• Jola (10/5): Nice place! - The apartment had everything needed for an overnight stay and cooking. It had a warm bathroom and bedroom. There was storage space. The bed was wonderful and comfortable. There was also tea and coffee!

• Liisa (8/5): Cozy, Quiet Apartment with Great Berlin Location and Easy Access to Sightseeing - Apartment was cozy and clean, had all the promised amenities, also it was very pleasantly quiet. The location was good with very good connection to all the sightseeing and nightlife in Berlin. Shower was not best, temperature was fluctuating all the time and when attached to the holder it turned to the wall.

• Lucas (8/5): Prático, bem guarnecido e boa localização - Estrutura muito boa. Itens de qualidade na acomodação que garantem um ótimo bom estar durante a hospedagem. A localização é ótima. Bairro movimentado e ótimo acesso a cafés e restaurantes e aos transportes públicos em geral. Estávamos em 4, então o espaço ficou curto/apertado, por mais que a disposição dos itens que guarnecem o quarto fosse bem otimizado. A qualidade do colchão não era tão boa. Isso diminuiu o conforto. Mas ok para o custo-benefício.
• Lucie Picard (10/5): On a déjà hâte de revenir!!!!! - Super quartier!!!!! Proche du métro, proche de bar/clubs très chouettes (BarZum, Urban Spree, Lokschuppen...) Très bons restos autour aussi (on conseille les burgers vegan VEG'D!) Les lits étaient très confortables et grands (un canapé-lit double et un lit double en mezzanine) Salle de bain pratique et grande aussi, petit cuisine fonctionnelle (assez de couverts, assiettes etc) On a pu payer un petit supplément et faire le check-in un peu plus tôt, c'était très confortable Une laverie est juste au pied de l'immeuble sur le trottoir d'en face, pas cher et pratique L'espace était bien optimisé et nous avons passé un vraiment très bon séjour dans cet appart, merci !!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :) Wir liebe Berlin <3 Franchement rien ! :) A part peut-être que la porte d'entrée sur la rue n'avait pas de code, mais quartier safe donc ça ne nous a pas posé de problèmes

• Sarit (7/5): - The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. The price is very reasonable compared to alternatives in Berlin, which makes it a good value option overall. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, which we appreciated. It was also very convenient to have access to a luggage room after check-out until 18:00. The bed setup (loft bed and sofa bed) was very noisy. Even small movements caused loud creaking sounds, so each of us woke up whenever someone turned during the night. The sofa bed was also not particularly comfortable. In addition, the room felt quite small for a family with two young children, and the layout did not allow for any separation or quiet space. We also noticed a persistent smell in the toilet area throughout our stay. There was noticeable noise from the corridor at night, including door slamming and groups of guests returning late, which further affected sleep quality. The room did not include a dishwasher, although this was shown in the photos on Booking.com, which was somewhat disappointing. Overall, the room may be suitable for short stays or for couples, but we would not recommend it for families with young children, especially for longer stays.

• Kovarikova (6/5): Okay for the price but don’t expect anything amazing and stay on the higher floors! - Great location, good value for money Safety - main door was unlocked at all times during the day and a sleeping half-naked drunk (not even sure if a guest as there is no reception) was sleeping in the “lounge” area. Extras - we booked a 3 person room and didn’t have the bedding or duvets ready. When we asked for it, we were given the storage code to get it ourselves, but no duvets were there. We had to call a second time to get these delivered.

Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer Über Booking.com war es nicht möglich den CheckIn Code zu bekommen. Da ich aber vom letzten Jahr wusste, dass dieser zeitnah mitgeteilt wird habe ich mich mit dem Hotel per Mail in Verbindung gesetzt. Das war am Sonntagvormittag nicht so einfach. Unnötiger Stress, hat dann aber alles geklappt.

• Laura (2/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit abgewohnten, viel zu kleinen Zimmern - Nichts Das Zimmer ist insgesamt sehr abgewohnt und entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen. Besonders die Matratzen sind äußerst unbequem und sorgen für keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr klein – wir waren zu viert (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) – und wirkt auf den Fotos deutlich größer als in der Realität. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und zudem nicht sauber. Die Duschtür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, und die Wassertemperatur schwankte ständig extrem zwischen sehr heiß und eiskalt. Ein weiteres Problem war der Boden vor dem Badezimmer: Unter dem vermeintlich „neuen“ Bodenbelag befindet sich ein tiefes Loch, sodass man beim Betreten das Gefühl hat, der Boden gibt nach. Eigene Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Das Parken auf der Straße vor dem Hotel ist sehr teuer und zudem bis 24 Uhr gebührenpflichtig (ca. 0,20 € pro 3 Minuten). Insgesamt leider keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Vattnet i duschen blev kallt och skållhett om vartannat. Knöliga kuddar. Väldigt varmt (trots april) med dålig ventilation. Vi hade fönstret öppet hela tiden. Bäddsoffan var mycket obekväm.

• Maria (6/5): Nicht mal zum schlafen bequem. - Lage im Hinterhaus ruhig, aber zwei Tage hintereinander wurde wahrscheinlich Müll abgeholt, das war früh sehr laut und hat uns geweckt Das Schlafsofa quietscht enorm laut bei jeder Bewegung. Dusche ändert Temperatur sporadisch von kalt zu heiß. TV gingen viele Sender nur mit Pixel-Unterbrechung, also konnte man nicht schauen - daher hatten wir Hotline angerufen (ging nur auf Englisch), uns wurde gesagt, ein Techniker schaut sich das an, aber es war in 3 Tagen keiner da. Heizungsrohre rauschen die ganze Nacht. Ecklig im Bad.
• Ana (7/5): Agradable y cómodo. A mejorar la ducha - Es un alojamiento muy agradable, entra mucha luz y es cómodo. El baño. Realmente buen alojamiento, pero el único fallo que tiene es el baño. La ducha me pareció bastante incómoda, ya que no conseguía que la temperatura del agua pasaba de frío caliente constantemente y el imposible que el alcachofa de ducha, al colgarla el agua apuntarse hacia el suelo de la ducha.
