Personale responsabile, anche se mai incontrato, veloce a rispondere e gentile. Il letto è molto scomodo, è un materasso da 1,4m ma su una rete molto più piccola. Il futon, che eventualmente si trova nell‘armadio, sembra più un topper e aveva delle macchie notevoli… Mancano i cuscini per sedersi a terra presenti nelle foto e generalmente molto più asettico di come presentato nelle foto.

The host was flexible with the recycling (we found it complicated) and they were quick to reply to questions. We didn't have any place to store our luggage for a late flight departure. There was no heating system outside of the bedroom. It was freezing cold.

Just want to request a hook in the shower for drying the used towels. And we found something for hooking it from the ceiling and putting a rope on it would be useful for putting the wet laundry to dry. We discover it late,so maybe if you give a note of instructions about it we could have used it earlier. But since we are staying again,we will use it now that we know. I just hooked Our wet laundry before on the curtains. A few additional hangers or clips for clothes will be helpful too.

- Luoha Laura (10/5): Un appartement propre idéalement situé - L'emplacement a Asakusa est un véritable atout ! Il est rare de trouver un vrai appartement à Tokyo a ce prix là. D'habitude je loge dans des hôtels capsules mais cet appartement est une vraie pépite. Il est tres propre et pratique, je recommande vraiment. Le quartier est agréable le matin lorsqu'il n'y a pas encore de touristes et c'est encore mieux de nuit , nous avons pris le temps d'apprécier toutes les ruelles. Et aussi profiter du Donquijote ouvert 24h/24 ! Asakusa est un quartier loin des autres en terme de temps de transport, sinon tout était parfait.

Prijs kwaliteit - prima. - Ligging in Tokio (Skytree, Sumida-rivier en park, Uenopark met zijn vele culturele instellingen) - De wijk Kaito (menselijke maat), super schoon, geriefelijk en efficiënt appartement. Hal en lift ook prima in orde. Dat alles nieuw is, is ook aantrekkelijk. Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op de Skytree was iets extra leuks. Misschien iets meer keukengerei, bijvoorbeeld een goede (houten) snijplank.

- Quang (9/5): A nice and quiet stay with a short walk to the busy downtown Asakusa. - The location was perfect. A very quiet side of Tokyo in the middle of a residential area with a super market a block away. The main area of Asakusa is an easy ~10 mins straight walk to access all the food and shopping, including Asakusa's Don Quijote. There is also a bus stop around the corner that can take you straight to Ueno JR Station. The apartment seems new and has everything I needed for the stay. Check-in was straight forward and went smoothly. All information needed during my stay was in the information booklet. I liked the mini couch, definitely more comfortable to than sitting on the floor or a hard chair with no back rest. The TV was surprisingly loud enough, probably due to the small bedroom size, at volume level 1, lowest, the TV sound was perfect. My long stay was pretty quiet, barely noticed anyone else inside the building, the concrete building probably helped. I only noticed the neighbor from one floor above for a few days because of the thumping on the floor from someone with heavy foot steps and the moving of objects across the wood floor; definitely recommend using a slipper during the stay. I started my stay during Sanja Matsuri, and the whole week was amazing. The festive atmosphere made Asakusa the best area to be in. Asakusa is a mix of hectic busy Tokyo and a escapable quiet side of Tokyo. The only thing missing that would improve the stay is a hanger with multiple clips to make laundry drying of pants and small items like socks and underwear much easier. I got one from Muji and it made everything easy for drying laundry in the bathroom. The bathroom has a chemical smell every time the bathroom door is opened, probably from the cleaning agent used. The smell does dissipate after 1-2 weeks. The bedroom smelled a little wet whenever the AC is used. Best to use the pop-out air vent to ventilate the room with fresh/cool air without the need to open the window when the AC is off. During the day, before leaving, I would turn off the AC and open the vent to air out the room. The pop-out air vent was quite nice too during cool nights. The shower room drain clogged easily due to the fine mesh filter added over the drain cover. So, daily wiping of the drain is needed prior to use. While the bathroom was still dry, I took some toilet paper and wiped the filter to remove hair, soap residue, and lints from laundry drying. Not sure if that fine mesh filter was feasible for use in the bathroom with the large water flow volume. Seems like it was the same filter used in the kitchen sink. I stayed at another apartment in Japan prior to my stay here, and they used a larger mesh filter, no issue with clogging causing flood in the shower, and the mesh filter cleaning was needed only once or twice a week.
- Jordan (10/5): I wish I could live here - Felt very cozy, nice bathroom and toilet, all facilities included worked perfectly and made living easy. Nice bed and good climate control, heats the room up very quick. Really good location too, you can either do all your shopping in Asakusa or take the 4 minute Tsukuba Express to Akihabara and have access to pretty much all east Japan railways. Quiet room with decent storage for the size. Comes included with everything you need (utensils, cooking items, paper towels, bin bags, soaps etc). It made my month in Japan even more enjoyable. A slightly bigger table would be nice, but the table in the room still does the trick. Shower head was a bit low but again not a big issue.
