• James (10/5): - We had a clean, compact room with storage under-bed and a headboard big enough for charging phones overnight, setting eyeglasses and/or water bottles. The double bed was comfortable for a couple. Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. Good room if you need an efficient place to rest between your local tourism and visits. Breakfast at the nearby Denny's was easy to use, good quality 'western' breakfast. Price was great for being close to Tokyo Station and other line stations. We walked with our luggage from Tokyo Station, grabbed a Go Taxi to get back for our next destination. Would recommend to friends as a good start to learn more about Japan. Excellent economy, easy on the travel budget.

• Lee (8/5): Ok, but don’t get the breakfast! - I was annoyed to find out that the breakfast want at the hotel but a coupon for a Denny’s nearby. I couldn’t get a refund because I made the reservation with this site. Waste of Money. Laundry was good. One machine only but it was free. I used my phone on an app for it very convenient . I think the drier wasn’t working properly it took three cycles and only on the third it was warm.

The entire hotel was very pleasant to be in and was close to all amenities needed (food, personal items, etc) Enjoyed the layout of the room and the little touches that APA has to make it known that you’re at their hotels. (Master controls at bedside, under bed lights, etc.) Will definitely be staying here again !

• Kazutoyo (10/5): 便器内部のふちのカビがお風呂に浸かると視線の高さがあう - お風呂に浸かった時に、その目線だと、トイレの便器の内側の大量のカビがみえる。 清掃する時に上から綺麗にやっていて、内側の部分まで、どうしても届かないのかな。。 使うスポンジのカタチを変えるなりして、そこも綺麗にして欲しい。 せっかく湯船にゆっくり使っても、便器がカビだらけでゲンナリしてしまう。 これからもAPAホテルを絶対使い続けるから、どうにかして、あそこのカビも綺麗にして欲しい。

• JOSEPH (8/5): Situé sur la ligne Hibiya très pratique - Hotel bien situé a mi chemin entre les 2 stations Hatchobori et Kayabacho à 15 min de la gare shinhansen de Tokyo et du terminal de bus. La chambre est petite mais pratique. Le petit déjeuner correct est servi dans un restaurant situé de l' autre côté de la rue à 3 min vers Hatchobori.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid this hotel - Staying here was a mistake marred by rude staff knocking on my door like a madman for what reason, i have no idea. I was sleeping and thought there was some emergency only to be asked a rude question by a supposed staff member “do you have any problem” What kind of hotel staff knocks loudly on doors and asks a direct question like that without an apology? Very rude Indian guy who should be reprimanded and retrained in customer service. I will surely inform all my associates to avoid this hotel like the plague when visiting Tokyo. The open air hallway makes for an unrestful sleep, and the doors do not close softly.

If you don’t mind a small room then this hotel is perfect for short stays. 15 minutes walk to Tokyo station or 2 minutes walk to Kayabacho station. Only complaint was the difficulty in trying to locate this hotel initially because there’s also another APA hotel nearby!

As with most rooms in Japan, it is tiny. But everything is placed in a way that makes sense and is most efficient. Additionally, cleanliness is top-notch. The staff here are so hospitable & helpful. This is our first stop in Japan, and we may have been spoiled by how seamlessly everything worked & how clean everything is here.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - We stayed at this hotel for 4 days (as part of our 3 week trip to Japan). Check-in was fast and easy. The associates at the front desk were friendly and polite. We do not speak Japanese, but this was not an issue. The hotel was very nice and our room came with all of the amenities we needed (mini fridge, toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, q-tips, razors, etc.). There is also a shared microwave and washer/dryer that is available for all guests. The Hotel is within walking distance to Tokyo Station, convenience stores and restaurants, which was very convenient. The included breakfast was offered at a nearby Denny's and was worth the additional cost. The room was very clean and comfortable, but for a couple with 2 carry on bags, it was quite small/tight. Would recommend the smaller rooms for single travelers.

• Chris (6/5): - There is only one elevator for the entire hotel. You had to wait quite a while any time you used it. Did not like navigating all the cleaning (sheets, garbage, etc.) that is left out in the hallway for a large portion of the day.
• Wendy (10/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be a few hourly love hotel patrons of questionable intent both days we were there. How they check out at 2 p.m. and wearing mafia or yakuza tattoo art added to this concern. The elevator did not require a key card to stop at various floors, so all and sundry would pile in and get off at different stops. The hallways were very hot and the open-air end section did little to alleviate the heat, making it unbearable for staff and guests alike. The single elevator was insufficient for traffic in a 15 story hotel. And the single washing facility was also overworked and caused a backlog. The staff was lovely but no one was at the desk when guests were checking out the morning of August 7 for almost two hours. We would likely return to this property if the needs improvement items were fixed.
