Upon entering my room for the first time the automatic blinds lifted to reveal an unbelievable view of Tokyo Tower just beyond a huge, comfortable bed. The lighting design in room is impeccable - cozy and customizable. Lovely amenities and helpful staff. Location-wise this is in a business part of Tokyo so if you want to be "in the action", this isn't the right place for you. But the hotel connects to Toranomon Hills Station Tower with direct access to the super convenient Hibiya and Ginza lines. The 24/7 lounge which is available to guests before check-in and after check-out is exceptional, making those "in-between" hours part of your exceptional experience. My minor nitpicks were no bath tub (which is clear when booking though) and no deodorizer spray in-room as is common in Japanese hotels.

- savio (3/5): - Location Room is quite small and the room rate also a bit high. We booked the room through Booking.com and prepaid entirely a month and half before we stayed there. When we checked out, the hotel insisted that they didn’t have the payment record even though we showed them the email showing that we paid for it. At the end, we had to pay again and have to contact Booking.vom to ask for the refund which is very troublesome because we don’t know where n how to do so.

Stock gibt es eine Lounge in der alkoholfreie Getränke, Tee, Kaffee und Snacks kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Und die Lage perfekt. Convenient located in business center with direct access to main metro lines, even 7/11 is inside so you don’t have to go outside which is helpful when it’s cold. That being said, it is not so close to popular shopping streets, but metro makes it easy to reach Plenty of places to work, including complimentary lounge, so highly recommended for business travellers Rooms are not big but really enough for 2 people. Highly recommend Tokyo Tower view rooms as the view is stunning ! Great breakfast with lots of choices for anyone from every corner of the world Local restaurant is a definite must visit, tiramisu blew my mind Prices for breakfast are on a high side, hence I recommend booking an option with breakfast included. It is just a recommendation though

The room was clean, great design, well maintained. Nice lounge with drinks and snakes. Fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. Great breakfast. I will come back, but will book a bigger room. The room was a bit small, the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. But the hotel kindly offered to store our extra suitcases with them, so we had enough space to move around the room.

- Noa1970 (9/5): 次はもっと長く滞在してみたいホテルです - 虎ノ門ヒルズ内のイベントに行く為宿泊しました。 お部屋が広く清掃が行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 朝食はバイキングでしたが混雑も少なくゆっくり食事が出来ました。 宿泊フロアは迷路のよう(笑)でしたが、この迷路のおかげなのか、お茶や食事、イベント、買い物などバタバタと頻繁に出入りしていたわりには他の宿泊者とすれ違うことは一度もありませんでした。ジムやラウンジの場所を目印に道順を 覚えれるといいかと思います。 階下にはスーパーの信濃屋やドラッグストアのトモズ、飲食店もあり、不自由な点はほとんど無いと思います。 普段はビジネスホテル派で(笑)、このクラスのホテルは使わない人間ですが、価格が高いなりの価値があるのだなと思いました。 夜9時頃に11階ラウンジに立ち寄りましたが、コーヒーマシンが動かなくなっており(ミルクが無くなった為？)周辺に使用済みのカップが散乱していました。 人手がそこまでまわらなかったのだろうと思いますが、東京タワーも見える眺望の良いラウンジなので、いつでもお茶が飲めて清潔感を保てるようにしておけばより利用者の満足度も良くなると思います。

Having direct access to the Hibiya Line right at the hotel entrance made a huge difference, and the connection to the shopping complex is a great bonus. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are attentive and very helpful. The only downside was the strong food smell in the lobby, which was sometimes unpleasant.

Super convenient with the metro in the same building. Breakfast was also very delicious, definitely worth adding to your stay. Will stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Воплощение японского дизайна - минимализм и практичность каждой детали. Приглушённые тона и никакой позолоты. Прекрасное дополнение - бесплатный доступ в фитнес центр в этом же здании с великолепными тренажерами и спа комплексом. Про расположение можно не говорить - очень удобно. И вишенка на торте: кухня, ресторан - чистый восторг. Завтрак выше всяких похвал, качественно, очень вкусно, индивидуальный подход, камерность и внимание к национальным традициям. Одна вещь: матрас и подушки скорее японского стандарта - порой было жёстко, неудобно спать.

- Melissa (7/5): Lovely room, room service menu needs improvement. - Very clean and modern room with lovely views. Check in lobby experience was strange and loud for us, as it's integrated with the restaurant/bar area. Not a calm environment. Also, room service menu extremely limited and doesn't allow for wine.
