- Ailsa (9/5): Comfortable, clean and modern. - The hotel is modern, clean, well appointed. There is nothing to dislike- it is located 20 mins from Haneda airport and lends itself to guests wanting to stay near the airport for convenience. Not located in an area to spend a holiday.

- Ashleigh (8/5): Perfect for early morning flight - Great location to the airport perfect for one night stay. Room set up was functional and close enough to the train lines to explore for the rest of the night instead of just staying in a room. Very small room would not be able to stay longer than one night. Stayed in 19sqm room and was suitable for the one night only.

- sho (7/5): 部屋は狭いが、朝食は素晴らしかった。 - 朝食は期待以上に品数豊富でおいしかった。部屋は空港の駐機場に面していて、旅行気分が楽しめた。 部屋が狭いのは予想していたが、ユニットバスが想像以上に超狭く、トイレットペーパーやウォシュレットの操作パネルの位置が身体に密接していて大変使いづらかった。洗面台周りもあまりにも余裕がなさ過ぎて使いづらかった。

- Eden (10/5): Lovely hotel - Located near Haneda Airport and near Tenkubashi Station along the Kiekyu Line. It is within Haneda Innovation City and literally one can watch airplanes land and take-off at the view decks and from some of the rooms that face east (not river view). Room is spacious and designed to be able to separate the toilet and bath from the sleeping area with a sliding door. Bed, linen, and pillows are clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful but strict with the 3pm check-in. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again if I am back in Tokyo and flying via Haneda. There should be a bin for the recyclables. I also wish that the green cards (request not to change the linen) were out in the open and not in the drawer. Also, more hooks in the bathing area.

- Maricela (10/5): Great Hotel Next to Haneda Airport - The location of the hotel to the airport is very close and the accessibility from the hotel to the subway to arrive inside the airport terminal was so perfect and easy. The room was a pretty nice size, much bigger than the usual rooms throughout our Japan trip, so it made packing and organizing all our shopping easier. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a food court around the building so finding something to eat was really easy too.

- TheTravelFrank (10/5): Sehr sauberes und komfortables Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen - Das Hotel ist wirklich toll gemacht. Alles im Flughafenstil und sehr modern. Inklusive einer super Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf Flughafen und die Skyline von Tokyo. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Im Übrigen war es extrem ruhig, trotz Flughafennähe. Das Badezimmer hatte eine für japanische Verhältnisse grosse Badewanne inklusive einem kleinen Wellnesspaket mit Gesichtsmaske. Eine nette Geste. Weiterhin gab es eine Waage auf dem Zimmer, was natürlich ideal ist wenn man sein Gepäck nochmal wiegen möchte vor dem Abflug. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, nur eine Metrostation entfernt vom Flughafen, das hat unseren frühen Abflug viel entspannter gemacht, da wir nicht noch 40 Minuten in der Rush Hour durch Tokyo mussten. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll. Trockene Teigwaren und sonst eher asiatische Speisen. Das hätten wir uns sparen können.
