• Ritu (7/5): Neat, clean and an easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof - The hotel, room and bathroom were well kept by housekeeping team. The location is near main station and we used that advantage to travel to nearby towns. The area was lively well into the night. They were able to store our luggage for a few hours The in-room fridges in all rooms didn't work. The room heater could not be shut off, as a result the room was perpetually hot. The bed was very springy and there were no extra pillows or sheets.

The appliances in the room did not work. The curtains on the window were broken and did not open. The blinds on the window were dirty and broken. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattresses of the double bed came apart and moved all night. The mattresses were dirty and soiled. Breakfast was good but overpriced.

• Evelyn Sikiu (10/5): - Ich hatte echt einen richtig angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Alles war sauber, die Zimmer gemütlich mit Küche man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders freundlich war Maho an der Rezeption, hilfsbereit und zurvorkommend drauf. Hat bei allem direkt geholfen und man hat sich einfach gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

• Rebecca Kaldefoss (4/5): Hyggelig personale og koselig resepsjon, skuffende kjøkken fasiliteter men eller ok stander på rommet. Ok beliggenhet se - Veldig hyggelig personale. Koselig i resepsjonen. Store rom, selv om jeg tror ikke vi fikk et superior rom, selv om det var dette jeg bestilte. Det hadde i hvert fall ikke spisebord eller stoler. Kort vei til togstasjon. Butikker og spisesteder i nærheten. Hotellet lå i et tydelig belastet område med, så vi følte det var utrygt å gå ut på kveldstid. Mye narkotika og mange tiggere og hjemløse rett utenfor hotellet. Kjøkkenet var skuffende. Kjøleskapet virket ikke. Det var en kokeplate, men ingen panner til å lage mat i. Det var en steikepanne, så vi bestemte oss for at vi i hvert fall kunne lage pannekaker, men der var ingen bakeboller eller lignende til å ha røren i, ingen stekespade til å steike dem med eller visp til å vispe røren. Måtte derfor kjøpe dette utstyret selv. Ble derfor vanskelig å få laget mat der. På hotellsiden stod det at det var TV med Netflix, men Netflix virket ikke. Søndag morgen var det ikke varmt vann i verken dusj eller vask. Sengene var utgjevne og litt ukomfortable, selv om de var myke. Store fuktskader på badet ved døren. Upraktisk at det ikke var vask på badet, men at den var på selve rommet. Vi har vært på mange hoteller og synes ikke dette fortjener mer enn 3 stjerner.

• Scharifa (1/5): - Drei positive Punkte gibt es trotzdem: Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Die Lage ist super man kommt überall gut hin (auch wenn es nachts durch den Hauptbahnhof sehr laut ist). Und unsere Aussicht war zwar nicht wie auf den Bildern online, aber trotzdem schön. Also, ich war mit einer Freundin für ein Wochenende im Boutique Kaiser Apartment und wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war gefühlt gar nicht gereinigt 🫠 überall lagen Haare. Im Bad war der Abfluss im Waschbecken verstopft, sodass man es nicht richtig benutzen konnte. Die Couch war so schmutzig, dass wir uns nicht darauf setzen konnten. Wir mussten wirklich alles erst irgendwie „desinfizieren“, bevor wir es anfassen konnten. Kommen wir zur Küche: Das war die pure Enttäuschung. Das Waschbecken war total verschmutzt und der Schwamm wurde offensichtlich nicht ausgetauscht. Die Wände, die Betten etc. anhand der Bilder könnt ihr selbst sehen: Wir hatten einfach keine Worte mehr. Die Matratzen waren zu weich 🫠🫠 Wir sind wirklich nicht der Typ, der sich beschwert oder Rezensionen schreibt das ist sogar das erste Mal. Aber wir waren einfach seeehr, seeehr enttäuscht 🙃

• Benjamin (5/5): Won't stay here again until the fridges and the hot water are fixed - Location close to Central Station. Clean little units with practical kitchenette for self-catering stays. The hot water didn't work during my stay (cold or lukewarm showers only). When I complained at the reception, the man offered me a bottle of drinking water. Not sure how that was supposed to solve the problem with having to take a cold shower. When I first arrived, I was put in a room where the fridge also didn't work, but the man at the front desk put me in another unit where the fridge was okay. He said, though, that they are replacing the fridges because many don't work. As mentioned in previous reviews, the mattresses are very soft, if this is a problem for you. My unit was also never cleaned, despite the reception offering this service when I checked in. The property has real potential to be a good budget option for self-catering travellers, but there are too many problems at the moment for me to want to stay there again.

• Ankica (7/5): - Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das Hotel war sauber, alles war ordentlich, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings sind die Matratzen ein Schwachpunkt – sie sind zu weich und wirken stark abgenutzt. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf, da der Schlafkomfort darunter leidet. Abgesehen davon war alles hervorragend und ich war sehr zufrieden.

• Busi (1/5): not great at all - Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend staying here—especially if you’re traveling alone. There was a very loud noise coming from outside the room that went on day and night. I’m not sure if it was the air conditioning or something else, but it was constant and disruptive. I actually had to wear headphones just to be able to sleep, which is unacceptable. The staff were also disappointing. The fridge in my room didn’t work, and it took them two full days to fix it, despite me reporting it right away. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or concern for guest comfort. On top of that, the surrounding area felt quite dodgy at night. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe walking around, which made the stay even more stressful. Overall, between the noise, lack of responsive service, and safety concerns, this stay fell far below expectations.

Pequeno Almoço muito razoável, com diversidade. Na zona envolvente diversos restaurantes. Falta de manutenção e cuidado com quarto/studio, apresentando algum desgaste. O Candeeiro de Pé alto não tinha o abajur, e não foi reposto durante a estadia. A kitchenette muito limitada e com pouco utensílios. Tinha solicitado cama de casal, mas tinha 2 camas juntas. Colchões muito desconfortáveis. Atoalhados muito fracos.

• Rim (1/5): - Sincèrement l hygiène c est un vrai problème dans cet hôtel, néomoine des serviettes sale, je pouvais pas verrouiller la porte de ma chambre,je ne sentais pas en sécurité dedans.
