Everything we needed was in the room and were provided to us especially the washing machine as we stayed for more than a week. The check in and check out process was straightforward and convenient to us. And the heated toilet seat was amazing! We will definitely come back. Nothing

I was honestly a bit worried before staying here because of the reviews saying the area feels unsafe or “rough”. But based on my experience as 2 girls staying here, it was actually okay

(if poor would buy) - The room was actually fine, what youd expect for the price, the dishes werent cleaned properly as they had visible stains on the cooking utensils but otherwise, bed and shower were good. Location was terrible, the streets were filled with old people spitting and smoking all over.

• TracyPT (9/5): Good experience; convenient stay with seasonable price - We like everything of this property, from its location which is very near to the station, to the convenience of the apartment. Everything is available and convenient for a rather long stay, including kitchen set, washing machine, working/dining table, and the arrangement of the bunk beds is every neat and tidy. There is also a small balcony for fresh air. Pricing is very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again. I should also mention that even though there is not reception or staff around, we can contact the hotel easily through booking.com messages, where they always responded immediately and really helpful. Appreciated. The only inconvenience is no room services available, (but never mind since the pricing is good)

However, it is totally ok. This is still Japan, one of the most safe countries in the world. You are more than fine. Just some old dude walking around, but very safe. • Claudia Paz (8/5): Perfect stay in Osaka - We absolutely adored how cozy and comfortable it felt, the beds were serviceable and so were the pillows, the bathroom ventilation worked perfectly and allowed us to use the bath comfortably, and the amount of towels was perfect for 2. We used the kitchen and it was big enough to be used without a hassle, and the boiler worked properly. The balcony was perfect to dry some clothes, and while during our stay Osaka decided to be cloudy, it was enough to dry them. The host was very attentive, and the instructions given to us were more than clear. It's close short of a 5 min walk to 2 different train stations, and it's close to convinience stores / restaurants such as Matsuya and Lawson. We found the lack of outlets in-between the beds to be a bit frustrating since we like to plug in our respective devices. The hallway entrance was tight and a bit uncomfortable at times for 2 people, taking turns to put our shoes on and having to wait outside for the other, but we understand this is typical japanese housing structure and we are understanding of such. The Tv remote didn't work, as it didn't have batteries, this wasn't reported to the host as the TV is functional by pressing the Turn On button for 5 seconds, and the AC had a hard time fully heating the entire house as it was a very cold season in February. But these things are easily fixable and didn't ruin our stay.

• Julia (9/5): - Das Zimmer war groß genug für 4, wir hatten allerdings nur 1 Koffer, ansonsten nur Handgepäck. Für mehr als 3 Koffer könnte es eventuell etwas eng werden, um sich dann noch komfortabel durchs Zimmer bewegen zu können. Es gab sogar eine kleine Couch, was für einen gemütlichen Abend perfekt war. Prinzipiell sieht es genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, wir hatten eine super Zeit! Die Gegend ist nicht die touristischste. Am Abend würde ich als Frau vielleicht nicht alleine unterwegs sein. Wir waren immer zu viert am Weg, da war das aber kein Problem.

I would never book this place again. Out of my entire stay in Japan this place was the worst one.

All are self check in. No reception. All queries are being answered by the customer service here in booking.com. Amneties are all provided and you can request additional by requesting to them. Location is near to 3-4 stations and it is 3-4 minute walk from the station. Lawson is near. Japanese restau is also near. And near to tsurumibashi shopping street near hanazono station. • Grant (8/5): - This self contained apartment had everything we needed for our 2 week stay in Osaka. Working remotely the internet was fine and the dining table great at a desk. Kitchen was handy to cook meals. Bathroom and laundry were great. Location felt a bit more local than some of the places we were visiting, which we liked. The double bunk setup was fine but the mattresses were terrible. I really think the owners should take onboard previous feedback about replacing them or getting a topper so you can't feel the springs. Other than that and the apartment being a little cramped we were very happy with the value this place provided.
