Anne (8/5): Angenehm, aber etwas laut gelegen - Lobby natürlich sehr schön. Betten bequem. Personal außerordentlich freundlich! Gefallen hat uns auch die Möglichkeit, einen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu machen. Wer wirklich ruhig schlafen möchte, sollte sich vielleicht noch mal umschauen. Zimmer zur Meinekestrasse etwas leiser als zur sehr lauten Lietzenburger. Aber mit offenem Fenster geht’s auch nicht. Und man muss wohl Glück haben, ein solches Zimmer zu bekommen. Frühstück für 20 Euro zu teuer für Leute, die früh raus müssen. Aber dafür gibt’s ja die sehr praktische Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu machen.

Kevin (5/5): - ich möchte Ihnen nach unserem Aufenthalt ein ausführliches Feedback geben, da wir insgesamt enttäuscht waren. Wir reisten mit Baby und Hund und hatten Ihr Hotel bewusst aufgrund der beworbenen familien- und haustierfreundlichen Ausstattung gewählt. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten nicht dem erwarteten Standard. Unser Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt. Auch am zweiten Tag war bei unserer Rückkehr gegen kurz vor 22 Uhr keine reguläre Zimmerreinigung erfolgt, obwohl wir das Zimmer entsprechend verlassen hatten. Erst nach unserer Beschwerde wurde während unseres Aufenthalts in der Lobby eine sehr eingeschränkte Notlösung durchgeführt. Dabei wurden lediglich Müll entfernt und das Bett notdürftig gemacht; eine gründliche Reinigung (z. B. Staubsaugen oder Reinigen der Oberflächen) fand nicht statt. Zusätzlich wurde kein Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt. Als wir anschließend wieder ins Zimmer zurückkehrten, stellten wir fest, dass die Reinigung unvollständig war. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die Rückmeldung, dass eine weitere Reinigung zu dieser Uhrzeit nicht mehr möglich sei. Auch die beworbenen Leistungen für Baby und Hund wurden nicht proaktiv bereitgestellt, sondern erst nach Nachfrage (z. B. Hundebett und Näpfe). Ein Babybett bzw. eine entsprechende Vorbereitung des Zimmers war bei Anreise ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer selbst war zudem sehr klein und für die Kombination aus Baby, Hund und Gepäck nur eingeschränkt geeignet. Da von Seiten des Hotels zunächst keine Wiedergutmachung angeboten wurde, fragte ich selbst nach einer möglichen kleinen Entschädigung. Daraufhin wurde uns schließlich eine Frühstückstüte angeboten. Diese empfanden wir jedoch nicht als angemessene Kompensation für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich funktionierte unsere Zimmerkarte am Morgen des Check-outs bereits gegen 9 Uhr nicht mehr, obwohl unser Aufenthalt bzw. Late Check-out noch lief.

Aisha Noelle (6/5): It is nice, but a few things can be improved. - Location is nice. The bar / restaurant is also nicely set-up. Bit of a stale beer smell though. Free bottled water, which is always nice. It was also really easy to leave a bag with the reception on our departure day for a few hours. The heat control in the room was deactivated. Unfortunately, we were there on a rather cold May weekend, so we were rather cold in the room. No separate coffee machine (only powder for water). We got two separate beds instead of a double bed. The hairdryer was hard to find (hidden in a cupboard instead of in the bathroom).

Basic breakfast that was changed from à la carte to buffet without us being notified. If we knew we would have opted out of it and found some interesting and better breakfast else where. Willem (9/5): Zeer prettig en huiselijk maar tegelijk een luxe hotel - De hele vibe is goed personeel duidelijk goed getraind en ze nemen hun werk serieus, names onthouden, drankjes aanbieden die niet op de kaart staan etc, de extraatjes die je welkom doen voelen. Kamers zijn vrij warm voor slapen persoonlijk slaap ik liever <18 graden maar ondanks de vrij frisse nachten kwam de kamer niet onder de 20. Het was ok maar kan in de zomer wel problematisch zijn.

Juan Carlos (9/5): Extraordinaria experiencia! Fascinado con The Hoxton Berlin - De mis hoteles favoritos en Berlin, sino mi favorito. La atención del staff espectacular. El hotel tiene mucha personal sin ser pretencioso, tiene estilo y muy buen gusto. La habitacion es pequeña pero muy funcional y moderna. Es divertido que entres y haya música sonando en la radio. Muy bien iluminado, el baño es pequeño pero muy comodo. Las camas son una maravilla! Las almohadas, las sabanas y el colchon!!!! Y colocan toallas grandes lo cual te hace sentir en casa!

Tessa (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! Wat een goede keten. - Heel erg mooi hotel van alle gemakken voorzien en geweldig ingericht. De locatie van het hotel is heel centraal in de wijk charlottenburg in een zijstraat van de kurfusterdam. Ook goed te bereiken met trein/metro. De bar had een heel leuke uitstraling met hele vriendelijke bediening. De receptie heeft ook zeer passend gehandeld bij vragen en opmerkingen. Wij sliepen aan de achterkant van het hotel boven het personeelsruim, waar smorgens vroeg met vuilnisbakken in de weer werd gegaan. Naar buiten toe wat gehorig als je met het raam open slaapt, maar verder geen last gehad van gehoor van andere bezoekers of iets anders.

Samantha (8/5): A quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel - Beautiful hotel with great amenities and helpful staff. The food from the restaurant was great and the option to get room service until 22:30 was one we took advantage of. You have to request housekeeping (which is fine) but we found that things weren’t fully restocked on the days we did have housekeeping) eg milk for tea/coffee, clean drinking glasses, toilet paper) which meant more trips/calls to reception to get what we needed

Danielle (8/5): Lovely stay in quiet, well located hotel. - Location, friendly staff, good size rooms. It was quiet in the evenings, temperature control was good, shower had great pressure. The bed was a little smaller than we would have liked.

Katharina (9/5): An guter Lage und sauber - Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer gut. Sauber. Schöne Empfangshalle. Mich irritiert es, wenn das Personal in schlabbrigen Sweatern rumläuft. Die Krönung war der Receptionist beim Frühstück am Sonntag. Mich stört es nicht wenn jemand übergewichtig ist und der Bauch eine runde Kugel. Spricht für Genuss. Weshalb ein fleckiger Sweater drüber gespannt werden muss ist nicht klar. Sauber wäre auch gut.

Kerstin (9/5): - Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gemütlich ausgestattet, die Lage perfekt für einen Messebesuch. Die Tür zum Bad war nur eine Schiebetür, dadurch sehr hellhörig. Beim Check in werden 50€ Pfand auf die Kreditkarte gebucht.

wolfgang (7/5): Gut für eine Nacht ! - Das Zimmer war ruhig . Wir hatten eine große Dusche .Es war alles Sauber .Frühstück war Ausreichend .Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen.Personal sehr nett. Das man in einen Hotel in Deutschland auf englisch begrüßt wird .Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren wohl auch nur englisch sprachig ,Die Rezeption sah erst aus wie ein Verkaufsladen für Bekleidung .Das Hotel wirkte sehr leer .Wir waren die einzigsten beim Frühstück ,Darum wohl auch keine große Auswahl beim Frühstück .
Sherida84 (7/5): - De ligging is perfect. Gratis water af te halen bij de receptie vond ik een hele fijne service. Onze kamer lag aan een drukke weg. Om de 10 minuten hoorden we sirenes. Daardoor konden we niet met het raam open slapen terwijl de temperatuur in de kamer rond de 20-23 graden was. Wij konden dit niet zelf aanpassen. Dat was echt vervelend.
