Susann (5/5): Dort würden wir nicht wieder buchen - Frühstück gab es nur auf Vorbestellung. Gefrühstückt wird auf dem Zimmer. Vor dem Eingang ist eine große Stufe. Und wirklich nur eine. Für ältere Leute sehr schlecht. Rollstuhlfahrer haben keine Chance. Ich hatte mir das vorher wohl nicht durchgelesen. Ohne Personal. Für uns war das gar nichts. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein. Zum Glück waren wir in der ersten Etage

Davis (4/5): It was fine but wont do again - Space Poor cleanliness, no staff, only provided one towel for a booking of 2 people. It was also very dark with very dim lights so its really hard to wash up in the evening as you cant really see the kitchen space as there are no lights near it.

Merilyn (9/5): It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay to explore Berlin. - Very clean and tidy. The directions to get from the station were confusing. And the lifts stop in between each floor which means you have to carry heavy luggage up or down stairs.
Sandra (8/5): Sehr gern wieder! - Schön eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer in sehr guter Lage zum Silent Green Kulturquartier und in der Nähe von verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alle Zimmer haben einen etwas anderen Schnitt. Bei diesem fungierte leider der Fernseher am Bettende als Trennwand zum restlichen Raum, sodass wenig Tageslicht in den Raum gelang und immer künstliches Licht nötig war.

Tramaine (8/5): Great place for a longer term stay either by yourself, partner or with a family! Highly recommend! - I think the overall apartment was great - from the ease of check-in, to responsiveness from the front desk, from getting supplies from the vending machine to using the laundry area, from the cleanliness and space of the room to convenience of the location. Loved it. The only thing was the central air flow system - it seemed to be a little bit too warm and we had to open our windows at some point. But then there would be outside noise (not much) and it was a bit annoying cos then I couldn't keep the curtains completely closed. Perhaps it was still on a heating/warming mode due to previous cold season. But I'm sure this could be easily fixed!

Check-in war etwas umständlich, die Rezeption ist nicht offensichtlich angeschrieben und die Tür verschlossen; keine Klingel, man muss an die Tür klopfen. Der Entry-Code wurde am Tag der Ankunft per Email zugeschickt, was für Reisende aus dem Ausland u.U. nicht sofort sichtbar ist. Umgebung vorstädtisch und wenig gepflegt.

Ginger A. (3/5): It looks like good value aesthetically, but it fails to fulfill the SLEEP criterion. - The room is perfectly furnished. Lots of space. The large bed was comfortable. The shower is hot and strong. We had a room facing the street on the third floor. I don’t know how (perhaps a perhaps an echo effect from the intersection?) but the street traffic is insanely loud. The windows help keep it out, but not all the way. If you need fresh air during the night, you can’t sleep. But it is also very noisy INSIDE. - the air system in the main room and in the bathroom are loud and you can’t turn them off. I mean, really loud. So even though we were impressed upon entering the room, it didn’t fulfill the most important criterion of a hotel: that we could sleep. It was too noisy to sleep, and I am not a sensitive sleeper. They are also very stingy with the espresso pods and sugar and creamer, you basically get one cup a day, if you drink with milk and sugar.
Antje (9/5): Klein, aber fein. - Für einen Kurzaufenthalt- am besten nur für eine Person- prima geeignet. Sonst halt ziemlich eng. Es war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, nur 140m breit- wie ausgeschrieben. Wir haben im Hinterhaus genächtigt. Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Küche ist mega winzig, aber gut ausgestattet. Wenn man in ihr steht, hat man den Vorhang am Rücken kleben. Das fand ich unangenehm. Sehr befremdlich auch der Hinweis, man solle aufpassen, dass man nichts anbrennen lässt, damit kein Rauchmelder anspringt. Den Feuerwehr- Einsatz müsse man dann selber bezahlen. Das schreckt ziemlich ab, dort kochen zu wollen.

Monika (7/5): Als Ausgangspunkt für intensives Sightseeing war das Appartment gut geeignet. - Das Appartment war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die U-Bahn war schnell zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt war in erreichbarer Nähe. Die Kaffeemaschine in der Lounge habe ich sehr gern in Anspruch genommen. Der Sessel war für mich relativ unbequem. Der Tisch war für Computerarbeiten zu klein. Die Mülltonnen auf dem Hof verursachen recht viel Lärm.

Alex Paun (9/5): Perfect value for money in a less busy part of the city.Would reccomend and book again in the future - While not in a central and touristy location, the stay is located in a relatively quiet and very safe part of Berlin, it was perfect for my needs. The room was very clean, but most importantly - very comfortable bed! The emails received prior to check in were all sent in german with no english translation. Deciphering them was not too big of a hassle, but it would have been great to not have to go through it, especially as there were 4 separate messages before even checking in. The codes received to enter the property did not work at first, but the staff at the support centre were very helpful in resolving the issue quickly.
Marie (9/5): Čistý, stylový apartmán blízko metra - Krásný, čistý, nově zrekonstruovaný apartmánek s malou, ale vybavenou kuchyní, pohodlné spaní, čistá koupelna. Bezproblémový vstup do ubytovaní pomocí kódu. Blízko metra/autobusu s dobrou dostupností do užšího centra, ale zároveň fajn kavárny, restaurace, bary i obchod s potravinami v dochozí vzdálenosti. Také děkujeme za malé, ale milé welcome gifts. V pokoji bylo v noci velmi slyšet hučení pravděpodobně lednice nebo ventilace, bylo to poměrně hlučné. Také náš pokoj měl okno do vnitrobloku, kde je vidět na S-Bahn a pro někoho s lehkým spaním by mohl zvuk projíždějících vlaků být nepříjemný, ale my jsme s tím neměli problém.

Pascal (8/5): Wir würden wieder kommen - Das Personal super freundlich, die Lobby wunderschön. Das einchecken super einfach. Sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Fahrstuhl, hätte so wie er angeboten wird auch wegbleiben können, man landet immer auf einer zwischenstuffe muss also Treppen steigen, und ein Buggy passt nicht mal durch die Tür. Das Bett war leider so weich das es nicht mehr angenehm war. Die Größen Angaben der Zimmer, wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, das bessere (teurer) war viel kleiner als das günstige, auch das Bad war im "besseren" schlechter. Aber alles dennoch gut, nur der Vergleich ist dann leider ernüchternd.
N (10/5): Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kann alles gut mit den öffis oder zu Fuß erreichen, das Appartment und die Anlahe sind se - Das Appartement war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, es ist alles da was ich brauchte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen . Den Schlüsse Code habe ich wirklich erst um 15 Uhr bekommen was ich unschön fand, da es heißt zw. 14-15 Uhr. Das war das einzigste Manko. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme dauerte es noch eine knappe Stunde. Ich wäre gern schon um 14 Uhr im Zimmer gewesen.

Kuba (9/5): Compact flat in the quiet and pleasant area of Berlin - Very small, compact and comfortable apartment in the quiet neighborhood not far from the city centre which can be reached on foot (if you like walking like me) or by the public transport (trains). I like this area and I felt safe at nights. Close distance to the supermarket or pub. Bathroom was a good size and very nice shower. The only issue could be a very small kitchenette but not for me really as I wasn't cooking there. All the essentials like fridge and kettle were there. Room was small but okay to stay for 3 nights

Tutto connesso facilmente con linee S e U - Ottima posizione vicina a due linee S e una U Vicino al parco Humboldthein Quartiere multiculturale Il checkin e la permanenza sono in totale autonomia, ovvero non abbiamo incontrato personale; in altre occasioni potrebbe essere un problema. Se volessi lasciare il bagaglio prima o dopo il checkin/checkout non saprei come fare.

Elisha (8/5): Great apartment, location ok - Great comfy room, great facilities, easy self check-in and check-out, clear instructions provided. The location is easy to get to and is a good base. There weren't as many nice cafes, bars, restaurants and nice areas to walk around nearby as I would have liked. Loved the apartment but I'd probably try a different location next time with a nicer neighbourhood feel.

Marketlerin olduğu yere yürüyerek 10dkda ulaşabiliyorsunuz. 2 kişi için yalnızca 2 kapsül kahve vardı her gün için 2 kapsül bırakılabilirdi ☹️ Banyo havalandırmasından arada bir rutubet kokusu geliyordu.
ALICIA (10/5): Apartamento encantador para repetir en el próximo viaje - Todo muy limpio y organizado, con todos los detalles posibles. El personal muy amable. Aunque no está justo en el centro, está muy bien comunicado, con varios autobuses, tren y metro que hacen que entre 20 y 30 minutos estés en cualquier punto de Berlín. Zona con muchos restaurantes y servicios. Únicamente que hubo un problema con el código de acceso a la habitación que nos habían asignado y tuvieron que asignarnos otra. El personal fue muy rápido y amable. Muy eficientes.

Maria (10/5): Top, modern und stylisch. Einfach T O P ! Vielen Dank - Die Einrichtung - es ist alles super modern und TOP stylisch eingerichtet. Schöner kleiner Balkon und sehr ruhig. Alles da was man braucht. Alles in einem es war TOP und alles da was man braucht :-) Gerne wieder .... da es nicht gab was mir nicht gefiel, kann ich dazu sagen. :-)

Karl (9/5): - Superbly clean and well equipped. Convenient location, with three U-Bahn and one S-Bahn stations close by. Also several grocery stores within convenient walking distance. Smooth and reliable check-in and check-out. The area could feel a bit sketchy, especially after dark, but personally I had no negative experience and the facilities were well protected from the street.
