- Anke (10/5): Gästezufriedenheit hat oberste Priorität! Super sauber. - Sehr freundlicher Eigentümer , ebenso das gesamte Personal. Wir konnten frühzeitig einchecken und das Auto abstellen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist jedoch die Reaktion des Besitzers auf unser negatives Ereignis. Leider hat jemand in den Morgenstunden vor unserer Abreise Eier auf die Frontscheibe unseres Autos geworfen und damit eine massive Verschmutzung verursacht (trotz Kameraüberwachung auf Privatparkplatz) Natürlich waren wir sehr verärgert und mussten zunächst in eine Waschanlage, da eine Weiterfahrt so nicht möglich war- in dieser Situation trafen wir zufällig auf den Eigentümer; dieser bot uns sofort eine Entschädigung/ Übernahme der Reinigungskosten an und fand auch die richtigen Worte, was deutlich zu besserer Laune bei uns führte . Das ist Gastfreundschaft und unkomplizierte Konfliktbeilegung!! Nichts

Comfortable bed, stylish interior, easy parking, and great location near Outletcity. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, especially for late arrival. Staff/host communication was excellent and very professional. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Metzingen.

- Carolin (1/5): - Ganz schlimmes Erlebnis in dieser Unterkunft. Baulärm, kein Hotel wie angegeben. Am Ende sollte ich “Kaffee trinken” um mir nochmal zu erklären wie super alles ist. Es endet mit Beschimpfungen am Telefon und Angst meine Sachen aus dem Zimmer zu holen. Ganz ganz miese Erfahrung.

Odalar yeterli büyüklükte, oldukça temizdi ve yataklar konforluydu. Tv de Netflix gibi uygulamalar mevcut. Bölgedeki alternatifler düşünüldüğünde kesinlikle fiyatının çok üzerinde standartlar sunuyor. Sahiplerinin samimiyeti ve her ihtiyaç için hızlıca ulaşılabilir olmaları da çok büyük artı. Her şey oldukça güzeldi. Sadece bu kadar konforlu bir ortamda ekstra yastık güzel bir ekleme olabilir ama mevcut yastıklar da oldukça konforluydu.

Appartement très agréable à vivre, spacieux et décoré avec soin. La communication du code pour récupérer la clé a été un peu tardive, je n'avais plus accès à ma boîte mail pro (sur ordinateur) lorsque le code a été envoyé. Code envoyé pendant le voyage aller. Néanmoins, l'équipe a été réactive, possibilité de joindre quelqu'un en ligne pour récupérer le code.

Bei Ankunft bereits auf dem Parkplatz mit Namen empfangen worden und sofort ein Kaffee angeboten gekriegt. Mann fühlt sich als ob man Freunde besucht. Die Lage und die Gratis Parkplätze sind optimal. Trotz nähe zum outlet,ruhige Lage. Absolut zum weiter empfehlen.vielen dank
- Vreni (9/5): Zentrale Unterkunft - Alles war sehr sauber. Das Self-Checkin war klar beschrieben und ging reibungslos. Vielleicht eine kurze Beschreibung von der Anfahrt zur Tiefgarage. Ich traf abends im Dunkeln ein und habe ein wenig gesucht.

- Nadine (8/5): Waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und sicher nicht das letzte Mal - Gute Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden. Einfach, sauber und unkompliziert.
- Han Jun (9/5): - 距離outlet蠻進的，走大概10分鐘的時間就會到商場，床也很好睡，有附免費零食吧跟水很貼心，可以提早去停車在走路去outlet省了一筆停車費。 水瓶雖然是玻璃瓶，但看起來是有重複利用的痕跡
