- Belinda (10/5): - This hotel is priced so well, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Location is perfect for getting around Osaka and super close to heaps of restaurants, 7/11 and Lawson’s. Very close walk to Toshiba tower and markets around there. The street seems a little seedy and a bit grubby but we quickly learnt Osaka is all a little bit grubby in most places compared to what we saw in Tokyo or Kyoto. Washing machine and drying room worked perfectly overnight and clothes dry by morning. Train station is basically next door so we did so much less walking here because of that. Brilliant! Would recommend to stay here and we would happily come back next time we come to Osaka.

- Susie (6/5): - The pictures on the hotel booking were misleading. Thought I’d get a dining table set but it ended up a tea table with two tiny baby chairs. The bathroom light were flickering since the beginning of our stay and we didn’t get it fixed since we were out during daylight. There’s a mirror right in front of the shower head which means you are watching yourself showering which makes suspicious if there’s hidden cameras behind. Theres no mirror outside of the bathroom. Also, there’s no towel bar or clothing hooks in the bathroom which makes very inconvenient after shower. Because of this, we have to use all the dry towels and so I requested for towels but it took a day to come. I hope they can improve these small things to make the stay better. Have a washer and heater to dry clothes makes is a plus here.
- PoYueh (10/5): 房間裝潢很新，房間乾淨 - 內部裝潢很新，也很乾淨。附上的餐具、沐浴用品也都很充足實用。房內有洗衣機，也無限供應洗衣精，非常方便。我們只需攜帶一半量的衣物旅遊，因為可以隨時清洗。也有吸塵器，方便隨時打掃，維持房間內的整潔。 熱水的量也很充足，水溫也非常穩定，在外面旅遊疲憊一整天，回到飯店洗澡是一種享受。

- Ferry (10/5): Almost perfect hotel with generous setup - Great: The hotel location is great, 2-3 doors away from the Ebisucho train station entrance. Secure front entrance with locked luggage storage downstairs. Generous self-service replenishment for consumables such as toothbrushes, detergent, slippers, etc. (hopefully this doesn't get abused by greedy customers). Great communications with QR code and online form clearly displayed in the room, quick responses to our requests for towel replacement and rubbsih collection. Shower room that doubles as a laundry drying room is a godsend, plus there is a balcony to hang clothes and simple top loader washing machine. Clean and quiet hotel. Perfect setup for a multi-day stay. This was the best hotel for our family trip to Japan ! Not so great: The Family Twin Room is marked as for 6 people, but it was tight for our group of 5, with the sofa turned into a bed there was no seating area nor seats left.

- shihya (10/5): - 第一次選擇公寓式酒店，原先有點擔心，但入住後一整個大滿意！ 地點：惠美須站1B出口，有電梯 ，出一樓後右轉，還來不及反應，飯店就到了，真的超方便；附近有薩利亞、sukiya、玉出超市等⋯⋯。到通天閣和唐吉柯德，也在步行可達的距離。 房間：乾淨舒適空間大，還有洗衣機，浴室還有乾燥功能，衣服以後很快就乾了。 聯絡人員都能即時回覆訊息，非常盡責，真的是間寶藏飯店。

Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. For people who are sensitive to noise, better mentioning your specific request. Will be happy to try those three quiet rooms next time.

- YENJU (8/5): 不錯的體驗 - 地點離車站出口很近，而且出口有電梯，但車站出口似乎有跟其他飯店共構，回程要去機場看到電梯排了很多人都是有行李箱的，我們最後是直接走樓梯。如果有趕時間的話要注意一下時間。 房間裡面什麼都有，某些備品不夠還可以到一樓去拿，check in check out是全自助，這次並沒有遇到什麼問題，無法得知若苚遇到問題大概要多久回應。整體的感覺非常不錯!

Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. Sister hotel which was a very easy short walk was able to receive the luggage for us, however the from and to (Kyoto hotel to respective Osaka hotel) took a lot of time due to miscommunication with phone calls or emails, taking almost an hour to sort out at the Kyoto hotel front desk, but everyone was very understanding and did their best.

Love that there is a washing machine and inside the bathroom is a dryer. They have hangers and a dry option that heats up and dry your clothes.... Definitely will stay here again

- Lorena (10/5): - We were able to do laundry in the room but it was rainy day so we took the clothes to the laundry around the corner to get them dry. The hotel is conveniently close to transportation. The staff at a sister hotel received our luggage from Tokyo and helped us forward one suitcase to the Haneda Airport. Check in and out was easy and the room was clean and spacious for a family of four.

Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended. It would be nice though if there is an English instruction on how to use the washing machine. And also nice to have s flat iron. Overall, we are so happy with our stay.

- CHIH-HUAN (10/5): - 房間相當乾淨且新，床及棉被軟硬適中＇相當好助眠。浴室在日本而言算大，洗衣機之外還供應日包型的洗衣精，晾衣服（獨立陽台）也方便廚房的廚具也一應俱全，每兩天都會送上二日份的毛巾浴巾及牙刷牙膏小用品，還可以自行使用吸塵器，垃圾回收只要透過信件聯絡，隔天就會來收。即使是自助型飯店＇服務也非常地好，為旅行加分非常多，值得再訪及推薦！

- Linh (2/5): - The place is small and tight. No communication or access to anyone for assistance during check in and stay. Housekeeping only shows up on the last day at check out. They waste no time to get you out. Difficulty in turning on the air conditioning and took a long time to cool down room. Felt suffocating until AC start working right. No instructions on using the AC and everything in Japanese. The door to the room was very every hard to open and air suction door and fire hazard. You will have to push very hard with all your strengths to open. It was a nightmare at the beginning until we figure out everything on our own. No one available to assist or call for help. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s listed as 4 stars hotel and and that is not accurate.

- Windi (10/5): - Property was clean with security, and the room provided all the convenience of comfortable stay. It was in busy business district, with many eateries and convenient stores. The property was close to Dotonbori, and all the shopping centers, the area was noisy when it was time to have good night sleep.

- Esther (10/5): - 住了五天，提供了足夠每天更換的毛巾，有洗衣機、洗衣液，浴室有乾衣功能，晚上洗早上就乾。距離惠美須町站1B出口右手邊10米，超級方便。去天下茶屋方向搭南海線去機場，全程有elevator，rapit最快40分鐘就到。樓下100米範圍內有藥妝店、24小時super market。有需要可email聯絡管理員倒垃圾等等，一般30分鐘內會email回覆。輕鬆步行到世界通和天王寺動物園。水壓就算高峰時段都無問題。

- Feng (10/5): Very nice stay! 10/10 - Hotel is pretty big comparing to other hotels in Japan. It is relatively new and very clean. There is a washing machine in the room which is very convenient.
- Ming (8/5): - Generally well managed and fairly new building with responsive team you can reach via email. The rooms are very good sized (>300sf) and come with a usable kitchen and washer. The heated dehumidifier in the shower works great to dry clothes quickly. Nice balcony to get some fresh air. Subway station is just downstairs and you can walk to a nice grocery store, a fish market, and an elaborate collection of shops at Namba Station (about 10min). Will stay here again.
