• Samantha (9/5): Pretty room, incredible hospitality. - This property is gorgeous and the hospitality of the staff is unmatched. Every design feature is well thought out and the rooftop pool was a great addition. The balcony being labeled as “overlooking yoyogi park” was a generous description. We had a major road with a lot of traffic noise between us and the park. Additionally, the rooms are very small for the prices.

Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die Bar in der sechsten Etage mit dem traumhaften Blick über den Pool und die Skyline von Tokio. Besonders bei Nacht war unser Aufenthalt einfach magisch. • Lauren (10/5): Perfect location, kind staff and beautiful boutique hotel. Will come again! - LOVED this boutique hotel, the staff were so kind and location was excelent. Right accross the road from Yoyogi park for early morning jogs and 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. So many great food choices in the area and dont miss the hidden walkway into the city (no need to walk on busy roads) that was a great find with hidden coffee shops dotted all around the area. A gym would be amazing but managed to find a couple fo gyms close by (just make sure to bring a second pair of indoor gym shoes - otherwise they make you hire them).

Not as quiet as other places we stayed in Tokyo due to the road noise at night. Not much space in the room for large bags.

• MARIA ALEXIA (6/5): Super convenient and modern place to stay outside of the tourist traps - The room is very modern and really well designed. The reception staff were great and very helpful (over WhatsApp as well which is handy). The location is phenomenal, full of cool coffee shops, shops and restaurants just down the road. The restaurant staff are hopeless unfortunately - they'd bring food at a dinner table for two an hour late for one party, and the other would have finished eating. It happened more than once, and we simply stopped going to both breakfast and dinner there.

• OLIVIA (10/5): A Hidden Oasis of Luxury in the Heart of Tokyo - From the moment we arrived, our stay at this hotel felt truly exceptional. Located right in the heart of Tokyo, it offers both convenience and serenity: a rare combination in such a vibrant city. What made the experience even more unforgettable was the rooftop pool, an unexpected luxury that allowed us to unwind while overlooking the greenery of Yoyogi Park. We stayed in the Owner’s Suite at the very top, which was simply stunning. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with understated elegance, every detail thoughtfully curated, from the textures and artworks on the walls to the soothing scent that greeted us each time we entered. The two balconies were private and cozy, perfect for unwinding, while the large windows offered a stunning view of Yoyogi Park. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for without ever being intrusive. We also loved the afternoon tea and the in-room mini bar. They were both carefully curated with local, high-quality food and beverages. The Italian restaurant downstairs was excellent as well, with delicious dishes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This stay was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to Tokyo. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a rare gem that manages to combine true luxury with an intimate, comfortable atmosphere. I can’t wait to return. Nothing! We loved everything about our stay.

Our queen room with terrace was small and lacked privacy, as it faced a busy street with traffic noise. The bathroom layout was a bit awkward, and amenities like the soaking pool and minibar didn’t quite justify the high price. On the positive side, the design is sleek, the food was good, and the atmosphere attracts a fashionable crowd.

Просите заселять на высокие этажи. При выезде списали деньги за сумку для грязного белья, с таким столкнулись впервые. По-моему не плачем красиво, предупреждений о том что они платные не увидели.

The room was very loud as it faces the "park" but in reality it's facing a very busy loud road 2. The pool upstairs only had 6 loungers for the whole hotel. In 2 days I was not able to use the pool once and enjoy it. It's just not feasible with only 6 loungers and probably 50 guests capacity 3. The room was absolutely tiny with no real wardrobe and shelves 4. Value for money does not justify the price. Stayed at the Edition in Ginza - top notch area, top notch hotel, much bigger room, similar pricing

La excelente piscina en roof top con horario de apertura muy amplio hasta ñlas 12 de la noche y con muy buenas vistas. El comedor de desayunos junto a la piscina. Todo el personal muy amable. Todo muy bien.
• Celine (10/5): Magnifique ! - Tout ! L'accueil au top, souriant, disponible, prévenant, sans être envahissant. La décoration des chambres, sobre mais avec beaucoup de goût. La literie très confortable. Les petites attentions et notamment le verre de bienvenue. Le petit-déjeuner vraiment très bon. Et bien sûr la piscine et le jacuzzi avec vue sur le parc Yoyogi!!! Même si les prestations sont haut de gamme, le rapport qualité - prix reste assez élevé, en comparaison d'autres hôtels du même standing.
• GlobetrottingSwede (8/5): Nice view from the roof - This hotel enjoys a nice location across a large park. It is also walking distance to the shopping district and restaurants through some nice backstreets. The main positive points are the rooftop bar with a pool and a view over the city. Also, there is an excellent Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. The main negative point is the small size of the rooms. You wonder where to put your luggage… Tip: ask for a room on a high floor otherwise you will get street noise and you will look into a parking lot.

• Verified traveler (10/5): The best place to stay on a hot summer day - Small rooms if you don't stay in the suite, but they are well thought out and really beautifully designed by Norm Architects. Service is really good, although we were somewhat disappointed we asked for a room away from the elevator and got one right next to it. The infinity pool and private bar at the rooftop is arguably Tokyo's best and is by itself a reason to stay here when the weather is hot. Lower floors facing the street may have some traffic noise while the upper ones are virtually silent. I would not mind staying on a lower floor though.

• Håvard (10/5): - Fantastic location with great facilities, and easy access to central areas of Tokyo . Loved staying by the pool - the entire floor was fantastic, and well served. The rooms were very nice, clean and tidy. Highly recommended! It's pricey. I'd still say it's value for money, but it is not too far off being "too expensive" either.

• hospitalitier (8/5): New TRUNK - We are big fans of the TRUNK and had the privilege of staying at the two TRUNK hotel and house in the past before the pandemic. We didn't know what to expect from this new TRUNK outpost as it looks very different from its two older sisters, but generally we had a pleasant stay. The design is obviously great in pictures and in reality. The service less spontaneous than TRUNK hotel. The food, as expected, was great. What we loved the most from this hotel is the location and pool. While this hotel is significantly bigger (in room count) than TRUNK hotel, it successfully maintains the brand's intimate feeling. We'd like to come again in the future.

• Andley (10/5): Stellar stay - We loved our stay at this hotel. Our favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop lounge. Our family had happy hour drinks and apps there every night while watching the sun go down. The view is stunning. We also played Yahtzee in the lounge during the day when we needed some down time from sightseeing. The staff in this hotel is really amazing. The front desk staff and rooftop lounge staff were standouts. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening. The pizzas and pasta were all amazing. The rooms were tight but the finishings were beautiful. We also had some noise from the service station next door during business hours. The location, however, cannot be beat. If you love a small, boutique hotel do not miss this hotel.

• Daniel (10/5): Beautiful experience in a calm, well-connected location - Amazing attention to detail that made the stay even more relaxing: turndown service, delicious complementary coffee in room, welcome drink, inventive and tasty cocktails in the guest exclusive hotel bar). The immediate surrounding area was very atmospheric and had plenty to do. Recommend getting a reservation at Fuku nearby in particular- we ended up going twice! Friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise reservations, luggage transfer, and gave tips (Tsubasa's 'plan your next day whilst relaxing in the hot tub' tip deserves a special mention). We would go back in a heartbeat (and hope to one day!)
