• Guest (10/5): - Súper limpio, muy práctico, súper bien ubicado. Un estudio muy cómodo y lindo. Atención pronta vía WhatsApp para cualquier duda. Todo es atomatizado - virtual, todo desde tu celular. No es que sea malo en sí, pero sí que se extraña ver a alguien para recibirte o, en caso que olvides tu celular en tu cuarto, no veo cómo puedas volver a él; así que extra atención si es que eres despistado(a). En resumen, sí volvería, pero pediría antes unas tarjetas-llave, que hasta ahora veo también ofrecen.

The bed is comfortable, the sheets are made of very good material. The bathroom deserves special praise! Excellent communication with the owner, answer to every question. Safe storage for suitcases. Praise for the interior and communication of this accommodation! Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the property. Carrying large suitcases up the narrow, winding staircase to the upper floors can be a challenge. The accommodation is not a hotel, but more of an AirBNB style collection of apartments for rent. The accommodation lacks any common areas, there is nowhere to spend time other than in the room, but unfortunately Original rooms are so small, suitable for one person. If there are two passengers, then you cannot spend any free time there. The price, 150 eur and up for an original room, is a bit high.

• Harald (8/5): - Modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Frühstück gab es nicht im Haus sondern im Kaffee in der Nähe. Dieses ist leider überfüllt und muss 2 Tage im Voraus reserviert werden. Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze, man muss öffentliche Parkplätze nutzen mit angespannter Parksituation. Mit Google Maps Navi schlecht zu finden wenn man mit dem PKW anreist. Ein Hinweis vom Hotel wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgänger Zone.

Lovely shower with a large shower head and hand held shower. Nice drinks tray - no milk or 'English' tea bags but never mind. Excellent Spanish themed restaurant next door with friendly staff. • Robert (6/5): Teueres Zimmer ohne Servicepersonal in guter Lage - Perfekte Lage, schönes Badezimmer, eigene kleine Küche 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, Mansardenzimmer niedrig und nur mit Dachflächenfenstern, die Frühstücksregelung: im Lighthouse Café nebenan kann man für bis zu 15€ p.P. frühstücken. Das reicht nicht einmal für ein belegtes Hausbrot mit Kaffee. Wir haben am zweiten Tag darauf verzichtet. Wie inzwischen in Hotels häufiger üblich, gab es keine Zimmerreinigung („die Umwelt!“), Ansprechpartner nur per WhatsApp. Für 209€ pro Nacht ist das alles eher unerfreulich!

You cant even order one normal meal + coffee, you will exceed 15eur limit in 75% (unless you take just cinammon roll or musli) and have to pay extra. If you say breakfast is included - i'd expect one drink and one meal for sure be part of it. Also soundproof not the best, you hear neighbors shower or steps. Dirty cleaning utensils were left in bathroom.

• Louis (7/5): Estancia correcta, establecimiento completamente remodelado y limpio, recepción poco práctica ! - Un sitio totalmente nuevo y remodelado, un establecimiento sin recepción - conversación vía whatsapp (entiendo que con un bot) bastante fluida. Limpio también (aunque sin limpieza diaria). La recepción es 100% digital y también las llaves que funcionan exclusivamente vía teléfono: - El acceso al edificio es un código de 5 cifras que uno teclea; - El acceso a la habitación e vía bluetooth (o equivalente). Problema: yo viajaba solo. En caso de que me quedase sin batería o de que perdiera el celular, me quedo sin llave para acceder a la habitación (y sin contacto para pedir asistencia). Lo comenté y me dijeron que la solución para este problema pasaría por esperar a que otro cliente me prestase su móvil o irme a otro establecimiento a que el personal me prestara un móvil... De verás que no lo veo práctico...! Más fácil: dejar dentro de la habitación una(s) tarjeta(s) magnética(s) como complemento al celular, amablemente depositadas por el servicio de limpieza y que uno se encontraría a la llegada una vez la habitación estuviera lista para check-in y dejaría en el momento de check-out... [ Tuve que estar atento a que no se me descargase el celular - Es un estrés innecesario / Viniendo en pareja supongo que el problema es menor al haber más cellulares... ]

• Alissa (1/5): Dangerous. Unprofessional staff. - We travelled with a small baby. Not just that this place does not bother to mention that there is no elevator even though this an old building - the stairs are dangerous. I fell and hurt myself badly. We arrived with lots of luggage and a stroller for our baby without knowing there was an elevator. Try carrying the luggage up these stairs or a stroller frequently up and down - impossible. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They refused to refund or even help. Aggressively they only could offer: - that we can put the stroller in a fire emergency way (insane) - that we move to the first floor (still many stairs) This is an old building. Might be charming but not for a kind of hotel. Not for people with any big luggage or a baby or people with disability. Unprofessional not mentioning this but taking the money from people which are vulnerable. On our departure we saw a stroller parked in the emergency way - look at the picture. Imagine - that this is accepted today. May there never happened a fire. We travel a lot for work but never came across such rude and unprofessional staff like this. We were there with a baby. It is about life and death potentially if you fall. They did not care an inch. Whatever manipulative nonsense they answer to this review - I had my dose of their unprofessionality. They did not help us in a vulnerable situation - and call themselves a hotel.
• Alba (9/5): Fin de semana muy a gusto!! - Todo, estuvimos súper a gusto. Estaba todo nuevo, el baño era muy bonito y tenía todo lo necesario. Estaba muy bien ubicado en pleno centro. La cama muy cómoda y muy bien insonorizado, no se escuchaba ni un ruido. Pensaba que hacían el servicio de limpieza, pero no. Pero vamos fuimos solo un fin de semana, tampoco fue un drama.

В буквальном смысле. До всего идти 5 минут пешком. До вокзала 10. Если на трамвае, то 3 мин. С утра на площади свежие продукты. Если верхний этаж и у вас чемоданы, то подниматься очень неудобно. Можно добавить пару ножей нормальных. Общение с ботом напрягает. ИИ не тянет некоторые простые вопросы, и это раздражает.

• Ryszard (1/5): Abysmal customer service - The hotel is well located. The rooms are well furnished and finished to a good standard. The check in and check out are really easy, and the online app works reasonably well. The provided tea and coffee is a nice bonus. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. It seems that they write that you can always contact them and bother you with countless AI generated WhatsApp messages only so that you never actually contact them. When we checked into the room the heat pump or a similar looking device just outside the window was making a terrible, headache inducing noise. When we tried to contact the property managers, a whole saga began. After getting through the AI agents we were connected to what was clearly an external company that was absolutely useless at providing any meaningful solutions, saying that only the "local team" can help us but they are not working at the moment. After 30 hours of messaging and being ignored (we had to contact them again on the next day, as they tried to ignore us) we were finally moved to another room—and informed that the next time we should choose their most premium rooms. It seems that this is not incidental though—we met other two customers, who were waiting with an infant for prolonged amount of time to even be able to get into their room—and they were ignored by the customer service too. Booking.com was unable to reach them too, and ended up compensating us themselves. The cleanliness of the first room was also questionable—the headrest on the bed smelled weird, while there was hair on the towel and on the mirror.

• Karen (10/5): I would highly recommend Bob W wonderful location… - We had a wonderful experience at BobW Bonn. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the location couldn't be better for exploring the city. All appliances were modern and worked perfectly, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The quality of the accommodation and its convenient location made this a great choice for our trip. A couple of things to note for future guests: There are quite a few steps to navigate, so if you have mobility concerns, I'd recommend requesting a first-floor unit when booking. Also, we had a minor issue when someone left their phone in the room - it was challenging to reach staff quickly to help another hotel guest access her room. This seems more like an isolated incident than a systemic problem. You really must have your phone in order to access your room.

Sogar eine Tasche zum Einkaufen wird zur Verfügung gestellt und auch ein Ladekabel für Smartphone usw. - sehr praktisch. Außerdem gab es Kaffee und Tee, Spülmittel und im Bad Shampoo, conditioner und Duschgel. Perfekt! Wir fanden es unpraktisch und unnötig, dass man die Tür zum Apartment mit den Handy öffnen kann oder muss. Ein normaler Schlüssel täte es auch, zumal der nicht aufgeladen sein muss o.ä.

• Pierre (9/5): Bel endroit - La situation et le calme. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un établissement un peu plus loin dans la rue. Il faut savoir qu'il faut commander au comptoir avant de s'assoir (cela est indiqué sur les tables, mais uniquement en allemand). De plus, on n'a aucune indication sur les choses qu'on peut commander. Du coup, par peur de mal faire, on est sorti avec une petite frustration. Peut-être mettre un peu plus d'explication dans la chambre ?

Would recomend if wanting to experience the centre of Bonn and have a comfortable space to do it from. There was some noise from the local bars and neighbouring apartments and the instructions for the check-in could of been clearer
