The lodging was within walking distance of a grocery store and local restaurant/bar. It was only 10 minutes from the airport via free shuttle. Really nothing. I suppose it would have been nice to have a gym and saua....

• Helmut (8/5): Günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Shuttle aber lange Fußwege - Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles relativ neu Der Shuttle darf aufgrund unverständlicher Behördenauflagen nicht bis zum Hotel fahren. Man muss 200m zu lFuß gehen. Mit viel Gepäck nicht so schön. Auch am Terminal ist die Haltestelle ziemlich weit entfernt.

• Eric (8/5): Very nice compared to others nearby - Free airport shuttle, large room, very clean, close to super market, close to good local restaurant, 24 hour convenient shop next door. Can easily open windows for fresh air, real bonus compared to other hotels, very quiet, car parking available, easy access, and very new. I would stay again. I'll be picky here as overall it's very good - airport shuttle drops you quite far from terminal and hotel so bit of walk, okay so long as you have not much luggage, staff don't tell you about that, staff don't tell you about local restaurants and shops as interest is to use hotel after 5 weeks in hotels not interested but staff is very nice and accommodation otherwise. It would be good if they had vending machine or can buy from reception simple items.

Kostenloser Shuttle fährt 24 Stunden alle halbe Stunde vom und zum Flughafen ab Terminal 1 oder 2. Toll für frühe Abflüge. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Edeka und einen See zum spazieren gehen. Im Bad Produkte von Rituals. Alles super.

Kein Fön im Zimmer, kann man an der Rezeption bekommen, muss man nur vor dem duschen dran denken, nach dem duschen mit nassen Haaren den Fön suchen ist nicht schön! Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit und dem geschuldet, dass Leute so etwas wirklich einfach stehlen! Könnte man beim Einchecken den Leiten einfach anbieten, man rechnet ja nicht selbst damit!

Hotel ist ja speziell für die "eine-Nacht-Gäste", also die Leute, die am Airport ankommen, oder demnächst abfliegen, konzipiert. Dafür ist es ideal. Modern und sauber. Restaurant Ist relativ klein aber (wegen der Lage im Abseits) alternativlos. Essen war so naja, gerade noch so über der Grenze zum ok.

• Dulcie (8/5): Very nice hotel, great staff but the location wasn't great. - The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The robot serving food was very amusing. The bed was two singles pushed together which would create a gap at night while sleeping. There wasn't a top sheet just 2 single duvets. The temperature in the room did not get cold so the duvet made it very hot for sleeping. The shuttle was quick but finding it at the airport was difficult. It also doesn't drop you off right at the hotel so you have to walk a little way with your luggage and it doesn't take people to terminal 3 so we took an Uber to get to the airport.

• Andreas (7/5): Für eine Nacht - Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen war es ruhig, Rezeptionist war freundlich. Zimmer war sehr klein, Badezimmer ein Raumwunder. Bett war mir persönlich zu hart.
• Leo (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Transfert vom und zum Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt. Das Hotel ist recht neu mit sehr angenehmen und zweckmässigen Zimmern. Besonders sind uns die Produkte von Ritual positiv aufgefallen. Leider hatten wir keine Gelegenheit das Frühstück zu kosten. Uns fiel auch positiv auf, dass noch Leute um Mitternacht an der Bar sassen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leisungsverhältnis. Uns hat lediglich überrascht, dass wir den Hotelbus am Parkplatz verlassen mussten und die letzten 200 m zu Fuss zum Hotel zurücklegen mussten während der Bus weiter am Hotel vorbeifuhr.

Delivery of the food was by robot, which probably needs some adjustment but was also quite entertaining. Overall good value for the price.

Bezüglich des Lunchpaket sollten sich laut Platzhirsch Webseite folgende Sachen befinden: "Für unsere Gäste die früh in den Tag starten: enthält ein Sandwiches, Obst, Wasser und Saft sowie Heißgetränke Ihrer Wahl - praktisch verpackt.". Bekommen habe ich nur eine 500ml Wasserflasche und zwei in Servietten eingepackte lieblos zubereitete Brötchen für einen Preis von 12 Euro, was ich völlig überzogen fand.

• NIKOLAY (8/5): Check in beging from 16:00! - New and comfortable hotel close to airport. Free shuttle bus every 15min. I didn’t mention that check in starts at 16:00. In my case i arrived at 12:00 noon and request early check in. They provide for free. Check out was 20:00. Shuttle bus stops at 250m away from hotel. That day was rainy! Not so convenient. If you stay for short period better to ask confirmation from hotel reception!

• Shari Lynn (10/5): Nice place, good location - The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet the next morning. The location of the hotel is convenient to the airport as it’s just a short shuttle bus ride away. It’s also easy to find your way to the airport shuttle stop from the terminal as there’s lots of signage. I wish the hotel offered hairdryers.

• Joanna (10/5): Definitely a win!! My stay was unexpected due to flight cancellation but honestly would return here! - Clean, clean, clean!!! Modern efficient room design. Comfy beds with fluffy comforters! Friendly front desk. Restaurant was fine and offered good choices at good prices! Having restaurant on site was essential because there is nothing else around this location. Location was industrial so no convenient services around. But easy to get an Uber for town and there is a handy shuttle for back to the airport access.
