à sua localização próxima à estação de Tokyo, pois viajei de manhã e queria evitar o metrô lotado. Ficava a mais ou menos 20 minutos a pé da estação. Foi muito prático, gostei do hotel, do café da manhã, da limpeza e dos funcionários. O café da manhã me surpreendeu positivamente, gostei muito, havia vários sabores de oniguiris e sopas, pãezinhos. Não sei se todos os dias são as mesma opções, pois fiquei apenas uma noite.

- HIROKO (10/5): 最高！ - チェックインの時間より早く到着して荷物だけ預かってもらうつもりだったのですが、その時点でチェックインしてもらえて、その後の観光を満喫できてとても助かりました。スタッフの方の対応も気持ちよく、ホテルもきれいでとても快適に過ごすことができました。また東京に行く機会があれば、ぜひここを利用したいと感じました。 ありがとうございました。
