• Donna (10/5): - Cabin President is an exceptional hotel. The amenities and facilities were all top-quality and so well kept. I felt very well taken care of throughout my short stay. The hotel was also located right in front of a bus stop which made traveling into Ginza very very easy. If you are a tourist hoping to hit up the popular spots of Shinjuku or Shibuya, this hotel is a ways away. However, if Tsukiji Fish Market and Ginza are where you are interested in, this hotel is in a prime location just a short 10-20 minute bus stop away.

• Stefan (9/5): Modern und erholsam in guter Lage - Das Frühstück war prima, das Zimmer für Tokyo gar nicht mal so klein und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr engagiert. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Der Bus, der an verschiedenen U-Bahnstationen vorbei bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt, hält vor der Tür. Auch der Flughafen ist nicht weit. Trotzdem ist die Gegend eher ruhig. Wir haben frühzeitig für 3 Nächte gebucht, da war auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut.

• CR92. (7/5): - We booked the better room and it was quite spacious. The staff barely speaks English. Every time you have a question it feels like an awkward situation and of they want to minimize time talking to you. We booked breakfast. The lobby has a sign that said breakfast till 10 am. When we went at 9:15 they told us the food will be taken away at 9:30. We we told them, that front desk told us its till 10am and there is a sign, they could not care less and removed the buffet at exactly 9:30. The gym is not really a gym.it has a stepper,,treadmill and bike. But nothing else except some old weights. No water, no towels, no normal weights or machines and no sanitary wipes. Overall the room is nice and new. You can here there street noises a bit. Everything that involved a human was not a great experience.

Selve bydelen byder på højhuse og seværdigheder som teamlab og forlystelsesparker. Men nemt at komme videre rundt i byen. Skøn café i indgangen. Restauranten havde ikke åbent om aftenen.

• Nikoleta (5/5): - Завтраки вкусные, уборка каждый день, но воруют вещи из номера, не советую здесь оставаться, если хотите сберечь ваши вещи За 2 дня до выселения после уборки из номера пропали мои шелковые пижамные шорты, я сразу обратилась на ресепшен. Спустя 2 дня ничего не нашли (есть ощущение, что и не особо искали), и даже не предложили денежную компенсацию за украденную вещь. Настроение было сильно испорчено. Персонал совершенно не знает английский, коммуницировать очень сложно. Более того, мы заселились на сутки позже, чем планировалось, хотя мы заранее предупредили об этом, так как у нас произошел форс-мажор. Отель не предложил вернуть деньги за сутки, которые мы там не находились и не предложил ничего, чтобы как-то улучшить наше впечатление об отеле или скомпенсировать наши убытки. Не советую выбирать этот отель, за такую цену есть намного лучше и с более удобным расположением и без риска кражи ваших вещей из номера.

He said for the first pay than breakfast. I need to go the room to tale credit card for pay urgently. At 9:30 the staff started to move out food. The breakfast till 10 but the food will be remove early ( be ready). The hotel staff don't speak english but I think it is ok for Japan.

• Katie (10/5): A refined and generous property in a quiet location with great connectivity to the City Centre. - This hotel is in an outstanding location. There is a bus directly outside the door going straight to Ginza and Toykyo Station. Kachidoki station is a short walk across a pedestrian bridge. The rooms are very comfortable, we had two interconnecting rooms which suited our family perfectly. There are extra toiletries, tea and coffee at reception. There is a bakery cafe also in reception which is lovely. Nothing
• Anne (9/5): Super hôtel - Hôtel neuf et propre ! Bien situé, à environ 8min à pied du métro. Il y a un 7 eleven au pied de l’hôtel. Nous y avons passé une semaine et tout était niquel. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon ! Une laverie et une salle de sport sont à disposition ! Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec une des machine à laver qui s’est arrêté en plein lavage et nous nous en sommes rendu compte à la fin du cycle de lavage. Nous avons donc perdu une soirée mais sinon RAS !

• tan (4/5): - The price stated for breakfast on the listing is inaccurate. It is 3300 jpy per person. Please correct the false information immediately. The hotel's washing machine takes 180 minutes to completely dry clothes. On the second day we chose a shorter cycle of more than 60 minutes and nothing was dry even after we left them out the whole night. This greatly inconvenienced us as we were due to check out the next day and had to pack our soggy clothes into a different bag where they would stay soggy for the next 7 to 8 hours. The staff were unapologetic and did nothing to rectify the situation. Staff lied that there are no rooms available when we asked whether a paid upgrade was possible at our check in at 8pm.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par un personnel en formation, pas des plus accueillants (ça peut être culturel, mais nous avions toujours été bien reçu ailleurs au Japon). La chambre était pas très bien aspirée, nous avons retrouvé plusieurs cheveux/poils de clients précédents, ce qui était un peu embêtant pour nous et notre bébé qui rampe…

Desayuno completo continental, más orientado al extranjero que otros buffets en los que habíamos estado más japoneses. Junto al lobby tienen una cafetería/pastelería propia muy recomendable. Breakfast items were the same, during long stays, it gets a little boring.

Good options for breakfast and their bakery is very good as well! Closeby to bus stop and train station(Kachdoki). Also close to Ginza to meet your shopping needs as well as Team Labs and Toyosu area. It would be great if staff provided extra water bottles. I was so thirsty every night! They only give you 1 water bottle per person everyday. Room was a little cramped but not complaining since it was just a decent size for me and my partner. If I wanted a big room, I should pay extra.

• Irina (9/5): Good hotel in Tokyo - Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable in size and amenities. Breakfast is great. There is no solution for take away breakfast or breakfast before 7am. We paid for stay with breakfast but left without on our last day when we had to leave at 7am. So if you stay multiple days, consider to identify how many days you pay for breakfast from the beginning.

Deberían iniciar a las 630 am. El desayuno es bueno pero no tiene variantes siempre es el mismo El personal a todo me dijo que no, mala actitud y servicio: 1. No tiene servicio de box lunch: el recepcionista me contestó IMPOSIBLE 2. Preguntamos si podíamos tomar en algun lugar del hotel una botella de vino y respondieron IMPOSIBLE No sentimos empatia y actitud de servicio Tambien, el hotel esta muy lejos de las atracciones turisticos lo cual complica el traslado

El último dia salimos a las 4:30 AM y solicité box Lunch en sustitución del desayuno de ese dia y la respuesta fue negativa. En otros hoteles me han brindado el apoyo mostrándose empaticos. 2. Pedimos autorización para abrir una botella de vino y convivir con 2 huéspedes mas y nos negaron la solicitud, no dieron opcion de alguna área dentro del hotel, en otros hoteles tienen secciones disponibles para ello.

The location was unreal too, nice and quiet but still really easy to get anywhere. Just the pillows, but I probably could’ve asked for a change.
