- Stefan (5/5): Veni vidi... meh - Good location in a historical building but noth worth the money unless you just plan to crash for the night. I would have liked it to be cleaner. Even the wine glasses in the kitchen were full of figerprints and not cleaned properly. The living room sofa has passed its usble date as it's faling apart and it is dirty. There was some random AVON cream in the bathroom placed with their soaps which was obviously left by previous guests. When stayig at a property, the feel should be that you are the first one that stayed there, and not see traces of other guests everywhere. The iron gate was impossible to open from the inside without a key which only worked in the outside key hole, not the inside one.Sso at check-ut we needed a 3 person effort to ensure we are not locked in.

- Maria (10/5): - No elevator
- Pablo (8/5): En el corazón de Roma - Muy céntrico. A tocar con la piazza navona. Ideal. Un antiguo palazzo en el corazón de Roma. Las personas mayores y/o enfermos deben tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor.
- Emma (8/5): - Excellent location
- Graham (9/5): A great long weekend with friends, great location to explore Rome from. - Superb location to explore Rome. Only 100m from Piazza Navona.
- Mindaugas (7/5): Good -
- Amine (10/5): Exceptional - The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We made a last-minute booking, and he responded quickly, making everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is spacious and it’s fully equipped—perfect for families. The location is excellent, with most major attractions within walking distance, so we didn’t need to use public transport at all. That said, the bus station is just a 2-minute walk away, which is very convenient if needed. There are also plenty of amazing gelato shops, dessert spots, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy great food throughout our stay.
- Yasmine (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (10/5): Loved it! I highly recomend this property to stay at. - The property was perfect for our needs. Location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally located and everything was within walking distance from Trevi Fountain to the Vatican. You do have to be prepared to walk up several steps to get to the apartment. For us, it was not a bother but would like people to know this.
- Monica (7/5): Good - Location excellent Mattresses and sofa uncomfortable
- Victoria (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and sleeping room for 6 people Some noise in the evenings, bathroom very small
- Bogdan (8/5): Very good - Large apartment, nice decorated. Very good location. Old matress. Not really bad, but old.
- Maja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Larry (2/5): Old tired disappointing. Needs facelift - The location It was run down and need refurbishing. The tiles are broken., the toilet and kitchen smell. It does not look like thd photos as the furniture is old.
We had no sheets for the duvet. We had to buy toilet paper. It was not clean
- Almog (8/5): Very good - Some of the facilities weren’t good; the bed and the shelf.
- Brittany (7/5): Good - The location is super close to everything that you want to walk to in the historic district. There is a/c in both bedrooms and great black out blinds if you want to sleep in. There is a washer if you have laundry and a drying rack in the closet.
The owners were easy to contact and were fast to answer questions as well as help with the facilities. The property is older and in need of repairs. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged and our refrigerator leaked a lot of water in the kitchen on our first night. However, the owners had someone fix it really quickly so it did not really affect our stay.
The plumping was a little iffy, sometimes the toilet would take a few flushes or the shower would oscillate between hot and cold or the water pressure would change. However, this is a historic district in one of the oldest cities in the world so that might just be Rome in general.
I would think of it like glamping and then it’s all good.
