Alls man in das Zimmer kam war eine Hitze darin man schrieb dann den Kundenservice an über WhatsApp der auch ganz nett war letztendlich aber nichts gebracht hat da die Fußbodenheizung trotzdem weiter heizen tat obwohl man das Thermostat aus gemacht hat. Man musste das Fenster auf machen das es überhaupt erträglich war.

- Stefanie (1/5): Große Enttäuschung am Anreisetag – Zimmer trotz Online-Check-in storniert - Nichts Wir waren als Mädelsgruppe von 7 Personen unterwegs und hatten zwei Wohneinheiten gebucht. Der Online-Check-in war vorab erledigt, Zimmernummern und Tür-Codes lagen bereits vor. Um 16:30 Uhr am Anreisetag folgte der Schock: Ein Code funktionierte nicht. Zeitgleich erhielten wir per E-Mail die Nachricht, dass ein Zimmer seitens des Hotels storniert wurde. Uns wurde für das eine Zimmer entweder eine Erstattung oder eine Umbuchung in ein 15 Autominuten entferntes Hotel der Kette angeboten. Nach langem und stressigem Telefonieren konnten wir immerhin erwirken, dass wir alle im selben Hotel untergebracht wurden. Der Ärger war dennoch riesig: Alle unsere Aktivitäten und Restaurantreservierungen waren auf den Bezirk der ersten Unterkunft abgestimmt. Wir mussten alles kurzfristig umplanen und deutlich längere Strecken zurücklegen. Von einem entspannten Anreisetag kann keine Rede sein – wir haben viel Zeit und Nerven verloren. Die angebotene Entschädigung (ein 10 % Wertgutschein für die nächste Buchung) ist für uns als einmalige Mädelsgruppe absolut unbrauchbar und unangemessen. Keine Weiterempfehlung für Gruppen, die Planungssicherheit brauchen.

- Tamara (7/5): Ok für eine Nacht - Die Unterkunft war sauber, Der Checkin verlief reibungslos Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht Rückmeldung gab’s leider nicht beziehungsweise nur sehr verzögert. Eine kurze Bedienungsanleitung/Gebrauchsanleitung für den Fernseher wäre nicht schlecht. Ein Papierkorb im Apartment wäre nicht schlecht. Es ist nur ein winzig kleiner im Badezimmer vorhanden. Auch während im Badezimmer ein Zahnputzbecher/Glas sehr von Vorteil. Dadurch, dass das Hotel an der Straße gelegen ist, muss man das Fenster geschlossen lassen. Leider ist es sehr warm in dem Raum. Eine Klimaanlage wäre nicht schlecht.

- Ferdinand (7/5): Saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft - Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der PIN für Eingangstüre und Zimmer wurde via Link in der Mail und Countdown sehr einfach zu Verfügung gestellt, der Check-in war sehr komfortabel. Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch gelegen Nahe U-Bahn (Hallesches Tor, Möckernbrücke), S-Bahn (Anhalter-Bhf) und Bus (M41). Die Vorhänge immer Zimmer waren so beschaffen, dass man sehr gut abdunkeln konnte in der Nacht. Es gibt eine Waschmöglichkeit für Kleidung in der Wohnanlage. Da es hohe Temperaturen hatte, haben sich die Zimmer stark aufgeheizt und kühlten auch kaum über Nacht ab. Eine Klimanlage gibt es nicht. Da das Zimmer zu Straßenseite heraus war, konnte man das Fenster während der Nacht nicht offen lassen, da es sonst aufgrund des Verkehrs zu laut gewesen wäre. Generell gab es keinen Luftzug im Zimmer - auch bei geöffneten Fenstern. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern, waren die kostenlosen Ohrstöpsel zum Schlafen auf jeden Fall notwendig. Für lärmempfindliche Personen nicht so gut, da die anliegende Straße stark befahren ist zu Tag- und Nachtzeiten.

Szkoda, że w aneksie kuchennym nie było chociaż jednego palnika, tylko mikrofala. Dostaliśmy też inny apartament niż był na zdjęciach.

Property was very noisy, we had the feeling the floor wasn’t vacuumed before we came, the shower was leaking water and the water in the shower couldn’t get away so we had to stop every other minute to wait till the the water would get down. Otherwise the bathroom would overflow with water.

The bed was cozy enough and provided a good night’s sleep, and the space was sufficiently roomy for a couple. The studio was well equipped with all the essentials needed for a short city break, making it convenient and practical for a few days’ stay. The cleanliness of the accommodation was disappointing. There was visible dirt on the floor, including crumbs and other debris, which gave an overall unclean impression. The shower was also leaking, which added to the inconvenience. Additionally, the cutlery and glasses did not appear to have been properly cleaned, raising concerns about hygiene. Given these issues, I was not confident that the toilet had been thoroughly cleaned either.

I also appreciated that free tea was provided, which was a nice extra. Overall, the stay was okay, but a few aspects could be improved. The floor felt a bit sticky, and I noticed a single hair on the bed or pillow. The shower entrance was somewhat narrow, although that appears to be due to the design. Netflix was available on the TV, but it could not be used because there was no active subscription; having it included would be a nice extra. The 11:00 checkout also felt a bit early (12:00 would be better)

На вулиці безплатне паркування, багато ресторанів та супермаркетів (2-5 хв пішки). Поруч автобусна зупинка та S-Bahn. Я б точно рекомендувала. Шумна вентиляція у ванній, яка першу ніч чомусь не виключалась.

Kényelmes ágyak, jól felszerelt apartman Egy szóval sem tájékoztattak, hogy 4 személyes apartman szoba egy pincehelyiségből átalakított fülledt helyiség lesz. Ha felkapcsolod a villanyt bebámulnak, borult időben csak behúzott függöny mellett élhetö. Szellőztetéskor a járdán sétáló emberek lábánál nyitsz ablakot.

Ikkunan takana oli bussipysäkki, jossa oli jatkuvasti paljon ihmisiä tupakoimassa, joten ikkunoita ei voinut pitää auki. Patteri oli rikki eikä sitä saanut säädettyä pois päältä, minkä vuoksi huoneessa oli todella kuuma. Keittiössä ei ollut Keittotasoa lainkaan, vaikka varauksen kuvien perusteella sellaisen piti olla. Matkustimme perheen ja pienten lasten kanssa pääsiäisenä, jolloin kaupat olivat kiinni, ja olisimme erityisesti tarvinneet toimivan keittiön. Olemme erittäin pettyneitä kokemukseen ja kruununa 700 euroa hinta!!!!

An easy walk to Tecknik Museum, Topography of Terror Museum, Checkpoint Charlie etc. S and U bahn stations within 500m and M41 bus stop is literally outside the front door. Apartment is stylish, very clean and main bed is very comfortable. Gorgeous bathroom with wonderful shower. Top notch. Kitchen area is very well equipped and we liked the coffee machine. Staff not on site but VERY fast to respond to questions online. Washing machine easy to use on app (detergent included). A really great place. Nothing major but a few small notes. Sofa bed mattress a bit creaky. Kitchen area is tiny/nowhere to drain plates etc which made life a bit tricky.(similar style kitchens in apartments I've stayed in often have a draining area above the sink). Not a 'don't like' but just an observation that the studio apartment is probably best suited to a couple.

- Miriam (6/5): Una pena esa mala sensación al llegar ya que luego la estancia fue muy buena. - La ubicación muy bien, fácil acceso a lugares de interés caminando y en transporte público. El alojamiento está muy limpio, luce nuevo y cuidado. Hicimos reserva para 4 personas y al llegar teníamos servicio de sábanas y toallas solo para 2. No nos dieron solución hasta el día siguiente por lo que 2 personas tuvieron que dormir sin sábanas ni fundas de almohada y tuvimos que compartir las toallas. Malas excusas y poca resolución.

- Ismayil (8/5): Comfortable, clean and well maintained - Very clean, very spacious, large bedroom, large bathroom, good heating, good amenities Looking at pictures of the kitchenette, I was expecting to find a cook-top. It turned out to be just a black tray with amenities. Not a big problem, but still, without it you are limited to microwaveable food only, which defies the purpose of having a kitchenette. But otherwise - alles gut ))
