• Thorben Veronika Schm. (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage direkt in der City. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Auch ohne gebuchtes Frühstück darf man sich morgens Kaffee und Getränke holen.

• Thomas (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit Charme und tollem Personal - Hotel hat einen tollen Charme mit sehr freundlichem, netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Es war alles Sauber und frisch, tolles Frühstück, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas am Buffet vorhanden. Da es keine Parkplätze in der Umgebung gibt, finde ich die Lösung des Hauses praktisch und kreativ gelöst, auch wenn wir ein paar schritte gehen mussten. Wir sind voll des Lobes und würden wieder kommen wenn es uns mal wieder nach Dortmund verschlagen sollte. Herzlichen Dank 👍 Es findet sich bestimmt etwas zum kritisieren, aber wir haben nichts gefunden.

• Besim (10/5): Friendly and Helpful staff! - The staff is friendly, I requested early checkin because I traveled whole night and I was too tired. When I arrived they offered me early checkin so I rest a little bit before starting the day. The location is in the center of Dortmund and you can access by walk everywhere.

• Zeynep (7/5): - When we were checking in, we were told complimentary coffee/ tea/ water all day however the next day they had price tags. We did the booking with those included, but we couldn’t really benefit from that. It felt like there was misleading information.

• Zeljko (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Rezeption – dort wurden wir unglaublich freundlich empfangen. Die junge Dame an der Reception war außergewöhnlich nett, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man merkt sofort, dass sie ihren Job mit Herz macht. Sie hat sich für alle Fragen Zeit genommen und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. So einen freundlichen Service erlebt man wirklich selten! Auch das gesamte Ambiente, die Zimmer und der Service waren hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

• Gabriele (7/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und farbenfroh gestaltet. Die Dusche und das WC waren aufgeteilt in zwei Räume. Beide Räume waren modern und zweckmäßig gestaltet. Das Buffet zum Frühstück war sehr großzügig und appetitlich hergerichtet. Wieder keine 2.Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer, obwohl genug Platz vorhanden war. Warum gibt es in Doppelzimmern nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit??? Die Fenster waren zugeklebt. Nicht mal das Ankippen war möglich. Verständlich, dass im 6.Stock die Fenster nicht ganz geöffnet werden können, aber etwas Frischluft durch Kippfenster wäre schön gewesen.

• Anna Fileva (9/5): Препоръчвам! - Чисто, изключително комуникативно, топли напитки (кафе, шоколад, какао, чай) включени в престоя ( от 06 до 12ч) На 5 мин от Гарата, на 1мин от МОЛ Галерия, на 1 мин от Операта. Просто, чудесна локация! Имахме 3 нощувки и нито веднаж не почистиха.

• TETIANA (9/5): Чудовий готель у центрі міста - Чудовий готель у центрі міста. Цікава старовинна будівля з модерново оформленими кімнатами. Кімната була не велика, але зручна і комфортна. Дуже сподобалась безкоштовна кава з кавоавтомату на рецепції з 06:00 до 12:00. Ліжко було зручне. Біля готелю знаходиться платний паркінг торгового центру (Parkhaus Thiergalerie - Ein- & Ausfahrt) де можна поставити на добу машину і більше. Але треба враховувати те, що він працює з 08:00 до 20:00 с понеділка по суботу, а в НЕДІЛЮ ЗАЧИНЕНИЙ. Ми поставили машину у суботу на паркінг і захотіли забрати машину у неділю, але паркінг виявився зачинений, так як торговий центр був теж зачинений. На рецепції нам люб'язно повідомили, що ми не одні такі не уважні і що є сервіс у цього паркінгу - за 50 евро може приїхати робітник паркінгу і відкрити його для вас. Тому, будьте уважні і краще паркуйтесь на цілодобовому паркінгу (DOPARK Tiefgarage Hansaplatz) який знаходиться не далеко.
• Gisselmann (9/5): Schönes Hotel in einzigartigem Gebäude in zentralster Lage - Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel selbst ist jedoch durch das Gebäude alleine eine Übernachtung wert. Im ehemaligen Gesundheitsamt, ein Bau aus den 50er ist es für Fans der Architektur aus der Zeit unverzichtbar. Da gab es nichts.

• Eva Melanie (8/5): - Ein altes Büro/Verwaltungsgebäude neu genutzt - ein sehr gutes Konzept und gut umgesetzt Lage direkt zentral in Dortmund Super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, Kaffee ist gratis verfügbar, Bügeleisen etc ebenso. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und nicht zu klein. Die Kissen sind definitiv zu hoch und groß. Eher wenig Ablageflächen - für eine Nacht OK, für mehrere Nächte eher ungemütlich

Gutes Frühstück, nette Rooftopbar mit Blick über Dortmund. Es fehlen Ablagebereiche im Zimmer obwohl genügend Platz, Lleben aus dem Koffer" am Boden für mich als körperlich eingeschränkte Person schwierig. Kofferablage wäre hilfreich. Auch im sonst großen Bad Ablage nur auf der Fensterbank hinter der Gardine.

• Sandra (7/5): - Die Lage Es waren sehr viele Gruppen von Männer als allein reisend Frau ein bisschen unangenehm da die Herren vor dem Eingang rauchen und im Eingang Bier trinken. Das Parken ist ab 17.00 echt schwierig, da es nur wenige Plätze zum Hotel gibt.

• Sergei (5/5): - Calm and quite central location, nice breakfast place with a rooftop terrace. Good bed. The man from the staff at the reception at my arrival was quite unfriendly. The room was not cleaned properly - decent amount of dust on the walls and some surfaces. The “design” of the room just makes it very impractical - every detail gets you in trouble: to reach the towels in the washroom, to open the shower (the water then goes from the door in the corridor), useless wireless charging point and useless tiny table. Also you can’t control lights separately, you can either switch everything on with one button, or off. Breakfast was okay but small selection of warm dishes - only omelette (which smelled strange btw), and only hard boiled eggs. Finally, the building itself is old, post-Soviet/DDR style and not renovated - just makes you depressed and all the “design” in rooms efforts become inefficient.

• Frederik (8/5): Komfortabler Aufenthalt - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt, der Stadtpark oder die nächste U-Bahnstation sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.
