- Melanie (8/5): Cozy Unterkunft im Hinterhaus - Die Ausstattung des Appartements war fabelhaft. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar Wasserflaschen waren für uns hergerichtet. Außerdem ist es sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage fussläufig zur Tram ist super geeignet, wenn man in Leipzig unterwegs sein will. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir wurden kurzfristig umgebucht auf ein anderes Appartement. Statt im EG waren wir in 1.OG untergebracht. Für uns absolut unproblematisch, allerdings wurden wir genau das im Vorfeld nicht gefragt, sondern vor vollendete Tatsachen gesetzt. Bei einer Person, für die Treppen eine Schwierigkeit darstellen, wäre das wirklich problematisch.
- José Luis (6/5): - Un sitio tranquilo, no habia ruidos. El tranvía cerca, y a unos 15 minutos el centro andando. Entran hormigas en el salón, tuvimos que echar un producto. La conexión WiFi fallaba.
- Kateryna (7/5): Гарні, комфортні апартаменти. Але є деякі незручності, які можна усунути без проблем. - Розташування зручне: 11 або 16 трамвай від залізничного вокзалу і хвилин 7 пішки. Інструкції по заселенню були зрозумілі, але ми не з першого разу знайшли будинок з апартаментами (трішки заплутано). Апартаменти знаходяться на 2 поверсі двоповерхового будинку (він всього на 4 апартаментів). Будинок старий, бо стіни десь в 1 метр товщиною і сходи дерев'яні, скриплять (окрім першого прольоту). Вхід у помешкання дуже зручний (по коду). Самі апартаменти немаленькі: І санвузол, і коридор, і сама кімната. Зручно для проживання, є все необхідне, особливо побутова техніка на кухні потішила: кавова машина з великим запасом кави та вершків, мікрохвильовка, духовка, холодильник. І столів достатньо: в коридорі, 2 - у кімнаті. Опалення - регулюється. Ліжко - дуже зручне! За нього - окрема подяка. Багато продуманих дрібниць у помешканні. Видно, що власники підійшли з розумінням до комфорту у помешканні. Були деякі моменти, які дещо зіпсували враження від проживання. 1. Як тільки зайшли у помешкання, то побачили, що у ванній кімнаті не працює злив води в раковині. Хоч ми і намагалися потягнути за важіль і відкрити цей злив, але все було марно. І сам кран тримався погано, не був добре закрученим. Так як ми заселилися увечері, то адміністрація вже не працювала. На ранок повідомили про проблему, обіцяли виправити, але за день так нічого не змінилося. На третій день ми самі подзвонили і попросили не приходити ремонтувати кран. Бо коли половину днів нашого проживання він не працював, то вже і сенсу його лагодити ми не бачили. 2. Пульт від телевізора не увімкнув його, бо батарейки не працювали. Ми попросили їх замінити. І хоч адміністрація нам і сказала, що до нас приходили, коли нас не було вдома, і залишили батарейки на столі, ми їх не знайшли: ні на першому, ні на другому, ні на третьому столі, одним словом - ніде! Чи адміністратор не те сказала, чи той, хто мав занести батарейки, не заніс їх. Але телевізором ми так і не скористалися.... На жаль... 3. У помешканні був пил. Особливо видно його на чорній техніці на кухні. 4. І найнеприємніші емоції у нас викликала пральна машина! Коли вона прала, то так голосно шуміла, наче ми стартували на ракеті із Землі! А підлога у кімнаті (через стіну від ванної кімнати) так вібрувала, що все трусилося, ноги - теж! Посуд на столах кудись їхав.... чашка у кавомашині намагалася з кавою впасти додолу.... Коротше кажучи, пральна машина хоч і стояла на килимі якомусь, але була не виставлена правильно, тому так і трапилося. Добре, що в той день, коли ми прали, знизу не було сусідів...
- Fortunato (7/5): Agradable - El lavavajillas, la sala comedor amplia, la facilidad para hacer el check in y la disponibilidad de front desk No nos pudieron resolver el pedido de una bandeja de horno, por lo tanto no pudimos usarlo. La falta de lavandería y secadora hizo parte de la experiencia un poco incomoda

- Arne (8/5): ich war zur Übernachtung von einem Weihnachtsbesuch da war wirklich alles schick, jederzeit wieder zu empfehlen - war in der Nähe war ne gute Ausstattung preiswert aber geschmackvoll. Kühlschrank war da Waschmaschine mit Pulver vor gefüllt Kaffeemaschine war da mit Kapseln und Kaffee und Milch war wirklich alles super Eigentlich gar nichts
- Maria (9/5): - Leider wurden wir ohne Mitteilung zu einer anderen gebuchten FeWo zugewiesen. Gut ist, diese FeWo ist ganz in der Nähe mehrerer S-Bahnen und ist mit nur ein paar Stufen auch für Gehbehinderte erreichbar. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Diese FeWo war soweit gut bis auf etwas Staub und Spinnweben. Staubsauger war voll und leider kein Besen. Aber leider entspricht diese FeWo nicht den Bildern im Internet. Diese müßten aktualisiert

- Christian (8/5): 3 Tage Leipzig, praktisch für Messe/Kongressbesuch - Gute Erreichbarkeit mit mehren Strassenbahnlinien, u a die 16 zu Messe und z Hauptbahnhof. Perfekte Organisation, zumindest für solche, die nicht unbedingt einen persönlichen Kontakt brauchen. Für den Schlüssel-Code beim Eingangstor benötigte ich nachts eine Lampe ( Handy), um richtig zu tippen. Nachbarhaus wird gerade renoviert, aber keinerlei störenden Lärm oder Schmutz. Das Appartement tadellose renoviert mit kleinen, liebevollen Details. Ein gemütliches Café oder Restaurant in der Nähe habe ich nicht gefunden
- Jaime Andres (10/5): Great place for a family or group of 3-4 - The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. We had to call the administrator of the place from the train station, after we had checked out, because our son had left his phone inside and Amelie, who also spoke English was very respectful, understanding, and helpful. Just make sure to check your email shortly before your arrival so that you have your entry numbers ready for opening the outside gate and the unit when you first arrive to the place.
