- Man Chung (4/5): - 址很方便，這個無庸置疑。而且樓下有便利店，方便購買物資。 唯需要改善的是設施方面， 1:衣櫃、電視櫃都十分殘舊，彷彿是由入伙用到現在。 2:牆腳的膠帶都已經剝落。 3:沙發及床都不舒適，太軟，沒有了承托力，久了會腰酸背痛。 4: 床單、被鋪明顯殘舊。 5:浴室設施較舊，坐廁板都是舊式的，浴室窄小，經常撞到手腳。而且沖涼器十分不穩定，時冷時熱，使用感十分不滿意！
- Jerry (10/5): - I absolutely loved this place! It’s very affordable, especially if you’re staying with a group. The location is perfect, you’re right next to the heart of Osaka. The beds were incredibly comfortable, honestly the best we’ve experienced in Japan. They were so cozy it was hard to wake up in the morning! I loved buying breakfast from the seafood markets next to it. for the price and location this place is 10/10. Thank you!!!

- Pulei (10/5): - I had a great stay at this apartment with my two kids, and it worked out perfectly for a family trip. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome. The facilities were convenient and well thought out, having a washing machine was especially useful while traveling with children. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for families!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - ベッドや部屋の広さは良かった。 冷蔵庫も大きめで良い。 ベランダにタバコの吸い殻が大量に 落ちていて、エアコン付けると タバコの匂いがして嫌だった。 シャワーの温度が安定しないため、 急に熱い湯が出たりするので 気をつける必要がある。 最初の部屋のカギを取るやり方は 少し分かりにくいかもしれない。
- Sayaka (6/5): - 換気扇や、ランプシェードのほこり、ベランダのタバコの吸い殻のカス、など、掃除がされてない部分や、コンセントが壊れている箇所があったりと、気になる箇所はいくつかありましたが、寝らだけの利用だったので、交通の便も良く、お値段が安かったので、良かったです。

- Miho (10/5): どこに行くにも便利で快適 - 日本橋駅や黒門市場から近く、大阪のどこに行くにも観光にもとても便利。 建物は新しくは無いが、お部屋は綺麗で清潔感があり、リーズナブルに泊まれて大満足！ 近所の居酒屋は遅い時間まだ空いていて、美味しい。

- CHRISTY MECA (10/5): - My friends and I visited to Osaka with a really tight schedule. We arrived early, and went shopping right away as that's the only day we can do some shopping as the next 2 days will be a busy day tour. We were allowed to leave our bags and luggages at noon time while they clean the room for us. I put on shopping bag on the kitchen counter top next to our luggages. But unfortunately, that one shopping bag was mistakenly thrown by the cleaner. We came back and realized that we were missing one bag, so I messaged the host to inform them about it. The host was accommodating since we started the check in process until the end. The host graciously compensate us. I really appreciate their geture, but it's not about the value of the missing items but the way they communicate with us and very understanding of the situation. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The room is very spacious, with complete kitchen appliances and the washer is very big plus! Will stay again here for sure! Thank you again!
- Kylei (8/5): - We stayed here for one night in Osaka and it was super close to all the eating we wanted to do and very close to the infamous bar scene as well! Felt safe walking in and around the property. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes around the property/in the room. Our beds were right next to the balcony and I believe that’s where everyone smokes. Otherwise it was a very fancy and clean place!

- Amimah hanani (6/5): - The location was convenient—within walking distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market, making it easy to explore the city. However, the cleanliness needs improvement as it was not up to expectations. Additionally, there were too many restrictions, such as extra charges for using too much water, gas, or electricity, which felt quite limiting. Another downside was the lack of a bidet in the toilet, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, while the location is good, the management should consider improving cleanliness and relaxing some of the strict usage policies.

- Syung pil (8/5): 아파트형 호텔 이용 후기 - 지역적으로 조용한 지역이면서 바로앞 세븐일레븐이 자리하고 있어서, 매일 편의점 음식을 즐길 수 있었음. 도톤보리나 난바에서 거리가 멀지만(약 도보 11분) 쓰폰바시역과는 가까워 지하철 이용하기가 수월했습니다. 나라 가는 열차편 직통 있으며, USJ는 한번 갈아 타고 갈 수 있어 편했습니다. 룸컨디션은 가격 대비 평범 했으며, 가족 단위 여행에 추천합니다. 호텔처럼 프론트가 없으며, 메신져만 소통 가능합니다.
