- Mohamed (9/5): Excellent Location and Staff, but Small Rooms - Unbeatable Location: The absolute best feature of this hotel is its location. It is situated right in the center of Mannheim, making it incredibly easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. • Spotless Rooms: The cleanliness of the room was top-notch. It was immaculate when I arrived, which I highly appreciated. • Wonderful Staff: The hotel team was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. • Very Small Room Size: The room itself was quite cramped and tight on space. • No Wardrobe: There was no proper wardrobe to hang or store clothes, which made organizing luggage a bit difficult.

- Jannik (5/5): - Das hotel ansich war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Mannheimer Innenstadt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig wer ab 20 uhr vor die Tür geht muss mit Polizei und lauten Autos rechnen. Das war überhaupt nicht cool.

- Birgit (8/5): Tolles Hotel direkt in der Stadtmitte - Die Lage war super, Ausstattung sehr gut und die Bar im 4 Stock genial. Frühstück war gut und wurde immer nachgelegt. Das man nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer bekommen hat. Aussage müssen Sie in der Bar erwerben. Schade 🥲 Beim Frühstück sollte man die Brötchen überdenken. Ebenso auf Markenprodukte ob es das Nutella ist oder Joghurt nicht im Becher.

For the price it boxes above its weight class Breakfast is sufficient but not amazing. Perhaps a choice of eggs would be nice, and a fresh espresso from the Siebtrager and not an automaat. The 4th floor restaurant is great. Morning sun is brilliant.

- Horia (9/5): Ideal für Städtetrips - Typischer Motel One direkt am Paradeplatz im ehemaligen Postgebäude aus der 1950er Jahren. Zimmer zwar klein aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Bett komfortabel, gute Schallisolierung, Klimaanlage sehr leise. Hat kein eigenen Parkplatz, man muss selber eine Lösung finden (z.B. Parkhaus C1)
