Pulizia perfetta. Zona tranquilla, poco rumorosa. Parcheggio ampio. Personale molto gentile e veloce a sistemare un problema che abbiamo avuto con la tessera di accesso. Nelle dotazioni non erano presenti le tazzine da caffè espresso: le abbiamo dovute comprare e poi le abbiamo lasciate nella struttura. La macchina da caffè, disponibile in stanza, e le bustine del caffè comprese non erano l'ideale per fare un "espresso", ma ci siamo adattati.

Hussein (10/5): Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! - Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit. Darüber hinaus, war das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Außerdem ist der generelle Stil des Zimmers sehr schön gewählt. Alles in allem ist das Zimmer sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich wohl und der Check-In hat sehr einfach funktioniert. Die Vermieterin war sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Ruim, modern, schoon, handig zelf in en uitchecken, tijdstip (i.v.m. files bijv) maakt niet uit. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding. Tip: heb je tijd; ga dan eens naar de Rhybar in een prachtig park aan de andere kant van de Rijn (Zwiterland) De kussens zijn slap/leeg. Dus tip: Neem je eigen kussen mee.

Mar'Itchy Feet (8/5): - Proximité du Westweg, lits confortables, chambre propre et neuve Plutôt une chambre d'hôtel avec kitchenette qu'un apparthotel, petite surface, aucun équipement type apparthotel (canapé, fauteuil, par exemple), chaleur excessive, pas de rideau pour éviter le vis à vis, sauf des rideaux occultants, des réglages nécessaires en plomberie (mitigeur cuisine inversé, robinet de salle de bain qui coule à peine dans la vasque), bruyant le matin devant la réception sur laquelle donne la chambre (dommage pour la grasse matinée), poignée de porte défectueuse.

Sam (10/5): Exceptional - I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Sonne Nollingen from the 15th to the 19th of May while visiting for the Eurovision Song Contest, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything about the place felt warm, welcoming, and impeccably cared for. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, offering the perfect retreat after busy days out exploring the local area and enjoying the Eurovision festivities. A special mention has to go to Mareike, the wonderful manager, who made our stay truly unforgettable. She was so friendly, helpful, and generous with her time—even giving us a lift into town one day when we were caught out without cash for the bus. Such kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. It was also a real treat to meet Bilbo, Mareike’s adorable new dog, who instantly made us feel at home. Each morning, we were greeted downstairs in the café by the lovely Katya, who was always bright, cheerful, and happy to see us. Her breakfasts were not only delicious but also served with genuine warmth and hospitality—it was the perfect way to start each day. The towns of Rheinfelden and Nollingen themselves are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly located for exploring both southern Germany and nearby Switzerland. Whether you’re here for an event, a short getaway, or a longer trip, this area has so much to offer. Sonne Nollingen is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience made special by the incredible people who run it. Thank you, Mareike and Katya, for making our trip so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Keep in mind that there is not an elevator and it seems that the rooms are on higher levels. Overall I would recommend staying here as it is secure and a lovely place.

Walter (9/5): Superb - Carefully renovated apartment hotel in a quiet neighbourhood; easy parking in front of the hotel; great price / value ratio. Perfect as a base for, e.g., visiting Basel / Switzerland and its many museums (one can take the train from Rheinfelden which brings one right into Basel; just a short ride). Our room was equipped with a kitchenette so it should be perfect for a longer stay (can't judge, we stayed for one night only).

Darya (10/5): We will definitely rent again if in the area. Great price/value ratio. - Clean and nice property, freshly renovated. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Spacious unit. Bus stop is right near the building. You can also walk to the town - about 25 min to reach the city center. Or you can go for the walks to the forest and trails, that is a nice option. They have a small cafe at the property that is nice for the morning cofe. Nearest supermarket is 10-12 min walk with great selection of everything. No dishwasher - but we new it, just nice if it would be there. Patio is shared with other units, people can smoke there.

Antje (10/5): Gut ausgestattete Apartments - Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment-Hotel gewesen, weil es uns bereits beim ersten Mal ausgesprochen gut dort gefallen hat. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Rheinfelden, es fährt aber stündlich ein Bus direkt vor der Tür ab (außer am Wochenende, da fährt er nur 3x am Tag, aber Taxis sind erschwinglich). Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, hat hochmoderne Küchengeräte, und ist auch sonst sehr gemütlich. Gute Betten! Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war für mich, dass die zusätzlichen Steckdosen zum Aufladen von Handys etc. unterhalb der an der Wand hängenden Nachtschränke versteckt ist. Ich kam da von oben nicht ran und musste mich daher auf den Boden knien, um das Ladegerät fürs Handy einzustecken, und zwei weitere Male, um das Kabel gegen das für meine SmartWatch zu wechseln, und vice versa. Nicht so toll mit 68 Jahren ... Ich empfehle hier einen von diesen Mehrzweck-Würfeln mit Verlängerungskabel, die über eingebaute USB-Ladebuchsen für mehrere Geräte plus zusätzliche Steckdosen verfügen, incl. Ausschalter. Problem gelöst mit einem minimalen Investment!

Giancarlo (10/5): Excellent newly renovate Aparthotel, in a very quiet hamlet (Nollingen) of Rheinfelden Germany - Excellent Aparthotel. Newly renovated apartment house in a very quiet hamlet (Nollingen) of Rheinfelden. Everything in order and clean. Done with love. Complete miniapartment equipment. My wife was so happy with the sleeping pillow that we went to Rheinfeld to look for one like it until we found and bought it. It wasn't cheap, so I can guarantee from direct experience that the equipments included in the apartment are really good quality and not cheap stuff. Very large, comfortable and warm rooms. Very efficient Facility Manager. The Location is great, close to Rheinfelden Germany (a couple of kilometers) and Rheinfelden Switzerland. It is located on the southern edge of the Black Forest where in spring, summer and autumn in my opinion excellent walks can be made. It is very close to Weil am Rhein (Vitro Museum), close to Basel and Riehen (Beyeler Foundation). Not far (in an hour's drive at most) to the Rhine Falls (Germany and Switzerland), Breisach and Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany), Colmar and Strasbourg (France), Zurich (Switzerland). Excellent value for money. Definitely an exceptional and confortable starting point for visiting the whole area. If I come back to these areas I will come back here. nothing to say
