Odada anlam veremediğimiz bir koku mevcuttu. Aşırı rahatsız etmese de garip bir koku vardı. Konaklamanın ikinci günü temizlik çok iyi olmasa da resepsiyona durumu bildirdikten sonra durum düzeltildi.

- Artem (10/5): - Хороший отель в непосредственной близости от аэропорта. Нам бесплатно повысили уровень номеров в связи с отсутствием стандартных. Номера комфортные и чистые. Рекомендую. Сложно найти подъезд к отелю. На дороге ведутся ремонтные работы, а указателей к отелю нет. Сделали 3 круга по навигатору, прежде чем найти) но это мелочь. Отель хороший.

- Fatima (8/5): Nice stay overall in Keulen - Hotel was very clean, and the spacious room and quite area. The bar is enormous and very chique. Also the lobby. Also the receptionists were very nice and friendly The housekeeping (cleaners) were unfortunately not very good. We stayed 3 nights, and 2 of those nights we had to come down to the reception because the cleaners did not change the dirty glasses, no tissues, no shampoo or handsoap everything was empty. We expected really for 4 star hotel the housekeeping should have been much better. Not overal the receptionist gave us what we need, but we had to call and to come down every night

Mega Frühstück,definitiv für jeden etwas dabei.Positiv ist auch zu bemerken das auf Wunsch frisches Rührei oder Spiegelei gebraten wird.Frisch gepresster Orangensaft usw.Flughafen nah und bis zum Kölner Dom auch nicht weit.War ein toller Aufenthalt,würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

- Otto (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Hervorragendes Frühstück, kein Lärm vom nahe gelegenen Flughafen zu hören - auch bei gekippten Fenstern in der Nacht, Personal sehr freundlich und flexibel, Atmosphäre in den öffentlichen Räumen sehr gemütlich, Parkhaus neben dem Hotel sehr praktisch, wenn vor dem Eingang keine Gratisparkplätze frei sind. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist noch etwas kompliziert, weil dort Bauarbeiten laufen, die die Straße ordentlich herrichten werden.
