And lovely staff I was self-catering in a studio and the kitchen was only just enough to do 3 meals a day. Ich wollte bei Anreise mittags den Koffer abgeben und durfte sogar direkt ins fertige Hotelzimmer. Das ist sehr selten und ein richtig toller Service. Die super Spülmaschine bekommt nur Strom, wenn man auch im Zimmer ist.

• Ülle (10/5): Puhas, moodne ja sõbraliku ja abivalmis personaliga majutus. - Hommikusöögi valmistasime ise, sest meie stuudios olid selleks ideaalsed võimalused olemas. Suurepärane transpordiühendus nii kesklinna kui ka teiste punktidega metroo, rongi, bussi ja trammi näol. Stuudio on sisustatud kaasaegselt, on väga puhas ja mugav. Ka tänava liiklusmüra ei ole tuppa kuulda. Kohvi valmistamiseks võiks köögis olla ka presskann.

• Barbara (8/5): Gute Lage zum kleinen Preis - Die Lage ist gut, ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Ostkreuz mit vielen S-Bahnen, Zügen, etc. Man erreicht sowohl den Flughafen als auch die wichtigsten Punkte in Berlin rasch und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile. Da ich um 11 Uhr direkt vom Flughafen gekommen bin, wollte ich meine Koffer bei der Rezeption lassen. Freundlicherweise hat man mir gleich ein Zimmer angeboten, das schon fertig war und so konnte ich es schon um 11 Uhr beziehen und mich frischmachen. Tolles Service! Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Für 19 Euro hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht.
• Lynn (10/5): Sauber, freundlich und einladend ✨ - Die kleine Küchenzeile, das zuvorkommende Personal und die moderne Ausstattung. Das Bett war bequem. Wir haben heute direkt für unseren nächsten 3 tägigen Berlin-Trip dort gebucht. Das Gebläse des Kühlschranks war etwas laut, aber dadurch dass es ein monotones gleichbleibendes Geräusch ist, konnte ich wieder einschlafen. Das Bett ist mit 1.40 m recht schmal. Es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze.

• Kapil Kumar (10/5): Nothing can be a better place to stay in an unknown city - Staff at the reception are overwhelming. Bharat , Valeria, Lin, Colin, Agnes, and all other staff are always looking for the opportunity to help, no matter whether it is related to the stay or with touring around, or how I can get my daughter to her university, or where I can buy fresh fruits. All of them were on top. Extra cleanliness and hygiene not only in the room but also in tastefully designed common areas. There is nothing for me to write here. Everything was fantastic.
• P (7/5): prima hotel, vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel, ruime, schone kamer met mini keuken, bij de Spree - wij hebben niet ontbeten. Voor ons was de ligging van belang en die was, voor ons, perfect; de nabije omgeving is ook erg leuk om te wandelen, bovendien ligt het vlakbij S/U-Bahn en Station. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum van Friedrichshein en op Boxenhagerplatz met gezellige restaurantjes, winkeltjes etc. Er was geen koffie apparaat terwijl er wel koffiekopjes waren; er was geen föhn

• E.Sch. (9/5): Modernes Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage - Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Ostkreuz mit vielen S-Bahn-, Regionalbahn- und Busverbindungen. Für mich war es eine Alternative zum Kongresshotel Estrel (zwei Stationen mit der Ring-S-Bahn entfernt). Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Einrichtung ist sachlich-modern, die Betten gut. Schön, dass man den Spazierweg am Rummelsburger See in ein paar Schritten erreichen kann. Der Fußweg vom Ostkreuz führt zur Zeit noch an einer unwirtlichen Brache mit Bauzaun entlang, das ist zumindest nachts nicht sehr angenehm (aber nicht schlimm). Ein Frühstück könnte man wohl für 19 € dazubuchen, davon habe ich aufgrund anderer Kommentare abgesehen. Im Bahnhof Ostkreuz gibt es ein relativ beschränktes Frühstücksangebot. Schade, dass es zwar eine Küchenzeile, aber kein Kaffee- und Teeangebot gibt.

• Louis (10/5): - Employees are nice and available, the room was clean and the kitchen is provided with everything needed to cook and eat. No noise at night in the hôtel. If you open the Windows and are on the side of building facing the road, it can be a bit noisy. When closed, the windows are soundproof so all good. But otherwise nothing, everything was great.

• David (8/5): Great Stay with some minor niggles - The location was great for me, easy to get to the S-Bahn and Ostkreuz. Easy walk to Freidrichshain/ Warschauer Straße with a good amount of restaurants and shops. Comfy and well thought out room/ apartment with all the facilities in the room to cook for yourself if you wanted. Felt like good value for money. The immediate area around the hotel is lacking in life, but that also made it quiet (apart from the odd siren, as is to be expected in a city). The grout around the tiles in the shower needed a scrub. The safe in the wardrobe didn't work (probably just a dead battery, but shouldn't someone check these?). Some washing up liquid would've been welcome if you only have a few items to clean instead of using the dishwasher. I found the fridge compressor switching on/off during the night to be noisy, but having a fridge was helpful.

• maxmikrokosmos (9/5): Immer wieder gerne - Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof Ostkreuz. Obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße und nahe der Bahngleise liegt ist es recht ruhig. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat kleinere Probleme schnell gelöst. Die Ausstattung mit der kleinen Küche ist sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und es war recht warm. War aber erträglich. Die Unart, dass Fernseher nur noch per App auf den Geräten genutzt werden können, obwohl auch Antennen-Empfang möglich ist, macht es technisch nicht so versierten Menschen unnötig schwer (auch wenn das nicht für mich gilt).

• Andrzej (10/5): Bardzo udany weekend w Berlinie — komfortowy hotel, świetna lokalizacja i chętnie wrócimy ponownie. - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum i dobry punkt wypadowy na weekend w Berlinie. Hotel był czysty, cichy i bardzo komfortowy, a łóżka naprawdę wygodne. Fajna atmosfera i bezproblemowy pobyt ze znajomymi. Szczerze trudno się do czegoś przyczepić. Wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania podczas weekendowego pobytu.

• James (7/5): Pleasant, clean, modern room, convenient for train station. - Very convenient for the local train station, with fast and frequent connections to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. Unpleasant smell of blocked drains in the bathroom. No means of washing dishes other than the dishwasher. After using mugs and plates in the evening, the only way to wash them was in the dishwasher - but it would have made a noise when we were trying to sleep. Some of the dishes were dirty - the previous occupants obviously had the same problem. We would have expected to find a washing-up cloth, washing-up liquid and a tea towel. Outside the hotel a plant which appears to be Japanese knotweed is growing between the hotel wall and the pavement. In the UK this is classed as a "noxious weed" and must be reported to the authorities, because it is extremely damaging to buildings and their foundations, and blocks drains. Perhaps this explains the smell in the bathroom?
• Evžen Deulin (10/5): - I always stay here when I come to Berlin. The price is much lower than most hotels while the facilities are better than many. The rooms are well renovated, clean, the bathroom/ shower are is comfortable, they have a reception (always friendly). The location is a petrified part of east Berlin, you can find a drogerie shop next to it and an overpriced alcohol store. The connection to the city centre is great (5 mins walk to Ostkreutz)
