• May (6/5): 交通地點方便，設備普通。 - 離車站很近且附近就有超商，十分方便。 在入住前當日中午告知空調故障，並提供一台小暖氣，詢問客服後表示無法提供更多的保暖設備。 幸好當日沒有很冷，都有在零度以上，房內尚溫暖。但浴室沒暖氣且窗戶稍微透風，進浴廁時要穿外套才不會冷。 另外，旅館大門前提供平板系統，所有房客皆須輸入詳細身份資訊及拍照才可入住，介意個人資訊隱私者請考慮。
• Weston (5/5): Good for 2-3 nights if you aren’t allergic to dust mites - Excellent location for walking around and shopping. If you are allergic to dust mites don’t stay here. I am very allergic and woke up every day covered in more and more itchy numbs on my hands and ankles. As this is a no staff hotel, I could not get a change of room, or extra sheets or a vacuum. We had two towels for our entire stay of over a week. There is no instructions on how to dispose of trash or get new towels, more toilet paper, change of sheets, etc.

• YUKO (7/5): コスパは最高システムは複雑 - 表参道駅がすぐそこのホテルにしてはかなりコスパがよかった。 スタッフ無人のホテルだったので、携帯で事前チェックイン入力をするシステムでなかなか入力ができず、問い合わせしても返事がなくチェックインできないのではないかと焦った。なんとか入力できてチェックインできたからよかったが、トラブル対応は、わかりやすくしてほしい。

My entry didn't work the first time. I think I twisted the door handle the wrong way. I panicked a bit but it worked the second time. Otherwise All good.

• Brandon (10/5): - Sure to personal circumstances I only stayed a few hours in the room, but the room satisfied all my needs. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Even a large cute alligator plushie on one of the beds. I would say the only thing needs was bathroom wash towels. Like what you use in the shower. There were hand drying towels of similar size but didn't think they should go in the shower due to their fluffiness.

• Leah (8/5): Great stay for me and my 2 adult children. Would return again. - Check in and check out was very easy. The location was great, near Omotesando station with many lines and the shopping just steps away. I would like them to provide a luggage storage area or lockers for large suitcases. They recommend lockers at Omotesando station, but large lockers are few and unavailable. We used an alternative storage facility in Harajuku.
• TATSUYA (6/5): - 宿泊先としては清潔ですし、特に問題はありません。ですが、完全無人なのですがロックの解除がわかりづらいです。メールにてナンバーが送られてくるのですが、ルームナンバーの他に番号と＊アスタリスクが送られてきます。てっきりルームナンバーを押せば解除されると思いきや、番号+ asteriskを入力しないと解除しないシステムでした。かなり複雑で分かりづらく、日本人なのに日本人にはわかりづらいと感じました。また電話番号も一生懸命ネットで検索しないと出てこないので、すぐにわかるようにマニュアルの横に電話番号ぐらい書いておいた方が良いかと思います。 日本人にとっては、asterisk？って感じですよね ※ = asteriskですね。私は知らなかったですが、勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。

• Artie (9/5): Definitely a good discovery. - Great location, one of most comfortable beds I've slept in in quite a while. Once we figured out the address and how to access the property, it was quite easy. We needed help finding the property from the beauty shop at the street. The room was great, a little small for 3, but we were fine with it. Great view of the activity below and the 7th floor location was quiet and private. I would definitely stay here again--if I got the same room. Don't know what the other rooms are like.

• Minsik (1/5): The coldest nights in my life. - Location was perfect. Omotesando is really nice place. There was no hot water during the two nights we stayed, and even the heater broke down on the second day. I tried many things, but it didn't solve the problem and I had to endure the ridiculous cold. I contacted the host and asked for help, but all I got was an irresponsible response such as saying it was out of business hours and "Is there still no hot water? Just keep running the water." Since it was an unmanned hotel, there was no place to get help and I felt helpless.

Some exciting neighborhoods with many small restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms and bathes are clean and every room as AC. The rooms are quite small and light-hearing.

• Cynthia (6/5): - This is an unusual property. It is unmanned so there are no staff to help if you have any questions. There is no lobby, restaurants or services. Feels more like a University dorm. The best part was the location. It is very convenient to get to Shibuya and Harajuku. The place was clean enough, but the floors were uneven in places and there were some very low ceilings in places which is not ideal for taller people. If you dont plan on hanging out in the room, and just need a place to sleep, it's fine.

• Melissa (6/5): Great location, not sure I’ll stay again for that price. - The location is awesome. Close to a lot of transportation and things to do but not in the craziest parts of town. It’s quiet too. The beds are SUPER comfortable and the place has a homey vibe. Our room was not really big enough for two travelers for 6 nights. Just to open our suitcases we had to move the furniture out into the closet. And they gave us two very small towels and two face towels for the whole of our stay. I also don’t mind that it is a low-interaction hotel, but if I have to check myself in and out and do my own dishes, I would expect to pay less than the fully staffed place 5 minutes away….the cancellation policy is also painfully strict.

• Colin (7/5): Great location, but meh experience. - Good central location right across the street from a metro station. The room was clean. The self-guided check-in was challenging: the tablet didn't recognize I had booked two rooms my first time through, so that was a little stressful. The rooms were small and cramped (but its Tokyo), so plan on spending your day out and about. The towels were rather thin and the bedding not the warmest. The entrance was also a little sketchy to find the first time through, but nothing about it was unsafe. The dryer was unable to dry my clothes, but they got washed just fine. Just a very meh experience in the hotel.

• KANAKO (8/5): また利用したい - 入り口に迷いました、事前に登録していたもののチェックインにも少し戸惑いましたが部屋が可愛いくて綺麗、アメニティもしっかり揃っていて廊下にはバルミューダのレンジやオーブン、ヘアアイロン、将棋やトランプ、雑誌、流しにはスプーン類、皿、色々整っていてよかった。心配だった隣の音も全く気にならなかった。ただ室温が上がりにくく布団が薄く、あのルームウェアでは寒くて寝にくかった。加湿器の使い方がわからなくて使えなかったので部屋や廊下の設備の説明書もあればいいですね、近隣のお店が紹介されたファイルはありがたかったです
• ??? (2/5): - 部屋中に髪の毛が散らばっており、清掃されていないように感じた。怖いのでコップなども使用できなかった。床だけでなく、布団やシーツにも前の宿泊客のものと思われる髪の毛が多数ある。交通の便はとても良いが再訪はないです。トイレなど設備は新しいものだったので清掃さえしっかりすれば高評価と思う。
• ヤスヨ (8/5): - ホテルとは言っても民泊に近いので、全館空調とはいかず、部屋に入った時寒く感じました。チェックインしてから自分でエアコンを調節し、暖かくなるのにしばらくかかりました。 部屋はとてもキレイで清潔でセンスも良く、快適にすごせました。
