- Mae (4/5): The house does jot offer security for travelers. - Close to Port of Miami and Airport. There was a walkable Dollar General store to buy groceries. Also a nearby food truck area. We had a SCARE on our first night. The front door does not have a double lock. The door knob lock does not work. The only lock working is the digital vault which in fact did not gave us security. While enjoying a card game in the living room, a man in hoodie opened the door and peek into the door, when he saw us, he backed away. We were all SHOCKED on how he was able to open the door while locked. He knew the code to the door!!! We called Olga, the host, her excused was that it was a maintenance guy. First, if you know you have guests in your rental property, you will inform them that a maintenance is coming. Second, you will tell the maintenance person to knock first because there are clients in the house. Third, a maintenance is not going to come at night. It was hard to believe her excuse. As a tourist in the area, we all felt unsafe. We asked to get a one day refund 'coz we don't feel safe at all. The neighborhood seemed sketchy, there were police roaming around the streets always (increase police presence means a lot of crime happening). The houses have bars over their windows and doors. All 10 of us did not sleep, the next day, we booked a hotel in the city. We didn't stay for our 2nd night even though the property mangers would not give us refund. They where willing to give us a refund if we leave the night the incident happened. Olga was a nice person but the incident of a male stranger able to unlock the door made us really scared. We were all female travelers by the way. The window on the other bedroom does not have a lock, we have to jam it with a broom stick. I wouldn't recommend the place for security purposes.

- Dawn (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (1/5): Miss communication with property owner on her part - I'm not happy that someone checked in a day early. Was not staying after that as they had the code for the door. It's not safe on our part. As you can see by the pictures that someone was already there
- Jessica (4/5): DONT DO IT !!! - Check in waa at 3. We arrived at 330 and rhe house was bot ready. The owner was inside working and the cleaners were still cleaning (despite the very strict check out time). We had to wait another 45 minutes for them to leave. The front door waa broken. The AC did not work and it waa an uncomfortable 80° in the house all night. The refrigerator leaked water all over the kitchen. There were no utensils, we had tonrun out and get plastic flatware. The owner also left a ring camera on in the living room which waa completely unacceptable as i have 3 teenage daughters who were changing and showering. Thank God we found it and turned it off so they couldnt have inappropriate videos of my kids.

- Charles (7/5): Good -
- Estefania (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - I liked how every single room was set up and that there was a keypad lock on everyone. The only thing that bothered me and my family was the excessive antiques in the living room
