The bed is rather thin and if you are not used to it maybe a bit hard but was comfortable. We had a good time in the Apartment.

• Roland (6/5): - Close to everything. It has an elevator. It was dirty: a lot of dust everywhere, hair on the floor, mold on the shower curtain, i had to vacuum on the first day. The futon was very thin and low quality. I couldn’t sleep very well, it kinda hurt my back. The balcony was dirty as well, i couldn’t even step out on it. I think overall if it was clean and the futon would be better, it could be a solid 8/10 stay.

• Sarah (6/5): Ok - The location was fine. The building was fine and had an elevator. Full size fridge and trash can were great. Kitchen had everything you needed. Washing machine. TV. The apartment wasn’t too clean. We found bunches of hair. The “bed” was horrible, so uncomfortable, it was hard to sleep. There is a light on a motion sensor at the front door which was annoying. No real chairs, everything on the floor, which is Japanese style.

• HYEONUK (9/5): 깔금하고 역이랑 가까워서 이동하기 좋아요 - 역위치랑 가까워서 이동하기 좋았고 주변의 편의점도 있어서 좋았습니다 시설도 깔끔했고 숙소내 시설물도 좋았습니다 숙소비용도 나름 좋았기에 여러가지 고려하면 확실히 가성비네요! 아쉬웠던 점은 전자레인지가 냉장고 위에 있는데 그대로 사용하려고 하면 냉장고에 걸려 열기가 불편합니다 그렇다고 다른데로 옴기자니 뭔가 좀 그래서 그냥 썻었고 호스트랑 대화를 하려면 메일을 써야한다는게 조금 불편했네요 하지만 회하를 할 수 없다면 메일이 가장 좋은 선택인거 같아요

• Scott (10/5): Excellent - Very well located. Tsutenkaku Tower was a 5 minute walk. Right next to DenDen town. Dotonbouri was 20 minute walk away. Easy to sign in. Allowed us to drop our luggage off early at 1pm so we did not have to get storage. Very accommodating. Our unit was not the one showed in the pictures but still in great shape!

• Michele (6/5): It was good value for money. - Close to Subway and the Osaka Loop line so very convenient. Lots of food options around. Laundromat is walking distance to dry clothes. It was also a quiet location. We stayed for a week and there was not enough storage to unpack or put suitcases out of the way. If the bed was raised on a platform high enough to put suitcases under it would have been helpful. Had to request clean towels instead of them being provided automatically provided mid week. We washed and dried ours.

• Richard (10/5): Good size, location and well equipped - The apartment is well equipped and clean, the location is very good and quiet. It was above my expectations, especially for this price. The heating could be better maybe and I found dust on the TV cabinet. These are very minor problems.

The flat was quite spacious, with nice kitchen space and big fridge. The mattress on the floor was very thin, small and very very uncomfortable. Also there were no chairs and table as on the picture.

• Mickael Angelo (9/5): - Very accessible to many tourist spots in Osaka. Probably just one or two stations away from most of them. Airport access is nearby (Two stations away from Tengachaya). After a long day of walking, only having floor chairs as well as the bed being on the floor was a little hard. Otherwise everything was great!

• Tiffany (8/5): Loved the apartment and location and would return again. - The apartment layout was good. The location was close to everything but quiet. We had a futon room and it was good for my daughter to experience that. The futon was thin and poor quality. I lived in Japan for several years many years and slept on a futon, and know these could have been thicker/better/more comfortable. They had tried to make it look better by putting a thin foam mattress under it, which does nothing when you have weight on it.

• Chor Ting (6/5): 有好有壞的住宿體驗 - 職員回覆訊息很快、地點很方便、設備齊全、有暖氣、浴缸也比一般民宿大一點 設備清潔度不太好，另外枕頭太高、床墊太薄、睡覺位置對著一扇沒有窗簾的小窗，夜晚睡覺時一直看到光線，日出後也很容易被陽光弄醒，以致睡眠品質非常差。

• Max (8/5): Great location and good to use as a traditional-style 'base' for exploring Osaka & Kansai area. - Good location and within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower, less than 15 minutes on the Metro to Dotonbori which is great for exploring the city. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with nice amenities. Check in is managed by a hosting agency who are nice and provide good information on getting to the property, how to get into Osaka and more. Good amount of storage space for clothes and bags, but big suitcases won't fit in the wardrobe or cupboard. Bed was a unique experience to sleep Japanese-style, but takes some getting used to for Westerners. Floor is tatami which is quite hard underfoot and means the apartment gets cold easily. It's easy to forget to lock the door as well if you're used to self-locking doors, but the property is secure so even though we forgot a couple of times, it wasn't an issue.

• Jinling (2/5): I deeply regretted booking this place without reading reviews carefully. Apparently there were complains about the clean - The location is relatively central but the neighbourhood isn’t nice. It was very dirty. There were hairs, dust and obvious stain on all the surfaces. I have never stayed in a place like this before. I contacted the property and they sent the stuff to clean it. Yet the hair and dust were still there. The cleaning standard was unbelievable low.
• ALESSIA (8/5): - C’est un appartement bien situé à 3 minutes à pied de la gare et assez fonctionnel. Malheureusement, la literie n’était pas du tout confortable : on touchait le sol, ce qui n’était pas très agréable pour dormir.

• Nina (6/5): Affordable and cheap but uncomfortable room. - The apartment is very well located for everything and relatively affordable. The photos tell a very different story to the actual place though. The entire apartment was coated in dust and had never been properly cleaned and the bed had mould underneath. The bed was a 10cm futon mattress which is ok but for 2 people it was very uncomfortable. We both did not sleep well at all. The ‘check in at 4pm ‘ thing is also a bit crazy too, given every other place we have stayed has been from 2 or 3. Additionally we were provided two different photos of the room so it looked like it had a table and chairs but it was just a small coffee table and floor seats.

Bagno più grande della media giapponese. Zona molto servita. Un solo set si asciugamani a testa per tutto il soggiorno.

• Wan Yu (10/5): 很多景點是可以走路就到達的所以省了一筆交通費！總結一切都很棒👍 - 空間大小兩個人住剛剛好，房間乾淨整潔，附有很多設備（例如延長線、小夜燈、收納箱），有廚房可以使用，並提供餐具與相關廚房用具。服務人員回覆快速，入住指南詳細，住宿位置離通天閣很近，走路可以到達很多景點

• Man Kwan (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing - The place was neat and tidy, very close to the subway station and convenience store. The staff are on online 24/7 and tried to provide help as they can. It would be perfect if there is a mirror in the living room. And the shower curtain had mold on it, it would be better if they can change a new one.
• Tobias (9/5): Very clean and comfortable - The room was very clean and everything was like in the pictures. There was an elevator to our floor. Manual locks with a physical key which won't malfunction, it was easy to get inside. It was hard to dry out clothes, the vent in the bathroom spread lint over our clothes and the clothes didn't dry. But as we moved the drying rack to the living room and turned on the air conditioner our clothes dried without a problem.
