- Alexandra (3/5): The worse place I stayed in this far. - Location close to the central train station Cannot access the elevator have to walk up the stairs. No cups for drinking in the room. Cooking/ oil frying smell very strong even with window closed. Room is small.
- Rusudan (1/5): Bad - nothing the communication was awfully the value for money-absolutely not worth it. i booked and then it added 50 euros for cleaning and also the tax fee and with this cost i could stay in a nice hotel and not in this uncomfortable,dusty and dirty apartment. keys were not at the location you have to pick it from somewhere. no luggage storage service no amenities except 1 cent costed soap just awful never book it !!!
- Marianne (4/5): Not worth the price. - The room was modern type. Searching for the office to get the keys is very stressful. There was scheduled check of intercom during our first day, which I found disturbing. No changing of bedsheets, towels and cleaning during stay.

- Robert (8/5): - Très bine situé à 10 minutes à pied de la Gare Centrale de Milan. L'appartement est très petit, plus petit que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Pas de place pour y mettre une table lorsque le lit à bascule est descendu. Sinon, très propre et il ne manquait de rien.

Check-in procedure was rather complicated but option for late check-in is appreciated Wifi didn't work and bed was not very comfortable

- Ruofei (10/5): good experience and comfortable stay place - the location is convenient to reach the subway and within walking distance of the central station. you don't need to worry about the time to take the coach to the airport; it only takes 6 minutes to get to the station. I like the fully automatic adjustment of windows, Light does not leak through the window in the early morning so that you can get a good night's sleep! btw，The bath gel smells so nice！ There is less hot water storage and you need to wait for the hot water to boil. There was no cutlery in the room, it would be nice to use the microwave if there were plates.
- Euan (10/5): Great stay - the location was good with plenty metro stops nearby, also very close to centrale train station. Alessandro was very helpful and managed to check us in early which was very good as we had an early flight. There are a lot of instructions for accessing the property, which from a security point is understandable, but can be a bit confusing.
